We arranged to have Wire Nutz help us with some challenging electrical issues with a house we recently purchased. The issues were a bit beyond your typical DIYer. Mike arrived within the appointed time, and worked patiently through each of our issues. He was courteous, competent, and efficient. Every issue was solved, and his workmanship was excellent. Wire Nutz are honest experts who will treat you fairly! I’ve used them several times for jobs in my home, always with great results and for less than what other contractors wanted. They’ve even given me some DIY guidance on installing a new dryer (they could have easily come out and billed me for a service call). They really do what’s best for the customer. Highly recommend. I won’t use anyone but these guys.

Long time electrician for small adds, kitchen remodel, all my fancy ideas.Recently I called at night when I lost power to part of my house.Got an immediate response to call PUD after a few questions. Even gave me the right number.They were right. It was the power companies issue to fix outside. It didn’t cost me anything.I highly recommend WireNutz for all your needs. We needed some sockets and rewiring done in the basement of our newly purchased home in Portland. Wire Nutz came to our rescue with a super fast bid that we got in writing shortly after they came to see what the job entailed. They paid special attention to make sure that everything was tidy when they left and treated our home with care and respect. We contacted our home warranty provider regarding having no power to our East living room outlets, which also connected 2 switches, with 1 of the switches turning our porch and driveway on.They sent Wire Nutz Electric, I was very pleased from the initial contact through the completion of the job.Starting with the call from Teresa to set up the initial appointment to the professionalism and knowledge shown by Benjamin our technician.First he asked me to explain what had happened. As he worked he explained what he was finding.Unbeknownst to us, a wire had arched, burning each time we flipped the switch that supplied the current until the wire finished burning completely through.I appreciated Benjamin taking the time to explain what had happened and why. He kept working as he talked, a fact I also appreciated.If we have other repair needs, I will specifically ask AHS to send Wire Nutz Electric. I highly recommend Wire Nutz Electrical for your home repairs.

We bought a 1972 manufactured home. The wiring was a mess. We couldnt keep our stove and refrigerator running. Constantly going out and magically coming back on all by itself. Well, the last time, it wouldnt come back on. We called wire nuts and they sent a very nice, professional young man named Donovan to our rescue. In no time at all he found the problem and had us back up and running in no time at all. Now, you might say that we would have the same results regardless of who we chose. Maybe so but the price was the best ever and the service was done promptly and they show on time. Thats 3 good reasons to call anyone, fast, friendly service done on time. I woke up one morning and power was at all the outlets but no lighting? Weird! I called and Wire Nutz was out in less than 2 hours, did some trouble shooting and found the problem and had me back up and going with my lighting. The tech was very nice as well. Wire Nutz did an outstanding job of redirecting electrical wiring and routing new electrical service within existing home structures. They were extremely careful with structures such as fireplaces, extensive wood trim and cabinets. They cleaned up after their work treated our house as if it was theirs. I can’t recommend them too highly.

Thank god the previous contractor that came out and was a no call/no show (during Thanksgiving week no less, forcing me to take an extra vacation day for no reason and sending my family out of the house for them), otherwise I would never have found Wire Nutz Electrical. Found them on Google, sent a message and they got back to me within 24 hours and setup a time for a free estimate. I had my home wired with Cat6e and some other minor electrical work done. We ended up agreeing on a rate, and it came in far under what I had budgeted for the job, which led to a happy lady of the house.They were responsive and communicated a delay, but they made up for it by completing the job in a day instead of two, which ended being better as my downtime was lessened. Had two of their employees show up, I told them what I wanted done, and they had the house hard wired with internet in about 6 hours. The last part was to run speaker wire in the walls for our home theater, but in the time (it was a weekend) for them to come back and finish up, we had settled on a Sonos system that was wireless and cleaner than our previous setup, so instead of that I had them run some new outlets in some much needed spots, installed a new Philips Hue recessed downlight, and check on a couple of outlets. Those were all completed in an hour on the second trip, and replaced or installed brand new quality parts.Going to have them install some new Philips Hue hardwired fixtures here in about a month, and I highly recommend you use them for your next electrical job!

WireNutz was hired by American Home Shield to check a problem with a bathroom exhaust fan at my home. The work performed itself was satisfactory, however, I had concerns regarding what led to the work being done in the first place (replacement of the fan).After playing phone tag with the owner, Matt, he and I were able to connect and I shared my concerns. Throughout the conversation Matt was professional; he took the time to listen to my concerns.After sharing our perspective with each other, it was clear to me that Matt was interested in knowing what he could do to retain my business and earn my future business. We were able to come to a mutually acceptable agreement in the same conversation. Because Matt took the time to personally contact me and work through my concerns, I can confidently and firmly recommend Wire Nutz to anyone considering residential electrical work.As a footnote, I STRONGLY CAUTION ANYone against entering into a home warranty contract with AHS. After talking with Matt, it seems much of the issue rests with AHS.

Turns out i needed to replace the electrical panel (from the 1950s) They were so awesome and professional and got the work done with a quickness!
