They made everything easy. They answered the phone the first time I called and had someone over in a few days to look at my leaking water softener. He showed up right on time and explained what the issue was and that it would be better to replace my very old water softener than to repair it and have it break again in a few months. He came back the next day, again right on time and had my old softener out and the new one working in just a couple hours with no mess left behind. Highly recommend.

Just got my first water softener installed by Holmes. Grant was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess. I know very little about water softeners and he was very patient in answering my questions.

My softener wasnt working, after looking at it i notice the cam gear had broke. Called Holmes and sent them a pic and 2 mins later they told me to bring in it. I drove down and Cindy went to work and about 10 mins later i was all fixed up....cost 5.50. Thanks for the awesome service

Moved to lake St. Louis are and couldn’t believe the calcium and hardness of the water. Called Holmes, got w whole house filter and softener and every day I’m glad we did. Sales/install guy was great, honest, was here when he said and gone when he said. It would be first thing I’d get in new home that needed it! Totally recommend to anyone!

We hired Holmes to install a water softener system in our home. Grant was the technician they sent to our home for consultation and installation. He was professional, friendly, and smart. The builders of our home took some interesting liberties with the plumbing (most likely in an effort to save on construction costs) that made the install a bit tricky, but Grant was able to come up with a solution to place the softener where we wanted it to be placed in our basement with as little re-working of our existing pipe as possible. Regarding cost, Holmes pricing compared to their competitors is amazing! I really appreciate a company that passes down some of their wholesale price savings to the consumer and thats exactly what Holmes does. Thank you, Holmes!

They are the best!! Customer service is great! Very friendly and helpful. If they are in our area they will just stop by to make sure everything is good. The aeration treatment system and water softener did they installed in her house worked perfectly.

So 25 years ago I bought a water softener for the ultra hard water here in OFallon, MO. The guy at the hardware store said in OFallon water softerners dont last 5 years because the water is so hard. Well, Holmes was my choice back then and we finally, 25 years later, replaced ours with another Holmes. Quick install, no interest payments like 25 years ago. They are simply the best in the entire area. I priced Culligan and they were a good 1000 dollars more for a lesser unit. If you want a family owned business that does you right, Holmes it is.
