We had the guys come out about a week ago to snake the drain and the issues persisted. Mario and Luka came out on Christmas Eve to resolve our sewage and plumbing issues. They found bigger issues that couldn’t be fixed in one day, but the work ethic and drive to stand behind their work is there. I would definitely recommend!

EXCELLENT, these guys fixed another plumbers failure.I had a backed-up basement drain. 1st company came out ran a snake twice, then said they quit, and the floor needs to be broken up and drains replaced. quoted $3800.Drain Resolvers comes out, puts snake in, runs for 20 minutes puts out 34 ft of snake and voila a ton of crap washed out and drains are free and clearThank you

Mario and the team are awesome! I had a slow drain and hadn’t had my sewer scoped in a few years. They were prompt, focused, fast, efficient, they used the camera to show me what will cause issues down the road and what to not worry about. They showed up on time and took care of my house on the way in and out. Happy to report my kitchen drain is clear and I have a plan for the next few years. They were super prompt when I had Followup questions and were great to work with.

Great guys!! From someone who has been in construction on and off for over 30 years, I was about to lose my mind on a drain problem at the house. Mario came in and took care of business, no issues, professional and down to earth. I would HIGHLY recommend using them!! Noproblems, same day service and professional! Had Mario and Ricky out to replace a bad section of sewer pipe under my basement floor, they tarped off the stairs and surrounding area to keep things as clean as possible. They ran a camera through the pipe to check for any other possible problems and completed the job in a day. They also noticed a slight gas leak coming from the gas line going to my furnace and repaired it without any charge. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Drain Resolvers they are! Mario & Ricky came the same day and worked diligently to clear the main line in the basement. They also cleaned out/cabled under the floor in the laundry room. Around March 10, 2022, my sewage pipe was backed up again. This was like the 4th or 5th time since buying the house a few years prior. Every place that came out before would snake and charge me anywhere from 200 to 350 bucks each time. Only one place ever suggested hydro flushing the pipes and they quoted me an insane price of of 2,200 dollars!I gave Drain Resolvers a call, they were able to get out within a day or two, scope the pipe and hydro flush it for an actual reasonable and fair price.Here I am one year and 8 months later and Ive never had a backup again. It is hard to find reliable tradesmen. Drain Resolvers is in my list of recommendations when people ask and they are in my contacts list so if I need them again I have their number to call.Highly recommend.

I reached out to Drain Resolvers because I had used another company to do some sewer work and I was still having issues. Mario came out personally and not only cleaned the line that was clogged but also ran the camera and let me know why this was still happening and provided guidance on next steps for repair. He also took the time to talk to my tenant and provided additional pointers on things she could do moving forward to help prevent any clogging. Its rare to find this type of customer service now a days !Great job and thank you again for not only helping solve my issue but treating my tenant like she was family!!

Rainy Days are Busy Days for Plumbers. Mario and his team were Awesome! I had re-occurring drain issues and this time it stopped all water operations.I called 4 other plumbers who were unavailable to my call for help. Mario answered the phone and assured me he would be here shortly.Before he entered my house he had very good idea what the problem was. A problem we have struggled with for years he diagnosed in minutes and solved within the hour. (A frozen check valve door. )He made time for me in his busy day. He assessed my emergency and responded promptly. I am extremely grateful for his response and that the reoccurring issue is finely resolved. His pricing was excellent! Professional, knowledgeable, and performed the work well and for fair price.Completed a large project for us (they had to repair/replace all of the lines located underneath the concrete in our basement-completed in 2 days with concrete re-poured) and have replaced a broken gate valve at our water main. They came to our house on time, worked with my schedule, left it clean, they explained everything, they are Honest, and they were MORE than fair with pricing. We had two toilets that had pipes that had to be cut and extended because flooring was put in over flooring by the prior home owner. Taylor and John rocked it out in a morning!!! We now have a family plumber and if you are hesitiating, dont. Just call them and get it fixed.

I highly recommend Drain Resolvers! My wife and I are finishing our basement and drain resolvers came in to finish the full basement bathroom (vanity, tub, shower, and toilet all leading to a macerator pump). The work was started by another plumbing company that hadnt done a good job.John came in, was friendly and courteous and installed everything. He also notified me and fixed the spots that were poorly done by the previous plumbers. This included replacing the check valve on the macerator pump. The new valve doesnt leak and runs incredibly silent!John was great and consulted me on what we, the homeowners, preferred to do throughout the process which was much appreciated. He also gave us some good advice on not adding a utility sink that would run through the macerator pump, which the previous plumbers hadnt thought to warn us about. Overall they were on time, professional, collaborative and I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Solved the mystery behind a non flowing toilet! Squirrels dropped a walnut into my vent stac on the roof. It caught at a “y“in my pipes and snowballed into a giant toilet paper blockage. Once they wrestled the blockade the walnut culprit reared its ugly face. Most guys would have left but Mario and Kyle stuck with it until the end! Highly recommend.

I tried to replace a broken faucet on my own to no avail. With it halfway apart and my main water shut off, i needed the the job completed quickly. My mom gave me the number to Drain Resolvers which was suggested to her through Facebook. The phone call was a pleasant experience and the customer service was top notch (which I find lacking in a lot of business experiences these days.) She was friendly and polite, asked questions that I was only able to partially answer. She gave me a quote over the phone and dispatched someone to me immediately. They arrived within 15 minutes!!! They were polite and respectful of my home and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The best part..... the actual cost was about 25% less than what was quoted. Highly recommend to anyone in need of services!! Very pleased!!!

Highly recommend!I started having water in my basement and I called Drain Resolvers for a second opinion, as my original quote from a different company was $5800 which entailed digging up my basement floor!!!Mario came out, cleared the sewer, and explained that he saw no reason to dig up the floor at all. That was over 2 weeks ago. We have had a LOT of rain and melting snow, and I havent had a drop of water in my basement since. And the charge was only $150!

I had an issue where my sump pumps were discharging sewage into my front and back yard. I had originally called another plumbing company and they came out and told me I was going to need to have my entire driveway ripped out and my sump discharge lines re-routed to the city sewer in the street. They quoted me at $22,500.00 . I called Drain Resolvers for a second opinion. Mario came out and found that my sump system was tied into my sewer, and that my sewer was backed up with tree roots. Since my sewer was backed up the water was being pushed into my sump pits, or else I would have had a flooded basement. Mario Hydro Jetted my sewer to clear the root blockages, and I have not had any more issues. Instead of looking to make a buck and sell a giant repair I did not need, he was honest and helpful and solved my problems for $800 instead of over $20,000.
