I had a great experience with Near Me Plumbing. I needed a tankless hot water heater replaced. Cruz was punctual went through my options and provided transparent pricing, which was much better than a lot of the big named competition and they also warrantied their work. Jesus and Dakota did an excellent job with the install. They were knowledgeable and kept me up to date on the entire process. They were also very clean, everything from using a dolly with plastic coverings on the wheels, covering their shoes and were also fastidious in cleaning up after the install. Id highly recommend them again!

Cruz and Jesus and his team did amazing work for us at a really great price! We needed two toilets installed. After calling around to a few locations, I called Near Me Plumbing and Drain Cleaning. They gave me a quote over the phone, and I let out an audible Wow because I could not believe the price. Jesus and his team came during the time they said. When they arrived, I mentioned that the valves at the base of toilets were leaking and asked how much it would cost to replace them along with the toilets. I was again amazed at the price they quoted me. I was able to install both toilets (and valves) at the same price as the other companies were quoting me for one toilet alone. This company is absolutely amazing! We had our main drainage from our home back up during a holiday weekend. These guys responded quickly when we reached out to them. They came out within 24 hours and arrived at the time they said they would.Not only did they snake our drain to clear it, they also used a camera to show us what our drainage system looked like which we were not expecting them to do at no additional cost to us. At the end of the service, they were honest with us about what we could expect moving forward. We live in an old house so the pipes will need replacing or lining at some point in the near future. We didnt pay anything more than what we were quoted over the phone when we contacted them.I will be using Near Me in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I will also be recommending them to my neighbors, family, and friends.

Oh, my heavens. I would love to give ten stars! The only unfortunate part of my interaction was that it didnt happen earlier! Two other companies came to my house before I was in contact with Near Me, nothing but salesman, with skyrocketed prices; blamed on necessary upgrades.Near Me was the opposite experience. Cruz called right away and asked me for some pictures of my existing water heater, he was more than pleasant and completely willing to give me not only a free over-the-phone quote but also advice if I were to try to do it myself! The previous company told me they would need to charge me for research if I wanted direction in doing the job DYI style!I must iterate this was during a holiday weekend! Such stellar communication! After Cruz gave me an out-the-door quote, of far less than half the other companies price, the man of the hour, Jesus arrived punctually (again, holiday weekend) to replace my water heater. Words fail to describe how kind and helpful both Cruz and Jesus are! Jesus was more than willing to put up with me asking a million questions, and hovering over him while he busted his butt fixing my water heater! It turns out, all of the aforementioned upgrades were included in the quote! I could not be happier with this company and its wonderful team! My sprinklers would not turn off so I tried to turn off the water to my sprinklers and broke the stop waste valve then the water really started to flow, to the point I got some in my basement. I spoke with Cruz and he walked me through how to turn off my water from the main. Jesus was there the next day, this all happened at like 10:00 PM on a Saturday night BTW. But Jesus got the water on to house so we could at least shower. The crew showed up like 2 days later to fix the problem which was fine since we had water to the house just not the sprinklers. The whole experience was amazing and they were all so kind, legitimately concerned for our situation. They did phenomenal work and even recommended a great sprinkler guy. I cant tell you how thankful I am for their great service. This is the only company I would call if you have any plumbing needs. Thanks again guys, you are amazing and total life savers. Water damage is the worst but I dont have any thanks to them.
