All of the people from first contact to installer were so positive and friendly. Cheerfully asking if there were any questions or issues that they could address. The work was conducted professionally. We had a complete toilet flange replacement. I’m installing the toilet and can’t wait to have it all in service. Looks great. Just have to hook up the water and enjoy the results now.

Roberto was a fantastic installer! He was friendly, confident, knowledgeable and efficient. I wasnt told how long the install would be and needed it done by uhm-oclock. Roberto got it done -without making me feel like it was a rush job- and exceeded my expectations. Im now enjoying my soft water showers and alkaline water tap at my sink. They even scheduled an appointment to patch the drywall that was cut. Yay! (Past issue).

He reviewed the old water heater and work area, stated he would be about 3 to 3 1/2 hours, brought in all his tools, music and equipment and went right to work.He replaced and upgraded our Hot Water Heater. Ive been more than satisfied with Superior Water and Air. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They provide great communication, demonstrate respect when they come into my home, and they just do a great complete job - ensuring that things are done with high quality and according to code. Nate was wonderful to quickly diagnose the issue with my old 11yr old tankless water heater and got a new one installed quickly over the holiday. They may not be the cheapest out there - but you get what you pay for - and Ill keep calling them knowing that I can trust their work and reputation.

Superior Water and Air installed our furnace, A/C, and water heater.Top quality work every time. Their crews came in, did the work in a safe and efficient manner, and cleaned up after themselves every time.Recently when we began having problems with our smart thermostat, we called them to check out the Furnace. Technician Victor Martinez arrived on time, and was as quick, thorough, and efficient as his previous coworkers. There was nothing wrong with the furnace so we discussed options to replace the thermostat. He was polite and professional the whole time, and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for and was very patient with all my questions.Another great interaction with a great company.

I recently received great service from the Superior Water and Air Team:First Josh, who has been my experienced service tech on several occasions, came out to do a profound diagnostic of my furnace offering important technical information and advice.Then Ryan R. as their sales rep came out to inspect and evaluate the entire house and had a fantastic offer available that fit my needs and budget, again a new LENNOX furnace.Finally, the service techs Tony and Zach came on the day of the agreed appointment to install the new furnace:They were both very knowledgeable, effective and friendly during the installation process, answering all my questions with experience, wit and good advice.All mentioned staff here were very respectful with the interior of my house, their behavior and language.I have been a customer of SW&A for over 14 years now and greatly recommend this company for your service needs.

The came and serviced our new AC in the morning and took the time to explain everything we wanted to know. Cant express enough how professional everyone in this company is and how much they actually care that you get a quality service. Our AC died at the beginning of the week and they lent us a portable room AC that literally saved our lives until we got our new AC installed. If you ever need a new AC or furnace just contact these guys!

Our water softener stopped working after many years of service. Having used Superior Water and Air in the past and pleased with their service I gave them a call. They came out evaluated the old softener (19 years old) and presented options to repair or replace. I decided to replace. Their technician arrived a few days later, carefully removed the old equipment and installed the new softener. Mel was the technician and did an excellent job, explained the work he did and trained me on the new unit. I would recommend Superior Water and Air! They are professional and thorough in all they do.

Our water heater was 20 years old and rusting on the top so I knew I needed to get a new heater sooner than later. I requested 3 estimates online and Superior Water and Air replied first through Home Depot. They sent a man out the next day and he gave us a reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater. Within two days over the weekend, two men (Taylor) came and took out our old heater, put in new vent pipes and had our new tankless installed and the area cleaned in less than 3 hours. I certainly recommend Superior Water and Air.

Art came in and did a wonderful job. He was very polite, made sure he didn’t track anything into my house. Very professional and friendly. My water heater was delivered and after he unboxed it found there were 2 big gouges in the water heater. He offered to run to homedepot and exchange it for me. That was wonderful since I had no way to do that. He explained everything at the end and what he did. A+ service.

The service technician was great, but getting the technician to our house was not the best. Our water heater went out on a Sunday. I called at 8:30, and again at 2:15 and never heard from a technician.A guy showed up on Monday morning after my husband called again on Monday morning and was told nobody could get here until Tuesday…but the guy was here, fixed the problem and left.We just heard back from the woman operating the phones and she has no record of the guy being here. What???

He was so professional in his appearance, manner, speech, and skill. We were amazed at his knowledge. He took all the time needed to answer all our questions. His workmanship was exemplary. Everything was done with the customer in mind and I could tell he didn’t cut any corners, but made sure everything was done correctly and up to code. My serviceman Roberto Flores was very professional and focused on the job he had to do. He informed me what he was going to do and how long it will take and he went right to work. The thing that impressed me the most was he did not say negative things about the equipment he was replacing only that the equipment he was going to put in was high quality and I would be happy with the new equipment. And he was right because we could tell the difference right away. Definitely very satisfied with the whole job from the home visit and quote to the great install.

I had requested an estimate from Home Depot for the replacement of my 13 year old hot water heater and they use Superior Water and Air as the contractor to give the estimate and fulfill any work that is requested in my area. Superior called me within an hour to make an appointment for the estimate. The estimate is a no purchase required estimate. Hunter called when he was 20 minutes away to let me know he was coming. When he arrived he removed his shoes immediately upon entering my house and was very courteous the whole time about not moving anything or touching anything that could have been in his way. He agreed that it was shocking that my hot water heater was still working after 13 years as the type I had was only meant for 8-10 years normally. He explained everything they would do with a new one, the difference between the tankless and regular ones and answered all of my questions. We then started discussing prices. Home Depot has good deals for card members such as 12 months 0% financing and since I am a veteran there are also extra perks beyond that. Anyhow, he discussed all of the $ off and the total prices for each hwh as we were discussing them in detail. The 50 gallons are only $100 more than 40 gallons, as of right now, which there is no point in going with the smaller one.They were out the same day within 3 hours of signing the paperwork and did the work. The gentleman who came out,, cant remember his name, was friendly and answered all of my questions while he was working. He even adjusted my water pressure to the whole house which helps a ton as we had terrible water pressure!! He was done and out within 2 hours and told us within 3 more hours the water heater would be producing hot water and it absolutely was!!With all of this said, I would highly recommend Superior Water and Air without a doubt!! I will use them in the future for my needs with water and air......

Ethan did a wonderful job. Big tough guy, muscled a 110 pound toilet up to my second level, all the time wearing shoe covers to protect my wood and tile floors. He performed the switch over of the water supply and mounted the new toilet fixture in about 40 minutes. A real professional in his craft. Thank you Ethan, a great representative for his company.

Taylor Petersen did a great job installing a tankless water heater. Both 50 gallon water heaters went out technician came within the hour to asses the problem, temporarily repair so we had hot water and scheduled Taylor for the next day. Replacing 2 tanks was slightly more than tankless with only 10 year warranty where tankless had a 25 year warranty Taylor came, assessed the access and ventilation points, installed the system, scheduled the drywall repair and taught us how to maintain. Took 6 hours to complete. Working crest.

Wonderful service and communication! Very professional. Superior Water and Air installed my water softener, reverse osmosis system, and hot water loop in my house five years ago and have done a couple if miscellaneous plumbing repairs along the way too. Every plumber who has come to my house has been skilled, respectful, and professional. Their office staff always answers my calls and sets up appointments in a timely manner. I also appreciate that the office calls to remind me about the annual maintenance for my system, because honestly, I would forget if it were left up to me.

I worked with three different services before settling on this company and having the Home Depot backing in case of future service needs in addition to the American made water softener brand Eco Water made this decision easier. They actually were not the cheapest I found but by far delivered the best value and experience.

He got the toilet up there got the old one removed, got the new one installed, tested it, sealed it and took pictures. He may actually be back on schedule because of how well he did this job. It would have been helpful to have the wet drop cloths removed or replaced before the water started leaking through and getting our carpet wet. Not a big issue but something to consider for future jobs.
