My sink got clogged on Thanksgiving day. A plumber came out and could not unclog my sink. He recommended Drainworks. They came out before their scheduled time and unclogged my sink. Arrived, reviewed, unclogged, cleaned up and gone in 30 minutes. Price was $150. I think a bit steep but when you are in need, is money a real issue? I highly recommend Drainworks.

Our sink became clogged this morning, and we called The Drainworks after a friend recommended them. We had someone out within an hour (earlier than promised) and our drain was running perfectly within 30 minutes. The price for the cleaning was fair, and I would highly recommend The Drainworks

I had a clogged drain and I was looking for a directional snake and called one company who took all my information and was going to call me back and never did. Then someone recommended this company to me and I called and talked to someone immediately who was knowledgeable. He quoted me over the phone a great price and then had someone come out the next day and fix the clog. It was super easy and for someone who is not very handy I was very happy with the experience.

At my house within 3 hours of calling the phone number, straightforward with an accurate price on the phone when I told them the problem, and our technician was great. Will call again if another problem arises (hopefully not though)

DrainWorks has been wonderful to work with, especially Rob Brown and Stephan. They are punctual, professional, and thoughtful. Their workers repaired a drain in our yard. They used a sod cutter and when done replaced the grass that it looks like the work was never done! One worker even spread the dirt from the yard in my back area. All the workers were very nice and the repair cost was fair. I highly recommend them!!

I had a drain problem where water was backing up into the basement at a rental property. I called the city to check the sewer line and called multiple companies to check to see if it was problem with my drain. This involves putting a camera in the line and running it from the house to the city sewer. I called Mr. Rooter, and they refused to give me an estimate, and said “the tech will tell you when he arrives at the property and if you don’t like the amount you can send him away“. I wanted to get two opinions so I also called The Drainworks. When the tech from Mr. Rooter arrived, he quoted a price of over $400 just to run the camera! I told him I thought that was way too high as other people HAD given me quotes and they were all in the $200 range, so I did not have him do the work . The following day the tech from The Drainworks came, his name was Jason H. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating and the price to run the camera in the drain was only $190, less than half of the quote from Mr. Rooter. After he ran the camera in the drain, Jason said it was not broken or clogged, so he spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out what the issue was and he wound up snaking the internal basement drain which had a clog in it. There was a small additional charge for snaking the drain, but the total bill was only about $250 and I am so relieved because the tenants said had a fair amount of water backing up into the basement for several weeks. I highly recommend Jason and The Drainworks! They did a great job and I will be recommending them to all of my clients and acquaintances! Thank you😀

I woke up one morning to find that the sewer line leading away from our house had backed up into our basement. I was pretty grossed out and was hoping to get someone to help quickly. I called Drainworks and left a voicemail. They called me back within 20 minutes and set up an appointment to be at my house within 20 minutes of that phone call. The plumber was great! He worked on my line until it was clear. He was not messy, and was completely respectful of my home. I will always call Drainworks when, or if, I have any plumbing problem in the future. Pricing is reasonable and the company is excellent. I highly recommend them!!
