Was is the process of getting quotes to replace my furnace when of course it stopped working with no warning, and when it was below 20 degrees at night. They were able to get to my house within a couple hours to access the problem and actually had my furnace i stalled the day after that! Great company to work with, very professional and honest, plus a bonus, there pricing was much better than quotes I received already! They certainly saved the day for me!!! Would recommend giving them a vall for your heating and cooling needs!!

I highly recommend this family business! I called and Ted was quick to give me a quote and get AC installed in my home since I have small children. Chase and Tyler worked great together and got the job done fast. Not to mention they will not rip you off, their prices are super fair. If youre having issues with your heating or cooling system, this is the place to call!

Ted was so I knowledgeable and professional! My heat went out and he was very quick to respond and didnt try to charge me a million dollars because I was in a desperate situation. I recently had to replace a 20+ year old heat pump and contacted Ted to give me an estimate. He answered all my questions and we settled on a price and combination of features that made me very happy! My house was a sweltering 90 degrees that day. Ted was able to get his crew here within 2 days and in a little over a day and a half I have an entire new system. I cant say enough about his crew. They were friendly and knowledgeable and got everything installed and working very quickly. They hauled away the old equipment and left no sign of all of the work they had done, except a perfectly functioning AC unit and a brand new furnace for when cold weather hits. I give them a 10/10 overall.

10/10 would recommend Carters HVAC ! From start to finish. Erin has been EXTREMELY responsive, answering all our questions and extremely considerate to the fact that we had NO heat with 2 babies. Tyler and Chris were absolutely excellent and came out on a Saturday to install a brand new furnace and made sure our family was taken care of and had heat. Very friendly group, Ted, Chase and Josh were able to have my new central air installed within a week of my old one dying on me, even with the holiday, when all the other companies I called couldnt even get someone out for an estimate until this week at the earliest. The cost on the new unit was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for any future needs.

My furnace & heat pump went out at a really inconvenient time. I didnt know what I was going to do. Ted was amazing. He was very understanding and told me if & when I was ready he would be there. Well he held true to his word. I found the finances called them, they set the appointment and was there as promised. The communication is awesome... the quality of work is out of this world. They literally took me step by step through everything. Also gave some tips on maintenance and what to watch for. I cant express how much they care. You might find cheaper but I doubt it. But tou will NEVER find better good hearted not out to kill you in prices types of guys. All one big family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I called for a repair that was needed because of a busted waterline and they came out the next day to see what needed done. My vent was in pretty bad shape and he needed to get a new piece to replace what busted, but was able to tape it up enough for the night so my kiddo and I had heat for the night until he could fix it the next day. He got it done quickly, neatly, and it was pretty affordable too. I will definitely call them again if needed

New central air, a fiasco of wiring figured out, plus new 200 amp service along with a large handful of new outlets installed. And they still stayed late to squeeze in some additional needs - a gas line and a sink drain updated. They were at our house for 2 days, one of which ended up being 12 hours. From the first appt to completion, they came through 10,000%.

Tyler arrived within time specified professional and polite.New to the area, unaware of companies here, and a General Contractor as a husband makes any problem a task. A lot of hacks out there.I ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND Carter and Tyler the technician for your Heating and Cooling needs. Pur lennox pulse furnace went out, thanks to Ted, Chase and all the good people from carter heating I found out the pulse was recalled. Never knew that until they informed me. They got me a new lennox furnace removed the old one and installed the new one. They were not only professional but you could tell they honestly cared about their customers. I will never use another company other then carter heating after seeing the difference in how carter treats their customers compared to the other companies I called who wanted to charge me more and have me wait at least another week for a new furnace. Carter heating understood I had no heat and got the furnace and installed it with wonderful communication with me so I knew exactly when they would be here. I cant believe the difference in my home. Thank you again
