I am SO greatful I called Tim at STLPlumbing! My sump pump was shooting water all over the basement and I know nothing about such things. Tim came to my home as soon as he finished the job he was doing and after looking at it told me he could fix it in 5 minutes and not to worry about a charge. He has a customer for life and I could not recommend him enough! Quality business owner.

Tim was recommended to us by another company who couldnt fit us into their schedule for several days. Tim went the above and beyond to get out to our house right away Monday to replace our water heater which went out over the weekend. We were able to upgrade our water heater size for less than other companies were going to charge to replace with same size. We will definitely be using Tim and STL Plumbing for any future needs and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a quality plumber!

My house is about 100 years old, and Tim is clearly an expert on historical plumbing. He also believes in not removing what still works, but preserving quality vintage systems - and he has the vintage tools and expert skills to do so. After a thorough inspection, Tim determined that only a repair was necessary, rather than the replacement Id expected. He cleared the tub drum trap and fixed the telescopic tub drain - which is apparently fairly unusual plumbing. I highly recommend this business for drain and other plumbing work - of both the usual and unusual sorts.
