    Helped an out of town neighbor with tenants sort out a sewer back up in their basement. Their regular plumber never called back about emergency services over the weekend, so they called Roto Rooter who got there in a couple hours. The tech was knowledgeable and patient, and the camera assessment showed there was a huge wad of aluminum foil blocking the pipe!Thankful that they were able to get things back to normal within the same day so the tenants didnā€™t have to get a hotel room.FYI, the current tenants are new so I donā€™t think it was them :)

    Wow! RR sent a technician right away! Sam was EXCELLENT. They called and let me know when he would arrive. He was courteous, knowledable, and answered all my questions. He explained the pricing up front, and it included a follow-up scope at no extra cost. Matt arrived to do the scope a couple of hours later. I found the camera scope to be very valuable. We discovered some root growth that could become a major issue over time. I wouldnt have known about it without the scope. Once again Im very happy with both personnel and the service. Problem solved!

    I wish we didnā€™t have so many opportunities to rate Roto-Rooter but Zach came out for us on Christmas Eve and was amazing! He did a great job and was very knowledge. He also requested Nick to come scope the pipes with the camera. Weā€™ve had this done three times now in 7 months and finally feel like we might be getting to a solution! Zach and Nick are rockstars!

    Zach came out for the washer standpipe, he was friendly and professional. He waited to make sure I was satisfied that the water wasnt dumping on the floor as it was doing previously. No hidden charges for the job and guaranteed that its resolved or theyll come back out free of charge. Would recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

    Ive been a homeowner for roughly 20 years and have had somewhere around 4-6 times where Ive needed to call a plumber. Today I needed someone and I needed them quickly due to what initially appeared to be a significant leak and/or clog in our main line. I called four places and Roto-Rooter was the only one that listened to my issue and then decided to get someone out to me within the hour. On top of this prompt service, I was also fortunate to have had Jonathan assigned to me, who without any question whatsoever is the most professional plumber I have worked with. He listened to me, observed himself, and then was able to identify 2-3 possible issues. He then explained each one to me and advised me on my options. In other words, he made sure I fully understood and explained the issue so that I could make the best decision possible regarding services from that point on. In short, we chose a path, pursued it, and all along the way Jonathan let me know what was going on and educated me on the process (to be clear, he would have been just fine if I had preferred to not observe at all). The issue was resolved from beginning to end (which DID include accessing the mainline) in under two hours.I cant express enough how impressed I am by 1) the promptness of service, 2) the very clear value placed on listening to me as a part of their assessment, and 3) Jonathan, himself. If you are fortunate enough to have Jonathan assigned to you, you have my congratulations. If you have the opportunity to request him specifically, you certainly should.I will be calling Roto-Rooter first, and likely only them, for my future needs. Thank you!

    The technician, Mr. Ryan (Employee #8320) was extremely professional and demonstrated a vest amount of skill at his craft. Recommended to have my drains cable to remove grease buildup over the years. Hopefully, it will take care of my problems, but if not, they provided a 6 month warranty.

    Plumber Brian arrived within 40 minutes of placing the call. He was very friendly for coming out at 630pm on a Friday night. He had us unclogged in about 15 minutes. Found roots growing in the pipe even tho we had everything replaced from the house to the main line 3 years ago. He said possibly the company contracted by the county might have not done a proper repair. He said he would have someone call from the office in the next couple of days to come back out and run a camera down the line for free to see where the issue is at.

We did however appreciate that he was honest about how our drains worked and what was going on.     A backed up kitchen sink is never something you want to deal with, especially around the holidays. But Brian Watson of Roto Rooter remedied the situation in a way that made me ask if we could request him as our technician should we have plumbing issues in the future. Brian called to let me know when he would arrive, he was prompt and courteous, he assessed the situation and let me know what the remedy would be, and then he fixed the problem. He went over and above in testing out the drain multiple times to ensure that everything was working properly, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, he suggested that we have the camera team at Roto Rooter come out for FREE to camera our drain as a 2nd opinion (we had previously had this done by another plumbing service). And as we were wrapping up asked if we had any coupons. Failing that he was able to provide us with a significant senior discount -- which is always welcome. He was diligent about cleaning up the mess that comes with plumbing issues. He was personable, knowledgeable, skilled at his trade, and someone we had zero reservations about having in our home. This is the first plumbing review Ive ever left, but when someone provides stellar service, they deserve to be recognized. Roto Rooter, your company is VERY well represented by Brian Watson.

If this 90 minute job cost me $375.00 good God Id hate to see what this job will cost me.
