Wow! Other reviews don’t lie—we had an amazing experience with Logan from booking the appointment to having units installed. Ryan, the sales rep was really knowledgeable and not pushy. He let us ask a million questions and even some days later via text message. Lachlan, Mike1, and Mike2 showed up to install our units and did an incredible job. They were clean and courteous and answered all the questions I had (and my curious kids) I feel great with this purchase and feel it was a good price for what we received as well.

We had a Trane heating and air conditioning system installed recently. We are very happy with the performance of the system.More importantly, I have to commend the installers Kyle Q and Hakim R . They were very professional and took their time to meticulously install the units. They rerouted the venting to a safer location than the previous unit. A new smart thermostat was installed as well as carbon monoxide detectors. Kyle explained the new unit to us and how it works. He demonstrated how to replace the filters and how to operate the thermostat. He made recommendations to maximize our comfort.The county inspector inspected the unit today. He said that Logan does a great job installing units. He complimented them on the job and noted the rerouting of the venting tube.I have been using Logan for my annual maintenance and am very pleased with their service,

My heat went out Christmas morning and Jeff the technician came out for the diagnostic and was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail and gave me all of the options that were available. The price was very decent .Our new furnace was installed today by Christian and Jason and they did an amazing job they worked quickly were right on time and didn’t mind our dogs. They went through everything they did including the new thermostat. Very professional company would highly recommend for anyone needed work done.

We had a very good experience with Kyle Q. And Hakim R. They both came out and installed our AC and Furnace unit. They both stayed until it was all set up (8:30pm) and Kyle made sure we knew how to work the new thermostat that they installed before he left. After our heat went out, Logan was the only company who could come out quickly (I called Friday, they came out Saturday). Normally, I shop around to listen to other companies but Logan Services went above and beyond to earn our business that I cancelled two appointments from other companies. Everyone from scheduling to install was knowledgeable and kind- almost like they were real family. Thank you all so much for your flexibility and your drive to earn our business. While it was a big unexpected purchase, I feel comfortable with my decision.

Logan A/C & Heating- a God send for me !!!Our furnace stopped working on Saturday night. Monday morning I called Logan Heating. That afternoon they sent out Anthony Wright, a very smart and polite technician, to service the furnace. Instead he pronounced the furnace dead after 31 years of service. He said a crew could be here in 2 days for a new install.Kyle Queen arrived on time with Hakim R. And Garrett B.Kyle lead the team with good instructions and precision for a perfect install. Kyle made sure everything was installed professionally, accurately, neatly, and just perfect. When Kyle left, everything was spotless. I would hire Kyle and his crew again!!

We couldnt be more satisfied with our experience with Logan. We were having problems with our 30 year-old furnace. Logan came out within the hour and gave us an estimate for new furnaces. Steven James clearly explained our options for new systems. The install was scheduled THE NEXT DAY at 9am!! Shane and James were professional in every way. They were very respectful to not damage anything within the house. My husband (who is a perfectionist!) and was so pleased with the installation. Clay and his crew Griffin &Josh were absolutely awesome!! Super friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable!. They explain the new system thoroughly and made it easy to understand and operate. I would highly recommend Logan AC&Heat Services. The worksite was thoroughly clean when they were finished. Lets not forget about Steven Jones the salesperson. He was great as well. Again super friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable and not pressured into anything.Unlike One of their competitors who told me I would be sorry. I would be very sorry when I told them I had picked another contractor to do the job..a large name in the area.So please take my advice to straight to Logan ask them to send Steven to give you a quote, and Clay and his crew to do the install 😁👍By the way, the system is phenomenal. Logan Services was a pleasure to do business with. Mike did a good job with estimate, answering questions and choosing the right equipment for my home. Clay and Danny came out on time and did an excellent job of installing my new furnace and central air. My feed ducts and air returns were a mess, but they handled it like pros. They were patient, courteous and awesome to work with. They a did good job of getting us set up to use our new HVAC system and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. This included questions about routine and twice a year maintenance checks. Clay showed me the different parts of the furnace and explained them clearly. Danny did a good job with questions about the outside AC unit. From start to finish you have a very satisfied customer here Logan.

Top notch at every step! I just had a full AC and heater replacement and I think it looks more natural in the space than the original install. There was a little bit of a duck and turn to get around the ducting before and now I can just walk past without catching my head on the exhaust plenum. To top it off, there wasnt so much as a zip-tie lying around when they were done. Definitely will be using them again.

Where to begin? From the moment they walked in the door I was impressed Tyler and Gage both very personable individuals. Kyle even had to fabricate a portion of the air intake assembly due to the uniqueness of our situation. The two of them were courteous and professional and took special care in protecting our home while they worked. They explained our new system to us and answered any questions we had. From going over the perfect system with my sales representative Steven Jones that showed me the various options that were best suited for the size of my home all the way down to the installation team they were ALL TOP NOTCH!They were ALL on time and very professional and my install looks great!This unit is soooo quiet then my previous 23 year old system and Im looking forward to seeing more efficient results and cost savings. I do wish they would of had a trim piece that would fit around new thermostat which I did reach back out to them about.. See last picture of piece that I would like to have around my thermostat.I contacted Logan back about possible piece to go around the new thermostat. They said why yes we do have a piece that will fit around there and they sent a technician out the very next day by the name of Andrew Robinson who installed the new trim piece that completely and esthetically sets off the thermostat now.(See added Picture of before and after)You guys are just flat out AWESOME with customer service and I continue to promote your company around my neighborhood. Brett W. is a stellar consultant and did a very thorough analysis of our system. It came down to taking the home improvement step and the timing was perfect. Got a great deal, and Clay and Danny showed up early the very next morning and got everything installed and up and running perfectly and smoothly! 5 star experience from hello! Scheduling our service was quick and easy. Our service technician Brett W was very thorough, explained what issues he was seeing and provided us options to fix the issues. We have an older unit and knew it was time. So it was out with the old and in with the new! Brett scheduled the install for the very next day! Clay and Danny the install technicians were scheduled for a 9am appointment window. They called around 8:15 am and asked if it was alright if they started early as they were loaded up and ready to go on the install. From the moment they arrived, they were very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. They walked through what the install would entail and after a few minutes of showing them locations of the breaker box, air handler and unit; they got right to work! The location of the air handler was a bit tricky but Clay was able to get it assembled and operating in what felt like no time , while Danny was getting the outside unit setup and running. We are very impressed with the service, and appreciate the hard work Clay and Danny put in today. Definitely recommend Logan Services!

Bobby, Bryce and Ben were my installers. My parents covered the installation day since I had to work and they were very impressed with the installers personable and professionalism. When they removed the furnace and air conditioner, they actually cleaned the area before installing the new furnace and air conditioner. They also brought plenty of drop cloths place throughout the house to protect the floors and they cleaned up before they left and after they left, I found no little pieces left behind .I did get to meet them when I returned from work. They were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I feel like I got my moneys worth for the replacement of the furnace and air conditioner.

We had our AC & Furnace installed yesterday (6/14/2024). They explained all the work that would be done, answered all questions that we had, and explained that it would be a 7-8 hour job. (This was consistent with the discussions we had with the sales rep.) Once completed, they showed us the work they had done, how the AC & Furnace worked (including the new humidifier, filters, thermostat, and thermostat app). They cleaned-up well afterwards, hauled away the old AC & furnace, and left everything as clean as when they started. All in all, an excellent experience. (5 stars!)

Excellent Service from Sales to Installation!We recently had a new HVAC system installed, and we couldnt be more impressed with the service we received. Steven J., our sales representative, was fantastic—low pressure and extremely thorough during the initial consultation. He even took the time to come back the day before the installation to go over the details, ensuring everything was clear.The installation team—Kyle, Jacob, and Bryce—were top-notch. Kyle, as the lead, did an outstanding job managing the crew and praising them as they worked. He was always in communication with me, updating me on the progress as they worked. The team was punctual, efficient, and incredibly polite throughout the day.Toward the end of the install, Kyle identified an issue with our incoming gas pressure, which could have delayed the project. However, AES responded quickly, made the necessary adjustments, and the install was completed and checked off by 4 p.m. Montgomery County came out this morning to inspect the system, and everything was up to code.Overall, the experience was seamless, and the level of professionalism from both the sales and installation teams exceeded our expectations. The pricing was excellent too. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

I was in need of a new HVAC system, so I contacted multiple companies to come out and give me an estimate. Of all of the companies, Logan was the most professional and provided the best advice without any pressure tactics. Ryan came out and spent more than an hour with me. He provided me with quotes for the three different system configurations I was interested in. After reviewing all of the estimates provided by all of the companies, I knew that Logan was the best. The culture of their company is excellent as they train and take care of their employees as family. The quality of their products (Trane) is top-notch. I chose Logan and scheduled my install for the next day. The next day, Tyler, Gage, and Michael came out to do the install. They were excellent! They were on-time, courteous, and completed the job the same day. They educated me on the new system and thermostat and provided me all of the documentation. It is always difficult to make such a large purchase, but in my experience I highly recommend Logan Services.

Very professional from start to finish! I didnt catch the receptionist name which I apologize. She set up my appointment with Ryan Johnson, your sales rep for the same day Wednesday. He came to my house, thoroughly inspected the furnace and ac unit. We sat down and he went over three different options for me to talk with my wife that night. No pressure on his part. We went over our options that night. The next day, Thursday Ryan came back back and we signed the paperwork. Friday, the very next day, Kyle Queen installation specialist and his assistant Hakim showed up at my house right on time. They removed and installed the furnace, ac unit, and thermostat quickly, professionally, and cleanly. I arrived home from work just in time for Kyle to show me and my wife the operating procedures for our new system. Thank you Logan Services for a job WELL DONE! Our air conditioner went out on a Friday night at 6pm. I tried to use a local vendor but the soonest I could get an appointment was 6 days later. On the following Monday I called Logan A/C and Heating Services and they were able to come out the same day. Our service tech, Patrick Vanpraag was very knowledgeable and professional. Our system was 28 years old and he found a couple of very expensive repairs. We decided to bite the bullet and get a new Trane system. The system was installed two days later by Bobby Frye and Trent C. They did a fantastic job and were very professional. We will definitely use Logan A/C and Heating Services for future needs.

We had our new unit installed today so, this is a preliminary review.We had Matt (service technician) out to look at our AC unit a few days before we scheduled Ryan (sales) to come out to our home. Both representatives were professional and seemingly honest. Our equipment was over ten years old (the air conditioner much older) and weve had issues with it multiple times a year, every year for the last few years. We knew it would need replaced so we were ready for the financial investment. Overall, the pricing seemed standard and there are quite a few warranties which is comforting.AJ (installation) came out with two other representatives to install the units. It took about seven hours. We had a new thermostat installed as well as a carbon monoxide tester. The stystem itself is much quieter than our previous one. The install looks neat and tidy. The installers cleaned up well. All five representatives were curteous.Lastly, I would like to mention that the customer service representatives were proffesional, efficient, and polite. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names as this week was a little stressful and the heat has definitely gotten to me.Obviously these systems are not cheap and most people will probably avoid the purchase if possible but, so far, I would highly recommend this company.

LOGAN AC & HEAT SERVICES ARE THE BEST! On Good Friday we had a floating neutral at the telephone pole that fed unbalance power into our home that destroyed our furnace, washing machine, burnt up three surge suppressor strips and knocked out the internet service. Power was corrected and restored to our home with thanks to Area Electric and AES. We filled out the Logan Services appointment form on their website and figured we might hear from them on Monday. WRONG! Logan Services called within 1/2 hour and set up an appointment on Monday. The Logan representative (Michael Fowkes) promptly showed up at the agreed time and walked us through the process of replacing our damaged HVAC units. Tuesday morning a Logan Services crew of three showed up(I wish we remembered their names) and professionally installed a new Trane HVAC unit in one day! We were so blessed as temps were in the low 30s and high 20s during this week. The next day another Logan Services crew arrived to install our new water heater. Another excellent job!YOU CANT GO WRONG WITH LOGAN AC & HEAT SERVICES! Shari and I highly recommend them!

Called Logan A/C & Heat...early Monday morning Jan.30 2023...spoke with Michelle ..very pleasant..informative lady...to get quote on new propane furnace and heat pump..very SURPRISED...to get a Quick .. same day appointment with Travis Jones..he arrived at 1pm...as he entered my home...with a huge smile...introduced himself..put on his blue shoe /floor protector...I explained what was happening to my 23 yr Propane Heating /air system... been blowing cold air ..2 wks earlier...had another A/C Heat service co come work on furance ...got furance going ...said needed 5 new propane cylinders ...mine were rusted ...so...next evening he installed them..furnace started blowing cold air again...the same nite...he returned next evening...adjusted propane..for a wk...heat was working..same situation again...I was told over cell how to get furnace started again...by another heating co...I got heat ..💞...so...Travis took measurements...looked at power box...taking lots of notes...we sat down...he gave 2 quotes. ..Trane...choice 1 ..choice 2.....I Went to the Lord in Prayer...following morning ...called Travis. I decided on 2 choice. .next morning Feb 1 ...Kyle and Jake arrived...for installation. ..Very nice young men...introduced themselves. ...Kyle explained everything about the installation and removal of ole system ...each time ...he ask if i had any Questions or Concerns ...he had a check list ...installation took 2 days...both days ...they arrived on time...steadily working...very quite ..pleasant. .polite...patiently...if i had questions. .clean up was spotless.. .very respective of my home...I felt like they were part of my family ...So...My Review of Logans AC & Heat...Dayton Ohio area...I could Not Have Found A Better ...Company. .or Better Quote...my EXPERIENCE...HIGHLY RECOMMEND..this Crew and Company. ..So Thankful for Expert ..Professional..employees..And ...LOGAN was $3,780 cheaper than the 1st quote i received from a local Heating Co...
