    Toussaint Electric truly is a first rate operation. Responsive, technically superb and great communicator. Our technician, Rob Hammond, was all the above and then some. Polite, patient, articulate and just plain nice. Plus he left us a handwritten note explaining what he had done while we were out and about, and additionally let us know that another service provider (cable) had come while we were out and had completed their work.

    We could not be more pleased with the outstanding job Keith did in moving our kitchen renovation towards completion. Problem solving and creative solutions while ensuring safety, code compliance, and functionality are excellent.     We had two older fluorescent lights in our garage ceiling and one stopped working. I tried to replace the fluorescent tubes with new ones but they did not illuminate. So I called Toussaint after a neighbor recommended them to us. They said it was a ballast issue but I could replace the system with LED bulbs that did not require a ballast. Keith came out to fix our new lights and we could not be happier. Our cost was very fair and the service call by Keith was excellent. If Keith is any example of the quality of employees at Toussaint then you will be in most excellent hands. They are definitely now our go to electrical service. Merci Beacoup Toussaint Electric!!

    We just finished up our hot tub install in our backyard. I can’t believe with having to require different electrical needs how efficient this company is!!! You call for a service need, no wait, on TIME, yes, right to the minute. No windows of when they will show up, an actual time! If you are scheduled for 8:30, they are at your door at 8:30! This is how it should be for all jobs. The workmanship, unbelievable…they make sure they have everything needed for the job. Absolutely the best! Love you guys….

    I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOUSSAINT ELECTRICI needed to have my own new Generac 7210 24K Generator wired & installed to code.Having moved here from Hollywood, Fl where I lived & operated business for over 30 years you build friendships with other legitimate business owners who do business like I do.I spent my due diligence over 4 weeks talking to contractors and getting quotes.When I called Toussaint Electric, I had the pleasure of talking to their general manager Keith Cooper. Highly intelligent, forth coming, and professional. By the end of that conversation, I knew I had found my Electrical contractor.Toussaint Electric has met my criteria for legitimacy, professionalism, and friendship!They were not the cheapest or the most expensive.Their TEAM of generator specialists and electrical techs came the next day and surveyed the area we wanted to install and got back to me the next day with a quote.Their Team applied for permit, survey, submitted NOC agreement and HOA documentation.Upon permit approval only took 2 days to install transfer switch, generator and 60-amp pool equipment panel & they used the new Florida Hurricane Approved QwikPad.Awesome! No forming a concrete pad. Center level, fill with water & it mixes with a gelling agent and weighs 330 lbs. when filled.     I’d like to thank Keith for sorting out the issues caused by the faulty installation of my mother’s new microwave. The installer shot a drywall screw directly into a power line; this caused the circuit breaker to pop. Keith moved some firring strips to a new location and used them to re-anchor the microwave, and also repaired the cable that had been shorted out. A1 service all around!

    Toussaint Electric replaced two electrical panels in my home. I can’t say enough about their professionalism. Mike and Chris came to my house to assess the job. They provided several options and suggestions regarding the plan of action I could take. When we agreed to move forward, Naomi did an excellent job of scheduling the work and obtaining the permit from the county. James and Keith did the removal of the old panels, then completed the installation of the new equipment. They did a terrific job. They were prompt, worked quickly and claimed up the job site. Everything is functioning as it should.Great company and group of people to work with.

From the first phone call, Keith was absolutely helpful and willing to get service installation to my home without much wait.     I needed to have 2 old fans replaced in my kitchen. I got an appointment exactly when I wanted it, Rob, the electrician showed up right on time,was very professional.
