This company is wonderful! They are full speed ahead of any other plumbing companies. Rebecca is exceptional at getting a tech expeditiously to your house. Brian was our technician and he was polite and professional.Rebecca and Tiffany are a great team. They pick up the phone right away and get things moving fast. This business is so well ran. Very impressed with their response time.I highly recommend Snyders plumbing.

Had leaking valve on hot water heater replaced. Also replaced valves on toilets and bathroom sinks, valves under kitchen sink and new kitchen faucet installed. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was great. Making the appointment was easy. The plumber who handled the job arrived on time and did a really fantastic job. He explained everything, did the job quickly & efficiently, gave us updates on his progress and was just a pleasure to have in our home. Job was priced fairly and all parts were high quality. I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing! Very happy customer.

I came home from a weekend away to discover my hot water heater had broke down. I had no hot water. I called many plumbers but they either were to busy to come out, or they couldnt honor the warranty on it because it was a whirlpool, which I found out they no longer make hot water heaters. Then I called Synders. They, meaning Tiffany and Rebecca, were very informative about whirlpool and told me what I needed to do in order to get a plumber. I did everything they told me with my warranty and they then brought out a plumber named Brian, to fix the issue, he arrived 10 minutes early and got right to the issue. He put the part in, but he also discovered another issue. He was very friendly and explained it to me very clearly. He told me to try to get the warranty company to give me a brand new heater since another part was needed. When I got through to the warranty company they said they have to honor the parts first until there is nothing they could replace so they sent out another part to me. It took 3 -4 days to arrive and upon opening the box I had noticed one part was missing. So I called Synders back and they told me they would have the plumber call me back. He called me within 5 minutes, told me what to say to the warranty company to get them to replace my heater. He was very sure they would this time because he felt the missing part in the box, they wouldnt be able to get another one for it. Well I called the company back and sure enough, everything Brian had told me was exactly what the company stated and I was able to get a brand new water heater covered under my warranty. Synders then set up a plumber to drop by my house in between his jobs to have them take out my old heater so I could return it back to Lowes and change it out with the new heater. I then requested Synders to schedule Brian to come back and install my brand new heater and once again he arrived 10 minutes early and did it within an hour. I am Grateful to Synders Plumbing and Brian my new plumber, who I will keep asking for if I need their services again. Thank you so much Brian for your dedicated service, your punctuality and your friendly conversation. I am very happy with your service!! Synders Plumbing was great.

I called them this morning due to my workplace using them.The lady who took my call was very nice and knowledgeable and scheduled me for 2pm today. Brian was the gentleman dispatched and he was beyond great. I had tiny flies coming out of my kitchen sink and it started getting worse despite my amateur efforts. I bought a new garbage disposal.Well within an hour and a half; Brian 100% resolved my issue with professionalism and... Hes a cool GUY!Now I have to take my new garbage disposal back to Lowes and that refund will cover a good deal of what I paid them.Thank you all so much. Big shoutout to, Brian.

Coworker called another plumbing company in town and was told they couldn’t get anybody out to evaluate the problem for another 3 days so I called Snyder Plumbing and spoke with a very pleasant lady named Pam who said she would have somebody out here to evaluate the situation today! Pam also said it might have to be a scheduled service for another day depending on what they found. Tony showed up AND completed the job! Worked after hours cutting concrete on our sidewalk to the business and repaired the pipe and poured the concrete back. Customer Service at its finest! Thank You Snyder Plumbing

We called several other plumbers in town including the 2 we have used for years, after a valve/pipe broke and we had to turn off all the house water. We were given times of one to two weeks for a repair (!), bearing in mind we had zero water in the house exceot what was in bottles. We started at AAA in the phone book and eventually got to Snyder Plumbing. Despite it obviously being a busy time, Snyder got someone out the same day. Brian was the plumber and he was great. He not only repaired the broken valve/pipe, but tracked down a water leak even though it was late in his work day. Highly recommended and especially thanks to Brian.

There is a worker name Steven who came to install a new tub and repair a leak... He was very respectful and communicated. He did his job well and he was a very cool person... If anything I highly recommend him if you get Snyders plumbing .

Outstanding repair service! We highly recommend them. Tony was exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, prompt and professional. When I called I asked for the most experienced plumber and they sent out Tony. We had a leak in an old cast iron pipe that was very challenging to locate and he found it. Rick was also at our home and was just as helpful and professional. Leaks can be difficult and being new to the area we did not have a plumber. So glad to have found Snyder Plumbing.

Excellent company, outstanding service, Chris was supposed to be at the house to check our hot water heater at 2, he was early. Very professional and personable, answered every question I had, worked quickly and cleaned up any mess there was. We did need a new hot water heater, it was delivered and installed within 2 hours. I will always call this company in the future

I called on a Saturday early afternoon because my sisters Sewer back line was damaged by the lawn maintenance people. When he called me back we were able to go over and meet at my sisters house within 10-15 minutes and he was able to saw off the broken part and put the coupler and the new cap on in less than 10 minutes at a very reasonable price. I was extremely pleased I have dealt with this company in the past and I have never been disappointed.

I highly recommend Snyder Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Our condo building had a fire and we all started from scratch. The rough-in plumbing was in place; however, in addition to installing all my bathtub, toilets, all faucets and trim, shower pan, disposal, and valves, they also had to workaround some tricky situations.Highly professional; excellent customer service; true punctuality; great follow-up; fair prices; willingness to accommodate the client. They also respected COVID social distancing rules. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone.

Great experience working with both Don and Jose. We had a leak in copper pipe running through cement. Problem was diagnosed quickly and they were able to be remediate by running a smaller diameter plex pipe though the original copper to the kitchen. Great job guys. It always nice to have a professional do the work!

What do you do from 1600 miles away when waters bubbling up in your living room? Apparently, you do some Googling, call the highest-rated plumbing service in the area, hope for the best, and get it.My tenant called and told me just that: that water was coming up through expensive hardwood floors in the living room. It could have meant a $10,000 job. Snyder responded PROMPTLY, had EXCELLENT communication with me and the tenant, was RESPONSIVE to my questions . . . top notch service. We worked together to identify a solution that was far less than what I feared. I wish them all the best in their business because I need a go-to plumbing company I can trust in an emergency.
