Utahs Best Home Pros is amazing. We are located in Clearfield/Syracuse, and Mark, our electrician, replaced the entire circuit breaker and panel in our home. His customer service was outstanding, and he did an excellent job fixing our breaker panel and circuits. Mark also took the time to explain everything to us clearly. Thank you, Utahs Best Home Pros!

Utah’s Best Home Pros are a great company. The office staff quickly scheduled an appointment time and the technician showed up when they said he would. We were sent a text message that allowed us to see where he was and gave an exact time of his arrival. Our technician Devan was awesome. He was well prepared and professional. He quickly diagnosed and then fixed our problem. He explained everything clearly and presented us with all of our options as well as his recommendations. Zack did a great job. Our thermostat was on the fritz and he helped diagnose and trouble shoot solutions. He also caught some problems with our heaters that werent up to code. I felt that he was honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

I called Utah’s Best Pro for an air conditioning quote. Chris came out and looked over my house, asked me questions about my needs and what I was looking for. I was given a great quote and followed through with it. They came out the same week and had my house taken care of and running by 6 that night. Ryan and Justin were great!! Professional, polite, kept me update on what they were doing the entire time. They cleaned up and left the area prefect. My entire experience with Utah’s Best Pro was smooth and prefect!

Cole & Angel were easily the best 2 people we’ve ever had do work on our home, out of any business/service. Our problem wasn’t duct related after their diagnosis & thorough examination of each vent. We had a young person named Cole come clean our vents and ducts this week. They arrived earlier than we were told that they could come but they had called and asked if that was okay. Sure thing! They were very knowledgeable, told us flat out what our options were and what we would be paying for each option. They were able to do the cleaning that day and went right to work!They were here almost the entire day, from about 10 in the morning till 5:30, working diligently and making sure to pick up any messes that they might have made. I was super impressed with their politeness and kindness with both my children asking questions and puppy running around. Theres a lot going on at my house! They even were able to help me locate my young nephew who I was frantically trying to find, and had hidden from me.Cole, worked hard and got our vents done well, even when it was a bigger and more complicated job than they had originally thought, and did not charge us more than the price they had originally quoted us.We are very impressed with this company and their employee Cole and would recommend them to anyone needing similar services!

Daren came twice to my home this week. First he did a plumbing evaluation. Second he came to make some repairs. Both times I was so impressed with how courteous he is. Shoes covered, mask on, on time, and he explains carefully all the work he does. He lets me feel safe about his coming to my home—and confident that the work is done well!

I had my air conditioner unexpectedly stop working a few weeks ago and during my process of getting quotes from different nearby businesses I found that Utahs Best Home Pros was the best balance of price, knowledge, and professionalism! When they came by to give their quote I decided to go ahead with their service and they were able to fix it that same day within just a few hours. My air conditioner worked smoothly for the remaining hot days, and so Id definitely recommend them for HVAC work!

We had Teasha Tyler out today to look at and tune up out furnace. She did an amazing job! She gave us quotes on work we may want done as well as several tips on getting the most out of our older furnace. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Were so glad we got the membership with UBHP so todays visit was FREE!

Zack was our technician and came to see why or AC was not working. Throughout his time here, Zack was extremely professional and up front and honest. When the issue was discovered, Zack informed me of the problem along with the solutions. I did not feel like I was being hustled or taken advantage of. Zack explained the issue to me so I was aware of the maintenance that was preformed. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently.Zack was so professional that I asked for his card so that I could request him personally if we ever needed service again.

Our air conditioning unit quit blowing due to a bad motor, on the furnace. After calling multiple companies & being told the whole furnace needed to be replaced (quote $4200) we tried Utahs Best Home Pros. I told them I needed it fixed as soon as possible (mostly for my mother who was put on hospice yesterday) and was given approximately a 3 hour wait. In less than 30 mins I received a msg from Nigel saying he was on his way. He checked it and the furnace did not need to be replaced just fixed. An hour and a half later we finally have air again. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future as needed. Thank you Nigel and Dawn for the prompt service, kindness & caring you gave us. I would give 10 stars if possible!!
