Joe A came out and took a look at tub since it has not been draining well and got on roof with a camera and even invited me up to look at my pipes in house. They were extremely terrible! He then proceeded to measure and figure work plan that would avoid cause too much tear up in my home and found an efficient route to take to redo pipes for sewage. Overall, he was professional and very kind and informative to what was needed. We got the estimate and it needs our consideration but very much appreciate Freedom Air and Plumbing for the help that they provide. Give them a call today.

All I can say is “amazing!” This whole team at Freedom. A/C were awesome and had it together! From David, in sales, to the whole install crew…. They came right on time with all the equipment & supplies needed to do the job and when one would leave another would be there to fill in until the job was completed in a surprising amount of time! And they dealt with my crazy dog. Ya’ll were fantastic!!

I recently had a great experience with their plumbing service replacing my busted hot water heater and couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment I called, their response was incredibly fast—someone was at my door within two days which was a relief given the holiday week. Communicated by text to let me know they were coming and confirm my appointment. The plumbers were not only friendly and professional but also took the time to explain the problem and the best course of action in a way that was easy to understand.What really impressed me was how thorough the cleanup was after the job was completed. They left the area spotless, which isn’t always the case with other trades. As for the pricing, it was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises. They even gave me a breakdown of the costs upfront, so I knew exactly what to expect.Overall, it was a hassle-free experience with excellent service, and I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. I purchased their annual service contract. Highly recommend!

Freedom air is a wondeful, fair company. They do not try to hike up prices or inflate invoices just to make money. Thomas has been my plumber the last few issues we had, and i would recommend him to literally anyone. The man is beyond professional, very fair with pricing, and will explain everything in detail before he does a single thing. Worked on our line for hours, and even though we need a complete re-route, i am truly grateful we called Freedom. Will be using them for our future issues (hopefully none).

Aside from direct interaction with Chris, I must also say what a pleasant experience it was to speak with their customer service rep. She was articulate and very much invested in assuring I had a positive experience. Although I didnt need AC service, I decided to utilize them for routine AC service twice a year. My current provider, which was wonderful and privately owned, has been sold and now everything is handled through a call center. How nice to be able to speak with in office personnel who value customer service and can respond to your problem!

It was our first time using Freedom Air. The office staff was very professional and helpful when I called to schedule an appointment.Justin come out to do a maintenance on our A/C unit. We received appointment reminders and a call on the morning he was on his way. Justin arrived on time and was ready to get to work. He checked the A/C inside and outside units. He went into the attic to check the duct work. He took pictures of everything and when he was done he showed us the pictures and explained what he saw and any issues we need to address. I need to Have the AC ducts replaced due to an improper install that has also aged out. Christine who came out to give me an estimate was very good at explaining my options an how Freedom Air would do the new job properly. On time and efficient as well. I called Freedom Air because they and Aladin have done problem free work here over the past couple of decades.A few weeks later than my original review… The crew that came to remove the ducts and all of the insulation in the attic was very well coordinated, super professional, and they worked very hard all day and cleaned their way out of the house with any little bit of dust they left, in only a few areas. That is phenomenal for this type of work. In between they re-piped the house and replaced plumbing over 70 years old. And, today the duct replacement and re-insulation went very well with a great group of people who showed up and worked so well together once again. BRAVO.

When your air conditioning goes out on a Saturday afternoon you begin to panic thinking you may have to wait until Monday to get it looked at. I already had a maintenance contract with a company and tried to reach them. They had an answering service who said they would contact a tech. After an hour with no contact and worrying it was getting late, I called again. Still no response. So I turned to the internet for emergency service and found Freedom Air. They answered immediately and they had someone out within a few hours. He was able to successfully do the repair. The tech also pointed out that it seemed no maintenance had been done. I dont know much about A/C but I do know cleaning the coils is important and it was blatantly evident that it hadnt been done in some time despite my unit being serviced regularly. The tech was on time, polite and knowledgeable. I felt that he was honest about the issue and not just trying to sell me something. Based on this experience and knowing that you can virtually call anytime 365 and get help is fantastic. The techs spoke very highly of the way the company is run with detail to customer service as well as taking care of employees, I will not only be switching my personal service contract with them but my business as well. Thanks guys for a job well done!

I had been without air for 17!days when I contacted the highly recommended FreedomWithin two days the diagnostics were done, equipment located and work is scheduled. Unfortunately it was very clear that I had been taken by the former provider with incorrect substandard work. They even did not replace the UV light from the old system.Everyone from the schedulers to technicians to the Master Tech Eric were understanding, professional and efficient. Other company stopped answering the phone after making promises that they could not keep.Kudos to all especially the leaders ho have set a fine corporate culture.I fit the profile of an easy mark and was victimized by an unscrupulous company. I am very pleased with the service, explanations and professionalism. The tech explained what was being done to address and correct our a/c concerns. He made sure we understood what being done to correct the issues that we had with our unit. The tech also followed up with an email show us the overall analysis of our unit after the problems were corrected.

Victor came out this morning to do HVAC system maintenance. He arrived right on time, was very courteous and polite. He worked very efficiently and professionally and afterward explained the various options available to me.
