Wow! Truly cannot express my gratitude for Pacific Energy Service. So thankful I found them. They have been so professional, helpful, friendly and responsive. They have helped us at our apartment building now many times and we just renewed our maintenance contract. They took a terrible situation that we were left with by a Company that shall not be named. They came out in terribly rainy, cold and windy weather (both times on weekends) and resolved the issues immediately. I feel confident that after we have the balance of the work done I will be able to rest easy, and that our tenants will not be left without hot water ever again. Pacific Energy Service is a pleasure to do business with, their pricing is fair and service is incredible. We have placed them on our Preferred Vendors list and look forward to continuing our business relationship with them. I have to find vendors for different requirements regularly, this is the first Company (Service Workers) that I have come across that made it absolutely simple and stress free. These guys are great and always address our emergencies efficiently. We’ve used them many times over the years to service our Raypak boilers and they are always prepared to make repairs onsite. Hot water was restored same day. Professional and courteous, no hidden fees

We had a power failure and our boiler did not restart up. I called their after hours help line. Tony called me back within 30 minutes.He said he would come and check the problem. He showed up and fix the problem within an hour. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the solution.He left us with hot water. Great service. Tony is the best.

Tony was great! He came within the hour and fixed our hot water issue in less than 15 minutes. It was also really helpful that he explained everything to us and was so friendly. I would have put all 5 stars but the whole reason Tony had to come out was to turn on the shut off valve because his colleague had forgotten to turn it back on after a maintenance check earlier in the day...oh and his colleague showed up three days late for a scheduled maintenance check.

Definitely the best ! My technician was very fast very professional since day one , JON he shows the dedication he has for his job . We had an extremely mayor issue with boiler and heating system , at a big building , after different plumbers and workers doing one thing and another without resolving the issue for days , bingo we finally contacted the right one what took others days took Jon only a few hrs after nearly ten days of no hot water he brought us back to life ! Yayy warm showers ,I really liked the communication he delivered the clean way he worked as well ,I would highly recommend pacific energy ,Ask for Jon he will take care of you !

I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Energy and especially Joe. We have been using them for several years, and their emergency response time even on a holiday is incredible. Always reliable and on time, Pacific Energy saved me twice on Christmas day once and this year for 4th of July when hot water went out and I was facing very upset tenants on a holiday. Joe is the technician who has come to the rescue. Always professional, and willing to put all his efforts into solving the problem. He is amazing! Today,Joe from Pacific Energy Services arrived very promptly and assessed the troubled hot water situation at hand on apartment structure where as a managers help was needed quickly. His knowledge showed of how things would be easiest of getting hot water back to normal.
