    Years ago, I had sump pump issues and called out a different company, Im a widow and the person who came out tried to take advantage of me and he gave me the creeps.Ive had dealings with 4 different guys at Pats and all of them are great. All of them have always been fair with me and I have never felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. Chad and Lorne go above and beyond. Thanks, guys!!

    Last week our main line was backed up. Pats Plumbing came quickly and snaked our main line drain, resolving the issue, and at a FAIR price (I know from research and speaking to others about what they have paid for a mainline clog). I appreciated that Pat took the time to explain to us the root issue & how they were going to solve it. They were thorough & kind. I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

    My daughter had suddenly found that her waste water was bubbling up out of her lawn and she asked me to help. I called Pats Sewer Cleaning and they came promised to be out the same day. When they found themselves running a few minutes behind schedule, they called to let me know. They were professional and knowledgeable, assessed the situation and told me best and worst case scenarios. We scheduled the big excavation job for the next morning. The job was then done without wasting time, finishing up at the end of the day. Everything was cleaned up, fully explained, warranty given and a cost in the middle of the estimate given the day before.You really cant go wrong with Pats Sewer Cleaning.

    Amazing experience. As a first timehomeowner I had no idea what to expect when I randomly saw my basement drain flooding any time water was on. Pats was professional, affordable and came quick! Turns out it was a clog and was fixed quickly! Will definitely be calling again for cleaning in the future!

    Amazing company, we called about a back up in our drains explained what was going on in our back yard . They ended up coming out the same day and worked really hard to find out what the problem was. Very nice guys and told us some tips on what to do if this were to happen again. Very affordable.     Over the years we have used Pats sewer cleaning for a few small jobs and 2 major repair jobs. Today involved Replacing the dreadful cement wash tubs with a new tub, plumbing, facets and valves. Unlike other company’s they came out and gave me an estimate without charge. Scott and Chad were courteous, explained the job well, and did excellent work. More than pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. Big or small.

    Scott, Lorne, Dennis have all been to home for repairs, installation, or maintenance of one thing, or another over the years. They are the only company we trust so the only company we call. We always feel like the price is fair and they are thorough. Would recommend them to anyone in need of anything plumbing related. Great company.

    Best company ever to fix your drain, water, sewer issues. My wife and I just moved into our new house and after a month we had our first small flood. Pats came out that same day within a few hours and in 20 minutes had solved our issue. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and affordable. I can not recommend this company enough to anybody with these issue we had. Look no further than Pats Sewer Company for all your needs.

    Great service. Called at 7pm on a Friday, during the dream cruise, they were here a couple hours later snaking my clogged pipe. It was a quick job, but they were still thorough, cleaned up after they were done, and were very careful with their equipment on the wood floors. Price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend their service.

    My shower drain backed up so I called Pats Sewer Cleaning. They were recommended to me by another plumber. I left a message and they called back within 30 minutes. They were at my house withing the hour and corrected the problem quickly. Excellent company--I recommend fully.

    I had an issue with the outdoor drain pipe for my sump pump. They quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and educated me on future maintenance that I could do myself. I highly recommend. Between this house and my old house we have used Pat’s three times and always had good results.

    I called Pats sewer cleaning because my sump pump was draining in my yard and causing a muddy mess. Many other companies told me I needed to dig up my yard and replace my discharge line which would cost a ton of money and I would have to take out my fence that I just paid to be put up. I called Pats on Wednesday and they came out on Friday assessed my problem, cleaned my main discharge line and offered some very valuable recommendations. A couple of very rainy weeks later, my yard is dry and my problem is solved. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises.

    Dennis was very professional, informative, and concerned about getting equipment down to our basement without damaging anything. Not to mention that Pats was my 5th phone call to try to get someone to come out. Dennis was here within 45 minutes.Great experience. Highly recommend.

    Had a routine clogged sewer main at a rental property and had called another plumber first to snake the line. The company said they couldnt clear the line because the pipe had collapsed and wanted to charge me $1,500 to bust up the basement floor, install new pipes and cement. Felt uncomfortable with the recommendation so I called Pats Sewer Cleaning for a second opinion. They came out within 2 hours of my call, successfully snaked the line without issue. They saved me $1,350! I will not only use them again but will refer them to others as they were professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up, reasonably priced but most important HONEST! It is hard to put a price on honesty, great company.

    Mr. Warren came to my moms house on an emergency basement drain problem. He was there on time and spent time explaining to me and my 84 year old mom what he planned to do and what he would do if his first idea didnt work. His first idea worked perfectly.     Hello, Im writing you today to tell you how wonderful of a job our plumber did yesterday. We had been struggling to find out what the problem was and Dennis came and got it fixed. He tried for a good hour and a half before he had to go to another job. After that he proceeded to come back and keep trying at it for a good hour. All his hard work paid off and he got two blockages out along with all of the water. He even cleaned up after himself which was the least of our messes at the time. I can not express how extremely impressed and happy I am with his services. You have a fantastic worker and I will be using your services from now on. Thank you for everything!

    Darrin and Loren came out to snake a drain , diagnosing to have a cracked line under the basement floor , replaced line , left house clean after the job was completed , giving them the job on a monday. Scheduled the job to be done on a friday , showed up on time and completed same day. Prices were fair , would definitely use the company again .

    Don’t know quite where to begin with this post since I rarely post at all, but I feel it necessary to share a recent experience with Pat’s Sewer Cleaning (Scott and his team Lorne, Darren and Chad). We are owners of multiple apartment properties throughout the western Wayne County area and depend a great deal on our reliable, professional and qualified contractors. We recently experienced a main sewer drain collapse/deterioration for an entire section of an apartment building and engaged the services of Pats Sewer Cleaning. From the start to the finish of this project I was totally impressed with not only the quality of work, but the sincere dedication by all of their team to expedite the completion of this stressful event. Words in this post can’t express our sincere appreciation for the tremendous job they did and would rate their services as the best in the Greater Detroit Metropolitan area.

    My family has been dealing with Pats Sewer for maney years they are a honest and reliable company. I had Dennis out today unclogging my laundry room cleanout he was very polite and explained everything he was going to do. He cleaned up like he was never there even helped me move the washing machine. I would recommend Pats to anyone that wants a good honest and reasonable price job that you can trust done.
