    Called one afternoon & Shawn came next day for estimate. Very reasonable so scheduled for a couple days later. Job accomplished safely & completely. Very pleased. Hard working crew. Also enjoyed meeting & talking with Matt (owner) & friend, who both also stopped by, jumped in & helped get the job done! Would definitely recommend!

    These guys are amazing! In November 2023 we needed them for a septic tank/sewer issue and again August 2024 for a drinking water well issue. They were very responsive and started working on the problem a few hours after I called! They even called back the following day after the work was completed to make sure everything was going well! You never want to have issues like this but I know who to call for any plumbing issue! Will definitely recommend them! Thank you all so much for your professional affordable assistance!

    Sean (spelling?) and crew Tim are amazing! Great price and very informative! Gave us a view of our pipe system with their camera and recommended services that we will definitely be coming back to them for the work.     The owner, Matthew was very professional and funny and he will even give extra pointers. He hires great help, like Shawn, he is very professional and assisted answering my questions and phone calls. I have used them in the past with my home plumbing and there has been no issues with anything. I have now used them twice, now for commercial space that was way over my knowledge, and they dug well and never hit a thing underground. They fit us in their schedule without notice and was there on time and finished job in one day. They are clean and know what they are doing!!! They make it fun and exciting. Thank you Free Flow for your help and support. We will call you again if we ever need anything else looked at or fixed.

    I just had Shawn from Free Flow come out and fix our septic system. The tank was backed up and I called on short notice. Shawn was very professional, knowledgeable, provided recommendations, and talked me through everything. I cant thank him or Free Flow enough for responding so quickly and on short notice. When these problems happen it disrupts the entire house and needs rectified immediately which they did for me. Thank you and will always call for future plumbing needs.

    Ive had one plumber at my house to fix the drainage problem I was having in my basement. They charged me a fortune and never fixed it and got mad at me because I left a bad review. Well let me tell you about free flow. Amazing people to work with. Shawn came out the next day after calling. He assessed the situation and immediately went to work. He was here almost 3 hours and finally got it going for me. And a week later basement is still dry as a bone. The price was so reasonable for everything he did. Theyre Rockstar and I will definitely definitely be using them for all my future plumbing needs. Yall keep up the good work.

    Free Flow Plumbing and Drain came to my rescue. They came immediately as my problem was urgent. They opened the line and checked it with a camera, discovering that my issue was more involved. They worked tirelessly, in the dark, cold, rainy weather. My plumbing had multiple problems which they fixed. They returned to fix my inside plumbing issues also. They are competent, reliable, and honest. I am well satisfied and definitely recommend Free Flow Plumbing and Drain.

    I had an issue going on, not only did I get quick response back, Sean was here the next day. Went the extra mile. Used a camera to figure out the problem.     I sent a message late one evening not really expecting an answer until the next morning. I was immediately contacted, and an appointment was set up for the next morning. I had a minor sump pump issue. The guys arrived just a little earlier than expected (awesome!) and then had figured out the solution and repaired the pump in no time. Very professional and courteous. I was charged for the service call and a minor fee for a clamp. I would definitely recommend these guys! Thank you!

    These guys just left my house. They had to dig up my yard and put in new pipe and cut into the street. I can’t say enough good about them. Honest Dependable and very good work that’s reasonably priced. They are even coming back to plant grass where they had to dig. Added benefit! They will be who I call from now on !     We should have played the lottery after calling Free Flow for our issue. It was our lucky day. When we called with a plugged sewer line, not only were they able to come the same day, but upon accessing the issue of the old lagoon, were able to use their excavator (they happened to have with them) & clean it out (something it needed for several years)! We would recommend this company to anyone for fast & complete service.

    HIGHLY recommend to use free flow plumbing! We bought an investment property and had them do several projects on the house for us including replacing a part of our sewer lines. The owner and his crew are fantastic to work with. Showed up on time, did the projects for us in a timely manner, were very professional and took the time to explain the processes and any concerns to us! Fantastic guys and everything we had them do was priced very well, we will use them for any of our plumbing needs from here on out!

    I cant say enough about how awesome the crew at Free Flow is. We bought an old farm house with no utilities and they went above and beyond to get us running water and septic. We needed everything. They were courteous, hard working, respectful and very knowledgeable. They came in at or under bid on everything. I HIGHLY recommend Free Flow for any plumbing needs.

    Free flow traveled out of town late at night to come help me with a sewer back up. They made sure the job I needed was done right, even contacting the city on my behalf to address a backup protector that was faulty but on the city side of the line.Concerning payment, the final cost for my repairs was LESS than what I was quoted.I thankfully havent needed their services in awhile, but my husband and I always recommend them to our friends.

    After getting a busted water line on Christmas Eve and having lived in this house since 2004 with the lines constantly freezing, at 12 midnight last night I officially had water again, and all the plumbing is now inside the house out of the crawlspace.     We had an estimate from another company. It was 4 times higher and wasnt the problem. Free Flow came down and fixed the issue for less than the other company charged for coming, upping the amps and giving us an estimate. The other company was here almost an hour. Free Flow was almost all day and didnt leave until we had water. They were very nice and efficient. I will use them again. They will be the ones we call if we need help
