Another first for me on here it would be a five star review for a plumber.I usually try to go by word of mouth or referrals from friends, but as of a few weeks ago, was literally getting the same answer, “I can’t find anybody great, but if you find one, let me know”.So I’m letting you all know!Szlatko is that rare plumber who not only will take your calls to answer all the questions that would leave most plumbers rolling their eyes, but ALSO scheduled around my work schedule to deal with both non-emergent and emergent situation‘s in upgrading my kitchen.As every homeowner can relate, what started out as being a simple “Can we swap this out…?” became a bit more involved when repair work was discovered and necessary.He was reassuring, calm, kind, patient, and communicative throughout the entire 2 hours.When he was done, he asked me to take a look, and showed me how to work the new faucet, and THEN made sure that I was happy.We also addressed other plumbing issues around my home, and he graciously gave me full transparency as to what was necessary to make the repairs, was kind, and patient AGAIN with all my questions, and we agreed to move on to stage two upgrading one of the bathrooms.Price-wise he is incredibly competitive with every other plumber you will get a quote from.In fact, he was about $100 less than every other licensed and insured plumbers in the San Fernando Valley… which is astonishing because he does far better work than anyone I’ve had here in the 16 years in this location.Not that this really matters in terms of quality of service, but he’s also incredibly professional, and all of those commercials, poking fun at the “hygiene” of plumbers doesn’t even exist in the same universe. He shows up seriously looking like he is ready for a photo shoot. 100% well groomed, almost like a plumber in a movie :-)Again, completely irrelevant to the quality of the service, but since there’s a lot of commercials that seem to focus on the Hygiena plumbers figured it was worth mentioning that this guy said it’s a gold standard in terms of pleasant surprise when you open your door. =)(And in reference to those commercials that talk about a “smell good Plumber“ – I’m sure he’s got that locked-down, too :-)He came back a week later to completely replace my filtration system and was SO patient with the crazy new high-end system - it took quite a number of steps - and he carefully ensured everything was correct. He even checked in with me to ensure I was happy with all the placements and locations - and said it was me the homeowner who needed to be happy, since its my home. SO so great. How many plumbers are willing to slow down to ensure you are that happy??? Even when he has tons of other jobs to get to?? Amazing.Every single rave review you read about him is true. I cannot recommend highly enough, so whatever might be going on that has anything to do with PLUMBING--you’ll want to call Szlatko first.If it’s not something that he can handle in a timely fashion, he will also be transparent – he is very much in demand, so you may need to wait a few days (potentially) if it’s not a true emergency.Again: cannot recommend highly enough.Thank you!

Amazing service! I called a bunch of other plumbers, Mr Pipe was the only one who actually answered the phone, all the other plumbers I called make you go through a maze of button pushing until you get someone that, from the background sounds, I think were at home watching TV. I texted him a photo and he gave me a quote in less than 2 minutes, and showed up the next day! His quote was accurate, did not charge me anything extra. I highly recommend Him! It turns out my neighbor used him a few times as well, I didn’t even know before I called. I will definitely be calling Mr. Pipe for anything else I need plumbing wise!!

Went above and beyond! I called in the morning with a my sink leaking, they were able to come that afternoon.Which was a relief! He walked me through each step he was going to do so there were no surprises. When he left my sink was all fixed and there were no surprises. I do not like plumbing and anything involving water issues is scary, but this was a great experience. I will be calling them again for the next project.

Yesterday, I realized my garbage disposal was malfunctioning and did a quick Google search for plumbers near my area. While I was tempted to go to the plumbers that had over 200+ 5 star reviews something told me that it would be better to reach out to someone who had less than that but still 5 star reviews. I was right on that hunch for several reasons: a bigger plumbing company might up charge you because they’re bigger and more “well known,” they may not have the time to immediately come by sooner rather than later, and just that simple extra customer service you get from a mom & pop vs a larger company. All this to say, Zlatko was AMAZING!! Great communication. Did not upcharge me and in fact gave me a discount because it ended up not being a big issue. He showed me how to fix it so that I won’t have to make that call next time. Personally, I am no longer going to call any other plumbers besides him moving forward, and he far exceeded my expectations. Thank you again!!

Fantastic job.I had submitted an online request but accepted another bid before I heard back.The plumber I selected called me (after appointment time) to say I wasnt in the service area.I replied back to Mr. Pipe and asked if they could schedule something for the next day, I was told we can be there in an hour...Francisco showed up, was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The job wasnt easy and required a few additional steps. He was upfront about the cost and got the job done.

Mr Pipe Plumbing came this morning and fixed the sink in my bathroom! It had been clogged for a month and couldnt figure out the problem. Zlatko investigated and find out that the sink pipe was connected to the sink from the apartment next to mine. Therefore, it needed to be unclogged from the roof. And it worked! Zlatko was very professional and experienced. So happy to have found him, I definitely will use his services again when need it.

This is my second time using Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter. Zlatko does quick, quality work at reasonable prices. He also makes sure to clean up the workspace and haul away any used parts/trash. On this most recent call, I needed a tail pipe replaced under my bathroom sink that was corroded and clogged. After quickly replacing the part, Zlatko noticed and commented that my water pressure is very high. He took extra time out of his schedule to locate the water regulator to my townhome and measure the water PSI to my unit at no extra charge. He showed me that the pressure is dangerously high and that my regulator was 13 years overdue for replacement. Ill be giving Zlatko at Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter a call to take care of that regulator and all my future plumbing needs.

My property management company called Mr Pipe after I requested maintenance on a dribbling bathtub faucet in my apartment, and Im very glad they did.Zlatko arrived on time, promptly diagnosed, and fixed the faucet (removing a screw that was obstructing the hot water flow). Not only did he quickly fix my plumbing issue, but he took the time to explain what was wrong and why it was happening.I was also really impressed with Mr Pipes customer service. Throughout our appointment Zlatko was professional, polite, and really helped to ease the frustration of a broken bathtub.As a renter, I dont often get to choose who takes care of my plumbing problems. I hired Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter because the toilet in my business has been clogged for a few days. I messaged them for a quote and he responded right away with a quote that wasn’t too expensive!
