I took on the task of replacing 3 toilets and a vanity faucet for my parents’ home. With my father being ill for some time, I inherited some of the follow up and maintenance required for their home. I am so glad I chose Genevie Plumbing for the necessary plumbing work! From the first phone call for estimates, and several other calls for follow up questions, they were courteous and thorough. Amy fielded my multiple calls and scheduled my appt seamlessly. On the day of the appt, they showed up ON TIME, finished the work within the 3 hr estimated timeframe, and charged me exactly what was quoted. Nick did amazing work, and was such a nice, pleasant person to boot! I don’t know how they could’ve improved upon this whole experience for me. With so much on my to-do list, they helped alleviate my stress by completing the job as estimated and quoted.I initially chose Genevie vs some of the other area plumbing companies because they are a family-owned business, actually ANSWERED my call without having to leave a message, their estimate was fair, and their ease of scheduling.I will now continue to rely on them for any plumbing needs at my parents’ home! I’m sad they are not local to my residence so I can use their services for myself personally. I highly recommend them!

The day after Thanksgiving, I noticed water seeping through the seams in my kitchen floor. I realized it was the water heater and called Genevie Plumbing, hoping I would get an answer. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from Nick. He said that he was finishing up another job, and would stop by as soon as he was done. He came by later that same day, temporarily stopped the leak, confirmed that the tank was unrepairable and had a new one installed all in the same day. I have used Genevie several times over the years, they are locally owned and trustworthy. I recommend them highly.

After a long battle with our home warranty company and another plumber, Genevie plumbing was recommended to us by a mutual friend for our water heater issue. We hadn’t heard of them before. We also weren’t aware they were local either (which is a plus). Another company told us they would not be able to fix it for another two and a half weeks after we had already been waiting for them to assess the water heater for two weeks prior.Genevie plumbing, from their office staff, owner and plumbers were INCREDIBLY quick, professional, efficient, friendly and informative. Ive had a toilet replaced and a kitchen sink unclogged- two separate occasions. Overall, my experience has been very positive - Genevie Plumbing scheduled me in quickly after each call and arrived on time (the toilet had to be special ordered, so it took a few more days- ) I was impressed that all was left clean and tidy and even more impressed when I received a follow up call to make sure that all was working well. Hoping to save some folks some time. They aren’t currently staffed for bathroom remodels, at least that’s what the kind lady told me over the phone. However, I’ve used them for an emergency leak in my bathtub and highly recommend them whenever possible. Good plumbing companies are hard to come by and I wish they were able to accommodate small remodels. They are all nice and professional here.

They were very professional, and when we had an issue with low water pressure in a faucet, they returned and fixed what turned out to be an easy issue (we could have fixed it if we had known!). Lifesaver!!! My husband and I had our backflow preventer replaced for approximately $1,000 in 2018 by Apperson Plumbing Inc. and unbeknownst to us, the system was not installed up to county code. It was not until the backflow preventer failed testing in March of 2019 by Apperson Plumbing that we called in a second plumbing service, Genevie and discovered the system did not have unions installed per code. The significance of having unions is it allows for the quick removal and proper winterization of the backflow device. Paul from Genevie Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the issues with the current system and the importance of having a properly functioning backflow preventer. Paul also performed the necessary work to bring the system up to code and it was neat, timely and very reasonably priced…exceptional service! A definite goto for any future plumbing needs.

We’ve been relying on Genevie Plumbing for over a decade now. They have expertly handled everything from installing a new hot water heater and sump pump to fixing leaky toilets, to unclogging our sinks. Recently Nick really took care of us after our basement flooded due to a broken sump pump. Our hot water heater also gave out. He diagnosed the problems and discussed our options with us and made sure to get our OK before starting the work. He kept us updated and was accurate and transparent about the costs.
