Casano Electric responded promptly to an emergency request due to a power outage at our building. They got there before FPL and saved the day. They were courteous, professional and got our power back on asap. They arrived the very next day to complete another portion of the repair just like they said they would. I had two 20amp fuses and electrical outlets added within my home. The quote and work completed was done very professionally. The employee’s customer service, knowledge and work ethics was outstanding. I did experience a small problem that definitely was not caused by any type of malicious conduct from the employee. It did cause a little frustration but the owner’s went out of the way to help resolve the situation. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs any type of electrical work completed. I was really impressed with the electrical work, area clean up after the work was completed.

We used Casano for a complicated indoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen renovation project over a number of days, and we were thrilled with the results. Frank and Kathryn were a pleasure to work with over the phone, and Kyle and Joe did a great job at our home -- so detail-oriented and dedicated to completing our project the right way. They kept us informed at every step, were happy to coordinate with our other subcontractors, and displayed such a positive attitude about their work. They made us feel like our project was just as important as any they would complete at their own homes, and you cant ask for any more than that.

What can I say about FV Casano Electrical ? First They are Great ! Secondly They’re very knowledgeable, very reliable and on time which was very important to me .This was my first time that I’ve used them I must say they gave me the absolute best service possible as if I had been a customer with them for years, everyone was very friendly and courteous from the customer service department to the field technician .And LastlyThe technician knew his job ,he explained what he was doing step by step to me on what he was doing he answered any questions I had, like I said before This was my first time using this company to service my needs but it will not be my last time using FV Casano Electrical on a scale from 1 to 10. I would rate them as a 12 ! So if you’re ever in need of any electrical work to be done give them a call you won’t regret it i promise you.

Steve was knowledgeable and fixed my problem with the breaker. He also found a problem with our hot water heater breaker and replaced it too. He arrived on time and the cost to repair our electrical problem was very reasonable. Would highly recommend F V Casano Electrical.

Casano Electric has been a pleasure to do business with. We have a whole house generator service contract with them and when it did not start during a short power outage Casano was there that evening to service and restart the unit. This was impressive in today’s poor service environment. Further, Dave helped us design new low energy landscape lighting for the front of our home which transforms our evening landscape as well as offering enhanced security. Casano Electric truly offers hometown friendly service with fair prices and professional people such as Dave, Jeff, Amy and Kathryn. When you need electrical service or are just thinking about enhancements, I recommend that you give Casano Electric a call.

Casano Electric recently worked lighting around my backyard. They update my lighting to LED along the back of my yard, it looks AMAZING. At night there is a noticeable difference in my old lighting vs LED. The staff is very professional and completed everything in a timely manner. I have used Casano Electric before and I will continue to recommend them to all my friend. Great company.

I have used Casano Electric for service calls at my rental properties in the past and most recently for wiring a new house I built in Sebastian. The customer service is excellent, they do a great job, and most impressive to me is that they show up when they say they are going to. This is crucial to meeting project deadlines! I highly recommend FV Casano for all your electrical work. Our condo building had a fire and we all started from scratch. The rough-in electrical was in place; however, in addition to installing all lighting, fans, Casanos also had to replace/redo some of the initial wiring work, and replace dimmers and issues with electrical boxes.Highly professional; excellent customer service; true punctuality; great follow-up; fair prices; willingness to accommodate the client. Also, they respected COVID social distancing rules. The electricians were always polite and explained in detail what they were doing, including giving advice and tips. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone.

Casano Electric recently replaced an electric service for me. The evaluation and scheduling of the work was done in a timely manner. They coordinated the work with the power company and city inspection so that my power was off just 5 hours. I fully recommend their services.

Frank, from F.V. Casano Electric saved my day yesterday, Mothers Day, after I came close to electrocuting myself and blew my main breaker to my whole house. I cant recommend them enough. Their 24/7 operator answered my call. A short time later, Frank called back and gave me an opinion and timeline. And most importantly, he had the parts in stock so that I was not stuck with no power for another day. Great company and great service!

Excellent - showed up during appointment window, called 15-20 minutes prior to arriving. Did two things - diagnosed and fixed problem with an exterior light fixture, and installed an additional GFI outlet in our bathroom. Vacuumed any drywall dust made while adding outlet. Provided an itemized invoice with time and materials. Both reps were polite and professional. If I ever need more electrical work done, I will definitely hire them again. Thank you F.V.
