So my initial install was done on time and installers did the job quickly. The outside of my sliders after install apparently were a mess so they covered it with a wood frame!?? After a first failed inspection it they sent a tech who showed up for 10 minutes, left and I didn’t hear from anyone for 3 weeks. Apparently they didn’t know he didn’t finish the job. They sent a tech Von who did an outstanding job. He gets 5 stars. I was not happy with what was done on the whole outside of my sliders. See photo. But overall they did a good job. We had plenty of bad storms and the windows and sliders are great. Plus it’s less noisy!

The sales professionals helped me pick great styles for my windows. And they did a great job cleaning up inside and outside before they left. I forgot until Alfonso showed me, how the single hung windows tilt in for cleaning. Other than the installers not speaking English, the installation went wonderful. Window World sent someone out right away to explain to the installers what I needed. Everything was totally cleaned up afterwards. I have rocks and shells on the ground outside my windows and I thought those would be totally messed up afterwards, but you can’t even tell someone was out there. They did a wonderful job. I will use them again and will recommend them.

5 Stars for Von, the tech who took care of reinstalling our side lite, which was originally installed inside out by a prior crew sent by the company. He then purchased trim to complete the front door. Von also checked each of 3 windows that were installed yet by a different crew sent by the company, and he made some minor adjustments. I appreciated Von’s strong work ethic, persistence, skill, and competency.

We do not yet have our door so I cant comment on that but the salesman Barry and Hayli who works in the office have been really good. In particular, Hayli was polite and helpful on the many phone calls needed to arrange for our HOA to approve the door we selected. She was very patient with me as we hurried the paperwork needed to get the forms to our HOA in time for their monthly review meeting. Im so grateful to her.

After getting two insanely high quotes to enclose a VERY small patio- I was referred to Rich at Window World. From the receptionist who answered my call with such a welcoming manner to Rich who called me at 2pm yesterday- I spoke to for 45 minutes asking all my questions to his clearing up his schedule to come by today at 11am…. He was here/measured and came in much lower than the others. It was not about the price for us- it was the customer service. He was personable, assisted with the Condo application and knew his stuff. He was FAR from a “hard sell”- it was more “here’s what we can do”!I happily wrote a check for the full amount and look forward to the install day.As the CEO of a public relations firm- I tell my clients all the time that it’s much easier to keep new clients than search for new ones. The customer service was so great by everyone I spoke to that I’ll HAPPILY refer them!!!Thanks Rich for your No BS approach!

Hayli Jones was terrific. I called Window World to see if they had received my HOA approval for a replacement window. Hayli confirmed that they hadnt received it, and it dawned on me that I had probably forgotten to initiate the approval with my HOA. Hayli immediately emailed me copies of Window Worlds COI and license, so that I could submit my change request to the HOA without loosing any more time. She also encouraged me to call if the HOA needed anything else. Hayli turned a problem into a great customer experience!

Very cordial, helpful and knowledge but most important STRAIGHT TO THE POINT. Time is valuable for a busy working single mom like me and I really got tired of the sales pitch and constant follow up calls of all the other companies. I did my research and called several places and by far, price wise, WindowWorld offered me the most complete package for my money besides the most competitive financing option with Wells Fargo (monthly payments for 25 months interest free). Kevin made it happen and I am very very happy with that!

Prior to Window World, I tried getting Windows installed by Paradise Windows which was a nightmare!! Issue with city with glass block, window world work with Pembroke Pines city and passed. Alfaro and Alex installed it nicely. Manger Cavin is the best manager. He continues communicate and finish the job. I took loan just before finished but Cavin drove all the way take care paperwork. In office Ms Davie is very helpful. Window world helped me with not damage my structure and save trouble from city. Please verify no one can beat price and service as window world. I suffered 2 years for window at Tamarac with different window company. Window world is simply the best. Get few quote and find yourself. Thanks to window world team. We had six windows and a sliding glass door (SGD) replaced by Window World. Although we had a difficult experience and long delays due to the manufacturers quality control, Window World worked diligently with us to rectify and resolve the situation. I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and understand completely how these situations can happen but it is always the resolution to the issues that make or break a relationship. Kevin Keegan, Yasix Bowen, Pam Portell and the owner, Mark Collins all played an important part of this resolution. In addition, the windows now look and work great since they were replaced by the manufacturer and reinstalled by Window World, making good on their warranty. The installers were respectful of our home and personable as well. We were also able to come to an agreement for the SGD that worked for both parties.I would certainly recommend Window World in the future and appreciate their commitment to finalizing a mutually fair deal.

I initially had 4 windows replaced in 2018 and from my first meetingwith Kevin Keagan. I was impressed. It took about 4 months, as expectedsince they were making them to fit my opening. Upon arrival the installation team was first class, professional and neat. They left thespace must cleaner then when they began. Today, I signed anothercontract to replace the sliders in the condo and will no doubt have thesame positive experience. Replacement windows take time and I amgrateful for the 250 kilowatt reduction in my electric bill. Great Job!
