Top notch! Had a frame art tv installed and they did a fantastic job. They had to cut through shiplap so it was a bit more of a tricky job. They were on time and cleaned up. I am very type A and was beyond impressed! Highly recommend

What a fantastic company! I was having problems with my Control 4 system after swapping out a simple Verizon set top box. I called and Brad Poindexter answered on the first ring, asked me to text him a picture of the box and told me in less than 2 minutes how to fix my problem. Every other vendor I spoke to today said they wanted a multiple hundred dollar on site visit and it would take weeks. Tri-Zone is my go to company from this point forward!

We loved working with Brad to get our home theater all set up! He helped us install a new speaker system, hide the wires, and set up our new projector. Everything works and looks perfect! Tri-Zone does high quality work for a very reasonable price! 100% recommend!!!

We used Tri-Zone Automation for our new office build-out in Fairfax. Tri-Zone did our cabling, set up our WIFI and Sonos for our office. Brad was professional, friendly and very patient. He had to wait for the cable company to finish their work before he could finish his work. Brads pricing was better than our other estimates. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!

We hired Trizone Automation to help us with a variety of different things. We purchased a new house and the internet connection wasn’t great. Brad came and diagnosed everything and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was able to fix our internet connection and it works awesome now. Our house also had a ton of wires everywhere in our storage room. Brad cleaned it all up and told us what wires we needed and what they went to. Additionally they installed surround sound in our basement and mounted 2 tvs for us. We were very impressed with Brad’s honesty and his prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of work. We highly recommend Trizone Automation!

Brad was very professional and extremely helpful. He called to update me on his arrival and was able to fix my smart home issue and update my system. I will absolutely use this company again!! I highly recommend Tri-Zone Automation! They provide great customer service and workmanship, and a fair price! They work on projects ranging from small to large scale. For example, they did a great job installing and relocating my large screen TVs. I definitely would call Brad again for future A/V/automation needs!

I highly recommend this company.While this has become a bit of a cliche, I sincerely mean it when I say Brad went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Upon request, he came to my house Friday evening after business hours to troubleshoot and fix my home network. In addition to customer service, Brad showed great knowledge and experience with home networks and located the problem and fixed it extremely quickly. Thank you very much.

From arrival to departure he was professional, personable and very detail oriented in the job. From scheduling to follow up he was affordable, responsive and in touch. Working with Tri-Zone and Brad P was a great experience. Brad (not me) was very patient and helpful in guiding us through the design of our low voltage configuration. Any questions that we had were responded to promptly and thoroughly. We really appreciated Brads flexibility in working with, and around, the other trades that were part of our build process. Post-installation, Brad remains very responsive to all my inquiries. I definitely recommend Tri-Zone to others for their low voltage needs.

Brad was knowledgeable, professional and timely. He integrated everything through Alexa so we can control it with voice commands. Finally after 5 years of living in this house I am able to enjoy the built in speakers it came with!
