When my Hot Springs hot tub failed to work, I called Vero Beach Electrical to trouble shoot. They came out the same day and replaced the GFI plug, which was the source of the problem, and were done in less than half an hour. I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of their diagnosis and the fix was not at all expensive. Great job, guys!

When I called Vero Beach Electrical, I was frustrated and overwhelmed and had no vision for my kitchen remodel. The existing walled-in galley kitchen was outdated and I knew I wanted an open concept kitchen with all the updates. I shared my ideas with Robert and immediately he provided great inputs that would allow optimal lighting functionality and ease of access. He asked me questions about how I would interact and then provided all the solutions to make it intuitive and inviting. He then creatively anticipated and solved challenges along the way while communicating with me easily. The overall experience was positive and creative and the work was exceptional as noted by the inspector. I am extremely happy with my updated kitchen and credit Vero Beach Electrical whenever guests comment on this amazing space.

Totally professional company. We had an emergency with the power and Vero Electrical was very responsive and professional. We had to have the power turned off to have the work done. They were there first thing in the morning, Biagio got our power back on in 4 hours. Considering the complexity of the job, that is outstanding. This company is professional and David went out of his way to troubleshoot the issue with our recessed lighting. He also dd an excellent job with the new chandelier installation and took his time helping me measure out the perfect length / height. The circuit breaker on my pool equipment kept breaking. I thought it was an electrical problem and called Vero Beach Electrical. Laura said she would contact the electrician, Within minutes Ron, the technician/electrician returned my call. Based on his knowledge and past experience, he diagnosed the problem as a bad pool pump, and had me call a pool repair company. Indeed it was the pump. He saved me the cost of his service call and needles time wasted. I will not hesitate to recommend VB Electrical to friends and family. Laura called me back in 2 days to ask if the problem was solved. BTW I originally called a local electrical company that did previous work for me, but after waiting 36 hours, i Googled for an electrician in Vero Beach and found VB Electrical. I contracted with Vero Beach Electrical to provide and install a 50 amp 250 volt dedicated circuit for new hot tub. The two men assigned to do the job, Eli and Marcos, were professional, extremely capable, and completed the job as scheduled. They were careful in using the drilling equipment and removing the pavers so as not to damage the surrounding property. They were meticulous in cleaning up debris.

Vero Beach Electrical did some upgrades to my fuse box, and changed out 2 aluminum wires (for insurance inspection). They were on time, did the job that was quoted with no fuss and found a way to pull the wires so there were minimal cuts in my drywall. Drywall repair was not included in the quote, but they fixed what they could, caulked the outside wall after re-routing wires and vacuumed up dust and debris. Both electricians were knowledgeable and polite.

I hired Vero Beach Electrical to complete a full rewire of my 1957 home and have been thrilled with their work. They were willing to rewire our home in a slightly unconventional way ... by running the new wires through channels cut in the plaster, to be hidden by our baseboards. I didnt want to take down walls! 3 other electrical contractors werent willing to take the job because my method was more work, but Vero Beach Electrical loved the idea (that may be a stretch, but they were on board!) and has worked closely with me to restore our home with minimal damage to original walls and fixtures. There were some crossed wires and oddly tripped breakers here and there (mostly due to the fact that you never know what youre getting with an old house) and they identified and remedied the issues immediately.Dave did the majority of the wire. He was here day in and day out for the entirety of the Summer of 2022--he spent so much time here that now, when he comes for small jobs here and there, I welcome him home! Hes personable, professional, arrives on-time, hes honest, and hes got real ingenuity. Ive made some tricky asks (can you run my TV cord in conduit through my 1957 wall and make it come out in the built in cabinet on the adjoining wall? can you mount this really cool outdoor fixture that looks like itll be a major pain to install? can you center those 4 wafer lights, but not on the corners of the room, on that opening? and then can you center the fan on the 4 lights but also on the vents that are on either end of the room?) and he has come through 100% of the time. My TV cord is hidden (and it brings me so much joy!) and the TV is perfectly centered, the outdoor fixture is something neighbors have commented on because it really is SO COOL, my lights and fan are perfectly centered exactly how I wanted.Kelley--in the office--is always so kind and helpful, and has kept us organized and on track for permit requirements/timing.Ron made a ton of great suggestions like installing smart switches that dont require wiring (Lutron Casetas) so that we didnt have to open walls to have a switch at each entrance to our main living space. He also was kind enough to let me know that my washing machine drains right into our yard--he was standing in the trench we dug to bury our electrical service when I ran a load of laundry and he got an unexpected shoe wash--sorry!Cliff, the owner, has paid close attention to our project and has offered invaluable input both on the electrical work and on our overall restoration.Im fortunate to have found these guys. Ive learned that not everyone in this town is honest and works hard. Well call Vero Beach Electrical for any electrical needs, no question!

Exceptional customer service and excellent work from Vero Beach Electrical! After several calls to other electrician companies (many of which didnt seem to care and one of which was downright unbelievably rude,) I was pleasantly surprised to find Vero Beach Electrical - a company who actually cares about their customers. Kelly, who answered the phone, is also the owner with her husband. She spent time with me on the phone discussing the work I needed done even though it was a small project, gave me a reasonable price, and was able to schedule a service call that very day. Prior to the technician arriving, she called to say he was on his way. The tech, Ron, was also amazingly polite, efficient and very helpful. This is how a business should be run - treating the customer with care and respect, while doing good work. I would highly recommend Vero Beach Electrical without hesitation.

I told her I needed an outside light fixture installed.She said she would call me later in afternoon or next morning with appointment time for late the next week. Never heard back from this company?? If you are too busy to help just say so. Very unprofessional!!! We came home on Saturday morning to the distinct smell of electrical fumes , traced it to the dining room and an outlet that was very hot. I turned off the electricity and googled electricians that work on Saturday. Vero Beach Electrical popped up first. I called and my call was answered right away. I explained my situation to the young lady , whose name eludes me , but she was great . She said a technician would be right out and asked me how I heard of them. I told her I googled electricians who worked on Saturdays and the were first . The master electrician, Clifford Ruff was at our house in 20 minutes ! He saw the problem, explained the problem and fixed the problem! I can’t say enough about Vero Beach Electrical , they are my go to electricians from now on. I highly recommend them. Thank you.
