They gave us a heads up on their arrival time to make sure we were at home, and arrived at their estimated time.The service representatives; Isaiah and Jess, began the work immediately, and after it was completed, they explained the whole process, and the details about the city inspection, so that we knew what to expect.As soon as we needed to whip removed, because we no longer needed it for our construction work, they came out quickly to remove it.They were quick and thorough.

Isaiah was great. He throughly provided my family with great customer service while we were going through a water damage issue in our kitchen. The water damage mitigation contractor needed their drying equipment installed to direct power supply from our breaker box. Isaiah installed that task very quickly without having to cut into our wall and the city inspector was very impressed with his work when they came to inspect prior to the contractor turning on their equipment.

I would like to commend Isaiah Avery for his stellar performance in delivering electrical service to my home during our crisis. We had an undiscovered yearslong leak that had to repaired, necessitating a special electrical addition to support the blowers and dehumidifiers used in our repair.Isaiah called ahead, showed up on time, was very cordial and answered any questions I had regarding his task. He went beyond just doing the job by explaining what he was going to do and answering my queries regarding upcoming service needs, etc.He promised to return to remove the added electrical wiring hed done and, again, called in advance, showed up on time, was friendly and swiftly completed his service.I could not have asked for a better interaction with him. Isaiah, the assigned electrician, was so knowledgeable and helpful. I can honestly say I will use them for all future projects going forward!
