We had a storm destroy our previous enclosure, and palm beach aluminum was amazing replacing it! They were attentive, and gave us exactly what we were asking for. The pictures speak for themselves. The replacement has given us a better view, and the quality is clearly better than we started with. They handled all the paperwork, and the office staff was extremely helpful with moving the process along. We have an HOA and didn’t even have to bother. Extremely happy with the service and crew that came to fix our favorite spot. Thank you so much!

Palm Beach Aluminum built a beautiful patio for us! They handled all of the permitting with our hard-to-work-with city. Their time predictions were spot on from start to finish. Communications were easy and quick. Workmanship, excellent. They even provided recommendations for roofing and fan installation. When the summer rains started, we had a couple of places that were catching water and they came out quickly to fix these areas. Our patio has given us a wonderful place to gather with family and enjoy our backyard bug-free and in the cool shade. We highly recommend this company.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! From quote to completion the process of getting my house upgraded to Impact Windows was flawless.First, I called and Darren came out 2 days later and quoted the job. I had the quote in hand the day after the he came by. After paying my deposit they said the windows would be 4-6 weeks out and they would install them soon after they came in. Well... 5 weeks passed and I got a call from their office saying my Windows cam in and they would like to install them the following week. The installation took 3 days from start to finish and everything looks great!I can say from personal experience that companies that run their operation this well are hard to find. Do yourself a favor and stop searching, because Palm Beach Aluminum should be your first choice!

I cant say enough about the professionalism of Diane, Sales Representative. We had a previous screen company that caused damage to the condo unit and were kicked out of the condominium complex. Diane stepped in with skill and Palm Beach Aluminum beautifully completed a difficult project. Diane also kept in great contact, keeping me informed through the process. I highly recommend!

I am unbelievably happy with my new screen enclosure. It is exactly what I wanted and totally worth the wait.Darren was a little hesitant in the beginning because I had a very specific design vision and a long HOA approval process to get through but it turned out perfectly. The entire team had excellent communication every step of the way, the installation was fast and clean, and a minor repair/correction was completed immediately without issue.I would highly recommend PB Aluminum and I can’t wait to use them again for future projects.

Im exceptionally satisfied with the new work Palm Beach Aluminum did on my screen enclosure and flat roof installation. 24 years ago the company replaced the screen enclosure. After 3 hurricanes and multiple storms, the screens were ripped off but the structure stood the test of time. The crew was excellent, timely and professional. I highly recommend them when looking for any screen modifications..

PBA recently installed a roof and screen enclosure on out patio. We are more than delighted with the result. They elevated the height above the existing small roof, and we now have a spacious new room protected from sun and insects, with an 8.5 ft ceiling. They were clearly experts at building these rooms, and recommended several features we would not have known to request. They also handled all permitting and inspections, and knew exactly how to work with our HOA. We really cannot think of a single element of the job that they could have done better.

We were thoroughly pleased with Palm Beach Aluminums installation crew, and with the accordion shutters they installed (of course, we havent had a hurricane yet, but were sure theyll do their job when needed). We practiced closing and opening one set of shutters, and its pretty easy. Of course, the crew showed us how to open, close, lock, unlock, and strap the shutters. Palm Beach Aluminums crew was friendly, courteous, and clean. They practiced social distancing as best they could, and their work appears to be top-notch. And, should we run into any problems, were sure Palm Beach Aluminum will stand behind their work and their products. They are very responsive and easy to work with on the phone. We would strongly recommend Palm Beach Aluminum to anyone looking for hurricane shutters.

Palm Beach Aluminum’s presentation for accordion shutters was the most comprehensive and informative of those we interviewed. They had samples of their hardware, and the representative was very knowledgeable about solving problems with some of our doors to be shuttered. They worked with us on price and made our installation affordable. The project was completed faster than we expected, and we’re very happy with the results. I came to “PBA” two years after contracting with another patio enclosure company which did not survive the Pandemic. That company took a large sum to start the project not sure if that company planned to complete the project but left my patio in complete disarray, PBA’s staff righted their wrongs at no additional cost to me; saving me thousands!
