May 7,2024 Schuyler & his Brother are back to install a new Water Heater. 3 hours later, all done. Perfect job! Vero Beaches BEST Plumbers. Yes, I’m impressed but so are our friends and neighbors that use Bobby’s. If you are a a military person 10% off immediately. Thank you for your patreism.We love Bobby’s Plumbing. I called at 8:30 today about a little job. They were there at 11AM The job was completed in one hour at a very reasonable price, and Yes, 10% discount for vets. Now we discovered we need to replace our water heater. Once again. they will be there tomorrow at 8 AM with the new water heater. You can’t expect better service than that. Schuyler and Dallas were extremely efficient. Trust me this is the best Plumbing company in Vero.

I mentioned another issue and he was able to put me in touch with a team of people that have been able to assist me with a horrible mess. kudos to Bobby’s plumbing for having employees with such knowl edge and are willing to assist.

Had a wonderful experience with Bobby’s Plumbing. We needed help with our water purification system. Dealing with the office was very pleasant. The service technicians arrived timely and serviced our unit. Both men were extremely knowledgeable, very polite and the company charged a reasonable fee for the service call. We would highly recommend Bobby’s Plumbing.

Very prompt and responsive to my request for service, but also with the actual appointment and follow through. Excellent quality of work. He was done in a timely manner and cleaned up his work area. Bobbys Plumbing consistently lives up to its excellent service. I have used their company as needed in two houses for 20 years. They are prompt, courteous friendly knowledgeable plumbers. Hayden was amazing , he quickly fixed a main water line leak, redid the main shut off valve and resolved the issue. I highly recommend Bobbys Plumbing and Hayden for all your plumbing needs

I called them mid-afternoon to have an old stuck shower cartridge replaced. They had someone here and the job complete in less than an hour. The price was the lowest I could find as well. If/when I need another plumber, theyll be the first people I call.

Im very impressed with Bobbys Plumbing! From the initial call I could tell this was a very professional business.The technician Randy arrived on time and got straight to work. He was very quick to replace our old leaky laundry valves and didnt leave any mess! I am glad I have a new go-to plumber as I have gone through a few in the last couple of years. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy I trusted my instincts on this one and you should too. Answered my call immediately, polite and respectful admin on the phone. Appointment within 2 days - called late on Friday (4:30pm) and non emergency - they were at my house on Monday at 11:30am. Received a call asking/confirming they were on their way. John was terrific and I appreciated his humor-our drains were slow to drain. All in all, Bobby’s Plumbing operates an honest business, upfront estimates and job expectation. If you need a plumber don’t hesitate for one minute!

Ordered a new dishwasher and the installer was worried about the water connection so wouldnt do the install. I called Bobbys and they sent Joe within an hour. Completed the install without a problem! Joe was very thorough and cleaned everything up. Nice to have a personable, responsible person come to the house. Ill always use Bobbys in the future and ask for Joe!

We recently had a medical situation and needed to install a handicapped shower head and hose. I called Bobby’s Plumbing last minute and they scheduled a visit immediately. Brian provided excellent service and even came back to fix FAULTY equipment that we unfortunately purchased from a local medical supply store. This was a big mistake but Brian at Bobby’s Plumbing went above and beyond to fix the problem. He was very courteous, professional and tidy. Their excellent customer service is why we will always use Bobby’s Plumbing.

Dear Bobby’s Plumbing,I own a 5-unit apartment building. I had Bobbys Plumbing replace a hot water heater in one of my units a few months ago. Yesterday, a different tenant stated that she had a leak coming from the top of her hot water heater. I took a look and assumed that she would need a new hot water heater, so I called and arranged for you to replace the hot water heater.Your service technician, Chad, showed up with the proper replacement hot water heater and soon after I received a call from Kristin stating that the hot water heater is still under warranty and it only needs a small repair to the top of the unit. This resulted in a substantial savings to me.I really appreciate Chads honesty and the honesty of your company. I will continue to use Bobbys Plumbing and recommend you to all of my friends.

Saved the day. Had another co. Come out they came 4 hrs late. Did NOT have a water heater with them when they said they would. And charged us 50.00 just to say they would have to come back the next day. Terrible co !!! Called Bobbys plumbing came out that night charged us half of what the other co. Wanted did the job in 45min and NO service call. Plus couldnt have been a nicer guy. Thank you so much Randy you saved the day!!! 5 grandkids and no hot water. Thank god for good people!!!

We have been with Bobby’s Plumbing for the last ten years and are still happy campers. They replaced our water heater, fixed our kitchen and bathroom faucets, also fixed outdoor spigots, repaired or replaced bathroom toilet and sink fixtures, and recently replaced master bedroom toilet. Jonny C & others are consistently professional, knowledgeable, courteous. Reasonably-priced.

We had a leaking toilet in the Master Bath. I called Bobbys Plumbing after a friend suggested them. The last time we had this done, we called Ben Franklin Plumbing and was really unhappy about their business practices. More about that shortly. Anyway, Bobbys guy came out a couple hours ago, replaced the inside parts of the toilet. He got it fixed and added a mechanism that causes a double flush, a welcome alternative to the water saver nightmares. So the toilet is fixed, and I got a bill for $154. Now back to Ben Franklin Plumbing. They did the exact same thing on another bathroom here a month ago. The exact same repair. The only difference was Ben Franklins bill totaled $349! You be the judge but I think I got hosed by Ben Franklin. I suggest, if youd like to avoid that, call Bobbys Plumbing.

Well, it is a sordid tale but one that ended with everyone safe and the house on the mend. And it began with another plumber referring me to Bobbys Plumbing. What I thought was a hot water heater was actually a leak in the pipes in our foundation. Quentin came over and tracked it and then later fixed the problem. He was professional in everything he did including clean up of debris. Thank you to the team.

Beginning with the girls in the showroom...Krystal and Amanda were kind, patient and knowledgeable, their customer service skills are the best I have found here in Vero Beach!! My installer Johnny was extremely knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and consienceous of my home. This is the only plumbing company for me.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Their service is beyond par, their prices are excellent and their response time is immaculate. Such a nice group of employees with very competitive pricing but top notch work as well.my elderly mother needed some emergency plumbing work done and Bobby was there the very next day fixing her iron pipes in her bathroom and then was called a second time to disconnect some outside shower heads from a garage that was damaged and needed to be demoed. Again, he was there at the scheduled time professional and courteous and gave my mom what I thought was one of the best deals for the work he did.I cannot recommend this company anymore than Im trying to do right now.

Another company (not Bobbys) looked at my washer machine problem and quoted me $1800. (after quoting me that price, he then went on to say he could do the work on the side much more cheaply... 😒🤔) I called Bobbys, and the woman I spoke to was awesome--I think Crystal(?). Anyway, she listened to my problem, gave me a basic diagnosis over the phone. Jamie came out and rooted my line, and gave me some RootX (which Bobbys sells for less than Amazon) to clear my pipes. He gave me some simple DIY fixes to keep the line clear for as long as possible. All of this cost me much less than $1800! Jamie was very professional. He did not condescend towards me (which is often the case for single females in need of house repairs). Overall, I feel that I was treated fairly and respectfully by the company.
