I have nothing but high praise for this plumbing company. From the friendly office staff to the proficient plumbers like Terry and Jason, their service was top-notch. I found myself in a predicament when my water heater unexpectedly burst. I initially reached out to a company I had a service contract with, but they could only promise to arrive within a 12-hour window. I made a few more calls, but no one could come out the same day. And forget about installation - it would have taken days, and I had guests arriving for the weekend! My wife suggested I call this company, which I hadnt thought of. I spoke to Maurice who was extremely empathetic and helpful. Within 30 minutes, Terry arrived at my home. He was polite, considerate and even wore booties on his shoes to keep my home clean. He assessed the situation and informed me that my water heater could not be repaired and would need to be replaced. I was prepared for a long wait due to the new laws regarding permits and safety precautions, but to my surprise, Terry informed me he could install the new water heater the very next morning. And their rates were incredibly competitive! True to his word, Terry arrived at our home in Van Nuys the next morning with a new water heater and had it installed and working that same day. Terry is absolutely top-notch! He arrived within the agreed time frame, giving a heads up call about half an hour before, and showed up ready to tackle the job. Terry was courteous, respectful, and committed to resolving the issue. He was the fourth plumber I had asked to inspect my bathtub which wasnt draining properly. He was my final hope before I would have had to shell out a lot of money. Terry managed to completely unclog the tub in less than an hour! Its now functioning as good as new. He made sure to clean up after his work and then promptly left. I am thrilled with the service from Quick Neighborhood Plumbing!

Terry and Maurice came over to fix a deteriorated, rusty drainage pipe we had. This was quite a task, requiring them to dig up the old pipe, slice through our foundation to accommodate a new pipe, and then lay gravel to fill up the hole. terry was really polite and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. it was clear that he knew his stuff as he quickly developed a plan and got to work. maurice was also very friendly, respectful, and showed great work ethic. we were confident that the job would be done correctly, and it indeed was. weve used these plumbers in van nuys before and we will continue to use them for any future plumbing needs. We were dealing with a serious problem with our main sewer line. it was backing up into our downstairs bathroom and we initially called a large plumbing company for help. we thought it would be an easy fix as weve encountered roots in the line before and had it successfully cabled once. However, they couldnt remove our main access cap, so they decided to go through the toilet. they attempted to cable the line but couldnt get more than 10 feet outside our houses foundation without hitting a blockage. they mentioned they would send their supervisor the next day to decide on the next course of action. the supervisor managed to remove the main access cap but didnt want to try cabling the line again. Instead, he instantly suggested digging up the yard and warned us it would cost thousands of dollars to determine the issue. feeling uneasy about this, we decided to call another company for a second opinion. jason from the new company arrived within half an hour of our call. we discussed the problem and what had happened with the previous company. In no time, he was able to get his cable past where the other company had stopped and managed to cable down 90 feet without encountering any problems, effectively cleaning the line of blockages. turns out, there were no breaks or serious issues, just a block that needed clearing. from now on, were definitely calling jason first. he saved us a lot of money and gave us peace of mind by letting water run for a while to confirm he had completely cleared the block. he explained every step of the process and his pricing was incredibly fair. weve never received such excellent service from a plumber and were incredibly thankful we found him.

The heater was jammed in a hard-to-reach spot, surrounded by chaotic piping, exhaust, and an inconvenient gas line, all stuffed into a compact, classic Van Nuys townhouse built in 1908. Nevertheless, they came up with a clever solution that included setting up a compact wall and relocating the new heater to this wall, making it completely accessible. Jason and the team rerouted the pipes and gas line to make them neater and less intrusive. Their responsiveness was truly extraordinary. They utilized drop cloths during the project, cleaned up after themselves, and even took care of the trash removal. Their work was genuinely top-notch!
