I made a call at 430 asking about a clogged drain. The Rooter Man customer service was quick and on point. I recieved a text with a pic of Sammy the plumber. He arrived and was courteous and walked me through everything. The price was on point at $49. I have no problem giving a great review for a job well done from start to finish 👍🏽

Gary was extremely helpful and considerate. He tried unclogging my kitchen sink with a simple fix. Sadly, it didn’t work and he needed to use the snake but he explained everything and how much the service was going to cost before hand.

I accidentally drilled into my water pipe thinking it was a stud (1.25 inch pipe) and tried repairing myself however i couldn’t solder behind the pipe. I called the professionals and Sammy took care of me on the spot and used whatever materials I had to keep the cost low. Sammy was very professional and efficient.Highly recommend.Thanks again!

My Plummer Sammy was great. Very professional made me feel like everything was being installed properly and didn’t mind explaining all the details to my questions. I spent a lot of money on my repairs but I didn’t feel pressure from Sammy nor the company. They gave my great options, the team that worked on my home for several days worked hard. I watched and no one was messing around and Sammy showed leadership amongst his crew. They kept the multiple areas that they dug up clean. They even worked around my family to make sure we had usage of the water and restrooms even though they were working on the main sewer drain. Over all this Crew was outstanding starting off with Sammy and his manager Dan all cool guys and would recommend them to friends and family.

Yes! he went out of his way, didnt take much to convince me that I needed a new toilet and he went and got one and came back, install it and even put a new toilet seat replacement on, just purchased yesterday and I had three different ones, he picked the one that would work the best and installed it for me. I needed a toilet seat that was wide and elongated, since Ive just had surgery and I need an opened seat toilet. Im Satisfied !!!Only thing? I would say is.... that???he didnt tell me or offer information on the purchase brand of what type of toilet he had just installed, I didnt think to ask because I was too busy paying bills and completing all the tasks around the house but there was no paperwork but maybe its in the email, I will check. My two upstair toilets were clogged and I needed them unclogged. I found this company on google gave them a call. Received a quote and had a plumber at my home within 45mins. David is the plumber that came to my home to unclog my toilets. He was super nice and very efficient in his worked. He went above and beyond to unclog my toilets. Which was not an easy job because my 3 year old had put toys in the toilet. But, David was really patient and really put the effort in to unclog the toilets. Overall I had a great experience from the receptionist that took my call to the plumber that unclogged my toilets. Great company!!!!!

Normally, I usually use Thumbtack when I am looking for home repairs. But this time I used Google and I am glad I did because after the trauma of knowing that dreadful day all homeowners fear. It was time to replace under house plumbing. And the became further traumatized by finding out I would replace the pipes all the way to the street. So I was fortunate that I chose Rooter Man.When Harry N arrived he was polite and intently listened to my problem.When his rooter machine could go no further. He told me the risks of going further. And explained the risks of going further and damaging the rooter. He told me that his supervisor Sam K was coming to survey the damage and what the probable options would be.Once the work was started Harry would inform me of what the state of the pipes they were removing were in and how they were progressing. He made sure to let me know when I could or could not use the plumbing. As the work progressed he made sure I was aware of how much longer the job would take to complete without any. problems. And was especially impressed when he asked if they could work later into the night. Which I was appreciative of because the sooner work was done the other better. Because plumbing disruptions are a big inconvenience to everyday life. When Sam K offered to replace my old toilet and install a new faucet in my old leaky one. How could I refuse. Harry installed my new toilet and faucet and did an outstanding job! Because when he was done. He cleaned the sink and bathroom and it looked like new! Which I am very appreciative of.When the job was completed Harry walked me through how he and others cleaned up my yard back to the way it was when they started. So thanks Rooter Man for providing me with such a thoughtful and polite worker in Harry K. 🙏 And one last note. When Sam K informed me the costs of the projects I was staggered at the sum. But not surprised because I had a friend who paid more than I did to replace the to-the-street pipes. So I highly recommend Rooter Man for your plumbing needs, and or emergencies. The Sewer problem was bit expensive but needed to get done do to the circumstances of the damage of the pipe. But all in all the job was complete and our pipes are not backing up. Im a tough customer to please. This was the 2nd plumbing company I had to fix the temperature on my shower. These guys were all great. The first plumber from another company charged me over $500 and said it was fixed when it was not. The guys from Rooter Man were straight forward with me - told me the hard truth that a part had to come from Germany, and it was going to take 2 weeks. Most of all, they communicated regularly to let me know what was happening with the part, and it came early, and they installed it early. I have a lot of respect for every guy I worked with from this company. They went above and beyond to communicate, to offer a fair price, and they got the job done days before they thought they would. Thus, you have a choice - get a job done fast and cheaply, or actually get done what you need to do so that something works the way it should. Theres no doubt they will be my ONLY plumbing company in the future.

Joseph was great! Hes very knowledgeable about septic systems and offered advice for solutions to leech field problems that can potentially occur over long-term usage.Im also impressed by how professional and fast he was. At a time when prices are spiraling out of control, Rooter Man offers very reasonable rates - better than any other competitor I checked. Also, their staff are very courteous and take the time to notify customers if plumbers will arrive more than 30 minutes past their designated time. All in all, I will use Rooter Man for future plumbing needs and gladly recommend the company to others.

Called Rooter-man at approximately 3:30 PM, they said they would have a guy at our house between 4:00 & 5:00PM. At about 4:30P a gentleman named Leo Van arrived in a Rooter-man service truck. He asked a few questions about the problem and immediately unloaded equipment. He unclogged the drain quickly, had us flush the toilet and turn on the tub faucet and stayed around to double check that the drain was indeed cleared and didn’t backflow. He charged the $49 they had quoted on the phone. Leo was very professional, friendly, efficient and clean. I was fully satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them. PS. He also said we had a 30 day warranty on the cleaning. Very comforting.

I had 2 plumbing problems, One was a bathtub drain which they cleared. The other was a different drain that had backed up, but then cleared itself. They could not explain that, and talked me into running a camera thru the main drain line for an additional $100.00. That showed that the main line was clear, but had cracks in the pipe? They advised me to install a special lining in the pipe that they could do for $8300.00 ? Other than that I was very satisfied with their service.

Excellent & professional service from all the staff that helped me. Great teamwork. Each step of the process was carefully explained and was able to view the pipe condition in the camera. Have 77 year old cast iron pipes under a slab that they were able to clean, descale and install a liner to rejuvenate them, plus a lot of work and cleaning to the septic system that involved a lot of hand digging. Thanks to all the staff that worked on my project. All were polite, efficient and made this project less stressful than it might have been.

This is the plumber you want. Andrés worked tirelessly to repair not just one but two problems that hit us when we moved into our new house. Not only was our garbage disposal broken, for the water heater had died too. The garbage disposal was a quick professional repair and he was able to find someone to help with and a replacement for our water heater that same day as well. All this happened during a scorching heatwave yet there was never a single complaint. 5 stars hands down.

Called for a clogged drain, but knew there were other parts of the plumbing waiting to go at an unknown time. Gustavo came out and was super courteous and helpful, walked me through what he was trying and why, and eventually got a camera to come out and see why things werent working. Thank goodness he did, because live feed camera showed that our cast iron pipes (old) had blown out under the foundation, causing tons of sewage leakage and creating large muddy patches under the house, which was bad enough it was likely to risk the foundation if left unfixed. Thankfully we got to it in time, they determined that they could tunnel to the rupture instead of tearing up the house to get to it. Started working immediately, took care to even fix a sprinkler while they were putting things back. Turned an unpleasant emergency to about as nice an experience as it could be. Grateful for this team, was a very messy job.
