For some time now, my wife and I have been thinking about installing solar panels. There were many companies we looked at and decided on selecting Pacific NW Solar. They were very thorough informing and educating us about joining the solar community. We of course were influenced with the state and federal incentives. We had 35 Panasonic panels with Enphase inverters installed. The process was started in late January with sale consultations, changes on our part, and planning the project around installing a new roof prior to installation in March. The project also contended with Covid 19 social distancing. The panels were installed April 15 and completed the next day. The crew were spectacular and they did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I whole heartedly would recommend PNW Solar.

The crew was on time, efficient, courteous and friendly. Very good communication from pre-appointment to post. They did an excellent job installating the panels without any hassle in 2.5-3 hrs. Apart from the drilling noise, you wouldnt even realize they are there. The installation was very clean with no piping visible on the roof. They do provide the best panels on the market available today and their track record is reassuring in a market that sees a lot of churn from the companies. I hope the solar production is on par with the high expectations - we shall see!

They take care of permits, inspection, and utility agreements - professional, full service. They have done many solar installs in Klickitat County with positive comments by the electrical inspector.

The folks at PNW Solar showed us how we could generate nearly all of our own energy while utilizing the PUD as a huge energy storehouse. They took care of all the installation including working with the PUD to figure out an easement issue around the area where the panels needed to be installed (ground mount). They even told us when the state changed the rules over the summer to not charge sales tax. They redid the contract so we didn’t have to pay it. We went live July 26th and, until recently, have sent more energy to the PUD than we’ve used. We still generate most of what we use on these short sunny days.

On the original agreement mission 385 watt panels and the rebate were changed, mission deleted the 385 and changed to 395 and the rebate was a little less than quoted, Mark the sales person contacted us and said Prostat would take the hit that is good customer service, Im hard of hearing Mark and the girls in the office were very patient!Aaron the plan designer was very informative on the lay out and installation procedures.We are retired so I had the privilege to be there during installation, I was very impressed with the precision the young guys took installing the panels!Jason and Devin worked together to install the electrical for solar, ev charger and generator interlock- generator ready inlet plug, they were very professional and informative.Jason and Devin had to figure out how to get power from the main panel that is attached to a rv addition to the exciting house, we all agreed on the best option.Todd the installation supervisor came out to figure out how to fix a door into the RV attic that is required by code on project completion, Todd also figured out how to get Internet from house to the outdoor solar box.We really recommend Prostat if you are considering going solar.I especially appreciate Todd and Jason, so professional.

This company sells made in Washington, efficiency solar panel and installation. What they really sell is an extremely professional business. From the time Dave Wood called me, I’ve had nothing but positive feelings about installing the solar cells. I looked them up at the better business bureau and in the time they have been in business they have had zero (0) complaints. They walked me thru the permitting, installation and components. The installation crew was phenomenal!! They worked so well together the entire project was completed in three hours. The crew cleaned up so well I think they cleaned up some of my messes too! I just cannot recommend them highly enough. Wish I would have had them do my installation a few years back!

The Prostat crew just left our house after installing a new system on our garage and it looks great! Everything is installed cleanly and carefully - the electrician even wiped her fingerprints off the drywall when she was done! The install crew picked up all the garbage and packing materials, so it looks like they weren’t even here. Our neighbors had a Prostat system installed a few months ago and have been absolutely thrilled with the results and the system performance. Based on their experience and after our initial call with the Prostat sales department, we didn’t even bother getting other bids. Our project has taken less than 8 weeks’ time from the first phone call to today’s install, and the entire process along the way has been seamless and simple - we really didn’t have to do anything, as Prostat coordinates everything for you. From Mark in sales, Trisha in the admin office, project engineer Sarah, to electricians Yvonne and Rick, and Jesse and Trask (and one other guy) on the install crew, everybody was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. To top it off, the panels and system parts are made in the USA. If you’re gonna go solar, call Prostat. Period.

Great company to work with for Solar Power. We looked at multiple options for a solar system, including our local installers to a few within the state. We found Pro-Stat to be the most professional with the sale of the system to complete installation.Tom answered all of our concerns & questions with clear & transparent answers. He understood that purchasing a solar system that costs into the thousands you just might need a night to sleep on it. Was not pushy, or needing to close the deal right now or lose out on a one time deal.Aaron was our site engineer that was just wonderful to work with for a couple of hours. Explained to him our future projects with roof & electric needs from the electrical panel. His team was able to design a system that would capture the most sunlight & still allow us room for our own future projects.Jason & the two other installers did a great job. Our install went flawless & was completed within a days work. I was able to explain where & why we need a gap on the roof for a future sun light tube for our entryway. They left the perfect amount of room on the roof for that. His team was able to move a few breakers & leave us what we need for a future power needs. Before leaving they cleaned up the work site & gave a demo on how to turn on & off the system.Becki, Susan & the other office workers have always answered the phone, answered any question, and gave updated progress on the project. Their team took care of all permits & finance needs promptly & professionally.Thank you to anyone else at Pro-Stat who helped us get solar power to our home. After looking at solar for a year I ended up with Pro-Stat Solar.Dave Wood was my initial contact. He had a great Zoom presentation detailing advantages and costs.Everything went quickly except waiting for 2 of snow to melt. A half day to install and its ready to go. Its only been on for a week my usage was 39 Kwh and I generated 103 Kwh. It has been sunny 4 out of 7 days and there are longer days ahead.The whole team at Pro-Stat solar did a great job.

Working with Brandon, Jay & Susan has been awesome! They are all so knowledgeable and their follow through is impecable. Ive seen some of their installs and they are really clean. They answered all of my questions about solar and now I know that a 7.0 KW system should zero my bill 100%. They use top tier Silfab all black panels with a 25/30 year warranty. Im so excited to move forward and take advantage of the federal tax credit this year and to not rely on the grid. They are the best solar installers in the area. My wife and had our solar system installed by Pacific NW Solar in October 2019. Having just bought the house in July, we werent planning on making the investment into solar, especially considering in our case a new roof was going to be necessary to take advantage of the federal and state incentives and our current roof still had a couple of years of life left in it.Pacific NW Solar earned our business by having a professional sales staff and competitive prices. They came out and assessed our home, presented us with the facts and what we could expect from having solar added, and showed us the long term savings that could be achieved by going solar. The incentives they provided outside of what the state and federal governments offered were enough to make us pull the trigger in 2019.The installation crews for both the roof and the solar system were courteous and professional. Installation only took a few days, and after getting the necessary approval from the city and having the utility company install a new meter, we were up and running. The project coordinator assigned to us was very communicative and kept us up to date on what we should expect as the install date approached.Overall, a great experience with Pacific NW Solar and they have earned my recommendation.

PNW Solar presented quality panels at a fair price and then did a great job on installation. The one and a half day installation went smoothly and was done with very little interruption to us at home during the work. The folks we worked with were uniformly nice, courteous, and conscientious. We have enjoyed having our solar project completed just prior to some nice weather in late February and mid-March and we can really see that well have our electricity bills replaced by the solar power generated on average throughout the year. Very happy with the whole project.

We had our solar panel install at the end of May 2020.I got to say, I was most impressed with everything, the crew, the professionalism of everyone, the smoothness of the install and the look of the end product.The crew, all of them, were pleasant, always willing to answer any questions, accommodating, worked very well and efficient together, were on it 100% all the time and no messing around and got the install done in one day which was above our expectations.I applaud and appreciate them for their work and dedication to their jobs.
