    I was so pleased with the service and was actually shown and given a complete breakdown on both of my units, one being a furnace and the other the air handler of their full operation. That’s what I call quality service and care. The technician was very friendly and respectful. Overall very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations for better care of the units. I also purchased the one year service/maintenance contract.

    The tech was young and I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and experience. He checked my furnace thoroughly and found some dust in the squirrel cage and explained to my wife and I the problems that it could cause in the future.He removed the entire fan motor and blowing system and cleaned it with solution and water. The system runs good and quiet. I will be asking for his service in the future. 👍

    Technician called me earlier than my window time and told me he could come earlier if I was free. He was polite and helpful. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it same day. He told me about 6 month routine maintenance and discussed the companys maintenance plan with me. Id definitely use them again for maintenance and any HVAC issues.

    We have a contract. Each instance of a power outage, plumbing issue, they have been able to come out the same day. Very grateful!Other companies charge an upfront diagnostic fee, then the repair and parts fee.The annul contract price is less than 1 visit from an HVAC tech. I recommend them!

    My landlord prefers United Air Temp and I agree - they’re a great choice! I’ve lived here for 5 years and they’ve serviced the unit the entire time.They provide the annual checks of the unit (heating and air) and when there was trouble with the AC (in the middle of a hot DMV summer) United Air Temp came through. Despite challenges getting parts and a few conflicting diagnosis the unit was successfully repaired.This year’s annual check of the AC unit (this week) was conducted by a professional, courteous and thorough technician. United Air Temp ‘I’m a fan’!

    United Air Temp has been servicing my HVAC system for more than 12 years. I have never had an issue with their performance. Majority of the time they have shown up before the scheduled appointment time. The technicians will call to see how if they can come earlier. The most recent service was for plumbing and that’s the first time I used them for plumbing. The technician was professional, courteous and successful at solving the problem. I will definitely use them again. I also used United Air Temp for electrical work for upgrading the electrical circuit panel.

    Arrival was scheduled on Fri/Apr19 between 9-10AM.Technician arrived at 9:57AM.I notice technician Leeqq (not sure with spelling) was very detailed. I am not an expert on HVAC but I noticed that he was very thorough and identified my old almost 10+ yr thermostat was causing the delayed response. Previous tech, from the same company, did not detect it in previous annual checks. He thoroughly/patiently explained, in lay man’s terms, what he was doing, his findings and course of action which was very reassuring. He is a true professional. If ever I’ll need HVAC maintenance, I’ll ask for him by name.
