Fast, efficient, listened to what I needed. Did not try to sell me more than I needed. Obviously a great company. He did a fantastic job repairing my hot water heater. This was a late afternoon appointment and still got the work done that same day, including driving back to the warehouse to get a replacement part we needed, got back here, and installed everything until almost dark. VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. -
