I’m in the final stages of repairing a water damage to a kitchen. I need an electrician to fix a power issue to my oven hood range and microwave. I found Mr. electric online. They were very responsive when I called and were helpful in trying to get me service as soon as possible. Within one day I had Josh show up. He was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient in his work. He was very friendly helpful and answered all my questions. Most importantly he got everything running and working! Highly recommend Mr. Electric and should I need future service will definitely use them!

We needed several outlet replacements due to burnt wire and other dangerous conditions present in the wall, as well as a new motor for our bathroom vent. Josh was prompt, kind, informative, and more than willing to explain concepts to us in a way that wed understand. He was thorough with sourcing what we needed and did a clean job. Called for service in the evening and was able to book service the next day; other companies were only offering the following week or two weeks out so I really appreciate the availability. I was also relieved to know that emergency service was an option but our issue was more of a head scratcher than scary so we didnt need that much of a rush.Sergey was our tech and he was wonderful. He found the issue and made several repairs and upgrades and even found previous work that needed revised. I appreciate how knowledgeable he was and the renewed peace of mind. I also very much appreciated how well Sergey laid out the options and pricing for the work that needed done to first diagnose the issue and then again when he had the list of needed repairs, recommended fixes to work someone unknown had previously done, and some additional upgrades that are now code.

We had an issue with an old electrical outlet, it needed to be converted before we can take delivery of a new washer/dryer set. Mr Electric was able to schedule a next-day appointment for us.Clay was outstanding! He explained the outlet work to be done in detail, and went to work promptly. He even did extra cleaning on the floor in the utility room, behind old washer/dryer unit- we appreciate the extra effort, Clay! We will be using Mr Electric for our future electrical needs.

I called Mr. Electric and they were out to my house in 30 min. I had 5 electrical outlets that were out and one was smoking. Clay quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Took about 1 hour and cost was $650. Pretty expensive in my opinion but maybe that is the market rate. I did not have time to get more bids from anyone else...I just wanted the problem fixed ASAP. I was happy with the service and professionalism from Clay. Not sure if I would use them in future however, because of their high expense.

We were in need of an electrician to help with a socket need. I happened upon Mr. Electric. Angie,the receptionist, was extremely helpful and was able to schedule someone to come to our home THE VERY SAME DAY!! When our technician,Rick, arrived, he was very thorough in assessing the issue and our home electric panel. We have an older home, and we needed to update our electric panel. Rick was able to come back and complete all the work and made it all up to code. Rick’s knowledge and professionalism were unbelievable. I would highly recommend having Mr.Electric for any electric needs. We plan on having them back to switch out our outlets next year. Rick and Angie are the best!

Its like 100° out right now he didnt give up on going into my attic which I can only imagine how sizzling it is up there. Not only did he go in there once but 2 times and toughed it out to fix a potential fire hazard that was fixed with duct tape and covered with old and new installation. He was right on it. First, I appreciate that there is a receptionist to take the call rather than have to leave a message for the owner/receptionist and wait for a call back.2. Got an appointment time for sooner than I anticipated.3. The next day, got a call that a worker was available so my issue ended up being taken care of the day after I called for an appointment.4. These guys came out last March to install a EV charger. Within the next 48 hours, had some trouble or with it. They came out immediately and problem solved. No issues until…Fast forward to present, and problems began happening again. A different guy, Josh, came out and immediately saw the issue and resolved it. A larger box had to be placed to fit all the wiring to give it more room. He then mentioned that he would like to address the initial installation with his manager to see if a few things can be corrected to ensure that this problem wouldn’t happen again, as well as resolve the bigger box that I didn’t really care for.I received a call a couple hours after Josh left and was told that he was able to get the approval from his manager to come back out and make everything right. I paid nothing for the correction.Five stars for Josh, his work, and his integrity to advocate for customers. Five stars for Mr. Electric for listening to the problem and not just treating me as just a billable. Will absolutely recommend Mr. Electric (especially Josh) to anyone, not only for their work, but also as an overall great and ethical company!

That same afternoon, they had an electrician in the area who could stop by. Clay Lawrence arrived about 15 minutes after I accepted the rescheduled appointment. Clay took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, and he explained it all to me, as well. He also helped correct the legend for my circuit breakers. I’m a happy customer.

Weve used him before - a few years back - and we needed an honest opinion on our problem with a particular outlet.The company itself is a stand-up operation with an easy process from beginning to end, all done on a tablet computer, and they also wear booties on their shoes, etc. Rick is a no-nonsense, honest electrician who (when I asked him) has been doing it for over 20 years. Hes extremely knowledgeable about everything electric. I highly recommend him. Youll get straight answers and hes also just an easy-going and friendly guy.
