Hats off to Eaton Plumbing! In the middle of a bathroom remodel the water valves needed to be replaced — something the remodeler was not comfortable doing. Contacted Eaton, technician scheduled for the following day. Adam was in and out within a half hour and the bathroom remodel was underway! Thank you for the prompt service!

First time dealing with a plumbing issue. Called about 5 other companies who were booking weeks out. Called this company and they had a plumber out the same afternoon. Jay came out, diagnosed the issue and fixed it all within an hour! He was right on time, called to let me know how far out he was and very professional when he got here. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber!

The guys Chance and Dana were awesome to deal with. They replaced our well water pump and pressure tank and worked quickly. Price was good, service was excellent! Would definitely use them again if needed!

Randy came out to to replace a defective outdoor spigot and was running early and called to see if he could arrive early and unfortunately there was just no way I could make it earlier than planned today. No problem he said, hed attempt another job and be out later. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and had it completely replaced / repaired in a half hour. He was very professional, courteous and even offered to use the parts I had purchased to repair to keep cost down. All in all a great experience. They were recommended to me by my parents and I would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else looking for a good, reasonable plumber.

Randy arrived nearly 2 hours early to do a check of our hot water heater. He had called to check if the early arrival would be okay, but because the voice message was for my business, he didnt leave a message, so when he just showed up at the door, there was a bit of confusion. He agreed that he should have just left a message. He was quick and personable. Very pleased with price and would use again. Especially like that every time I called them, an actual person answered the phone.

I had a few interactions with Eaton. First, Randy came out to fix my pipeline from downsprout to the street (that was crushed). They estimated it at a lower cost than few other places and then charged me even less, while the work required some digging under my pavement and replacing a part of the pipe.. Service was quick and professional. In addition, about a year later (just now) I noticed that it looked like water was not running thru it again. They came out and ran the camera to make sure there were no issues. The pipe was OK - it just did not have the angle initially installed and would only have water running visibly after heavy rain for some time. They stood by their quality work and best of all - did not even charge for the subsequent visit/inspection. Great service, great people!

I was referred by a family member who told me Eaton was very responsive and reasonable. Today Austin came to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. What should have been a fairly simple job became a little cumbersome after a few unforeseen things. Austin was very persistent and patient every step of the way and ultimately fixed the leak. I would call Eaton Plumbing again and highly recommend Austin.

We found a leak in our ceiling which turned out to be our shower. We decided to turn that negative into a positive by remodeling instead of just repairing. We found Eaton plumbing after beginning this remodel. Burt was our plumber with Eaton and was fantastic start to finish. He moved both the tub and shower water lines and drains. He arrived promptly at appointed time and worked very quickly without making or leaving a mess. Estimate range was provided prior to scheduling work and final bill was on the low end of that estimate, which was less than other plumbers we had called.

Great service and plumbing issues repaired. I wish all contractors would operate their business like Eaton Plumbing! Someone answered the phone, listened to my plumbing needs and scheduled an appointment. The service technician showed up within the specified window of time. The technician even called while stuck in traffic to say when he would arrive. The technician was personable, got to work on the problems immediately, did not leave a mess and fixed my plumbing issues with one trip...what a concept! Eaton Plumbing will now be my go to plumbing contractor!
