Our family has used Southern Plumbing several times for renovations and they have never disappointed. We recently had two faucets changed out in our master bathroom and Cody did a fantastic job. He took the time to remove the old sink stoppers and faucets which is no easy feat due to our well water leaving mineral deposits. All of the staff working with us in the past have been friendly and professional. We will definitely use Southern Plumbing again!

Roy and Jordan totally rescued me from a disastrous situation caused by a previous plumber who destroyed the plumbing underneath my mobile home. They are both extremely knowledgeable of their trade. In addition, they were on-time, communicated to me their findings and solutions throughout the project, and even cleaned up better than I had left the place before they arrived, very nice, honest guys. And lastly, I found the pricing to be extremely fair as well, compared to several other estimates I had received. Southern Plumbing is my go-to company for all future plumbing related needs, hands down!!!

Southern Plumbing is simply outstanding. Our outside hose bib was leaking and needed repair. We also wanted to have a hose bib installed inside our pool screen. We purchased a Billy Bib online and asked Southern Plumbing if they could install it when they came to fix the leaking faucet. They sent Cody and he quickly and easily repaired the outside faucet and then modified the Billy Bib installation to be stronger and more substantial. Cody hard-piped the entire job and installed upgraded levers and even a shut-off valve. We now have an independent hose bib inside our lanai. From the receptionist Kristin, who is very responsive, to the service manager and plumbers, especially Cody, we found the entire company to be excellent and professional and they live up to their logo: “The Gentleman Plumbers”.

I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough great things about Southern Plumbing. The Friday before Labor Day, we found that we had a leak somewhere. On Saturday, we found that our water was leaking 3 gallons a minute at the meter. We called the County and all the plumbers we have ever used and no one had time to help us for days due to staffing issues. Then I called Southern and they were amazing! They told me how to shut off the water at the meter to restrict our water bill. Then they came out within two hours of our phone call. The repairman was kind, courteous, patient and informative. A second repairman came to help dig around the lines to locate the leak. After they did so, they expertly repaired the leak and now we have had great water service ever since. I am using Southern from now on. They are simply the best in every way!

I called on a Sunday with a massive sewage emergency with all my plumbing clogged and backing up. Bill called me within minutes letting me know he was on a service call and told me when he could be here. Communication was great and he showed up right when he said he would. After 125ft of fiber optic cable and 75 feet of drain snake he found the clog. AT&T had run their orange fiber cable in the middle of my sewer line under my driveway. His fiber optic camera was even clear enough for us to get pictures of the pipe to send to AT&T. After many many hours of work he finally got the line clear enough so we could have some normalcy back until we can tear up the driveway and replace the pipe. He didnt stop until it was done, he really wanted to make sure everything was running so we didnt get another back up. Bill and Southern Plumbing saved the day.

And they did a great job. Responded promptly, arrived on time, did not waste any time while working and did a nice clean install. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone that asks.
