We hired MH Construction for a kitchen renovation, and we are thrilled with their work! Mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. Mike kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, answering our questions and working out the design. He and his team were amazingly efficient, often getting more completed each day than we’d anticipated, and they were polite, professional, and always kept the work area clean and safe. They also went the extra mile and conscientiously fixed unexpected issues they found, including several smaller electrical and plumbing glitches. Best of all, we couldn’t be happier with the end product: our kitchen is beautiful and more functional than ever. We’ll recommend MH Construction to all of our friends, and we’d be delighted to hire them again in the future! -

As someone who just recently bought their first house, I was worried when looking for a contractor to help us with repairs. Mike was incredible and patient with us, and never once tried to upsell. Now that we know Mike is here for us, we will never look elsewhere! -

Mike and his team are absolutely wonderful to work with. We moved into our new home in October of 2020 and our basement was completely unfinished at the time. We worked with Mike to create plans to add a bedroom, office, laundry room, family room, and an additional bathroom.During the project, we were so happy with Mike and his team that we asked if he would be able to help us with the upstairs as well. For the upstairs, MH contracting removed a wall that separated the kitchen and living room, removed carpet in the bedrooms, updated two bathrooms with new tile and vanities, along with installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout the upstairs. The wall was removed flawlessly and you would never know that there was a wall there.For the basement, they stabilized the stairs, installed completely new framing, fixed plumbing components that were not up to code from the previous owner, fully insulated and dry walled, painted, all new electrical and panel upgrades, added an egress window, and laid new vinyl plank flooring. The basement is now completely finished with proper permits and fully passed inspections.Mike’s communication was great throughout the entire project and all of his team members were very polite, clean, and helpful. He kept us up to date on any material delays throughout the pandemic and set proper expectations. There were material delays that were out of Mike’s control so the projects took about four and a half months to complete but they were a pleasure to work with the entire time.We would absolutely recommend Mike and his team to any of our friends and family for any work you’re looking to have done to your home or business. -

OMG where do I start! The job was to replace my patio stairs and railings from the wood ones that the builder installed and they did an OUTSTANDING job.! They literally did the entire job in 110 degree heat in 3 hours tops.The crew was so very nice and professional and also cleaned up after themselves. Hands down they have been the best contractor yet that has done work for me in my newly built home.I wish I had come across my military brother Mike and his crew for my basement! They have my back yard standing tall and looking good!My black aluminum fence and my black aluminum railings for my stairs are ABSOLUTLEY GORGEOUS!There is no comparison with the price, the workmanship and not to mention the attention to detail that the entire crew displayed. The entire crew was all on the same page from beginning to end and when they finished, they left!!!!I will have them do any other contracting jobs that I need done for the rest of my natural born life for sure... I need not look any further. I found the company that can handle all of my contracting needs.They came and they SHOWED UP AND SHOWED OUT!!! They truly gave me the ROYAL treatment...I Love it! -

MH Contracting finished our basement and created an office space in our upstairs bedroom. I rely heavily on public reviews and online feedback/ratings, and was recommended to MH from my neighbor and their online reviews were outstanding. After speaking to 5 or 6 contractors, we went with Mike and his team.The job that did was absolutely fantastic, beyond our wildest dreams of how we imagined things would look in the end. The spaces they created are absolutely beautiful and perfectly fit what we needed.Mike and his team (Scott, Cameron, Frank, and some others) were incredibly easy to work with, always allowed open communication, good and honest work and always up front with what was going on. They were flexible with changes we desired (if possible), patient with us trying to figure out exactly what we wanted, and all around a solid team! I could not recommend anyone greater to go with for any sort of housing project/remodel. You will not be disappointed with MH Contracting!! Thanks so much for everything, Mike! -

We needed a gas line ran to our laundry room of our new home and Mike and his crew came out immediately, talked through the job, and gave us a very reasonable quote so we hired them! A day later his team arrived early and did the job for less than their quote because they found a more efficient way to do it. All were polite and friendly and cleaned up with space before leaving. Can’t brag about them enough!!! Thanks!!! -

Great workmanship on our bathroom addition at a reasonable price! I LOVE it!!! Quality most important.We may use them for everything moving forward. Just really happy with the quality of work. For example, things like protecting the floor and not dinging walls when stuff is brought in. We hired another contractor and had a bad experience with this carelessness that ended up causing us more work and cost from damage. Thanks for treating our home with care! Seriously the nicest guy ever! Fixed our back door and helped us plan out the rest of our home repairs. And this may sound a little silly, but I always love when a group is pet friendly. More than that, my dog completely loved him! To me, that shows good character and a trustworthy individual. I couldn’t recommend them more! -

My wife and I really enjoyed working with Mike and his team as they finished our basement. Mike made sure every detail was completed to our liking, and was always flexible to make sure the finishings were what we wanted. Communication was great throughout the project, and the team was very respectful. We will definitely call Mike for future projects!
