Great service. Giovanni showed up on time and actually fixed another plumbers mistake with our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through every step he was taking to find the problem. He also did a quick fix with our upstairs bathroom. I would recomend Chajon Plumbing for any issue you may have.

Giovanni did a great job installing new shut off valves for my clothes washer and kitchen faucet. He finished within the timeframe he said he would and his workmanship quality is superb. He also cleared debris from my kitchen faucet which restored the flow strength at no additional cost. A true professional, I will be using Giovanni/Chajon Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!Fast forward to over a year later (August 2024), Giovanni did another great job for me! He correctly diagnosed the cause of a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom using a methodical approach. The repair work is of the highest quality. All this and he made friends with my new puppy - Giovanni is my go-to-plumber!

I had a gas leak under the stove and I was very concerned about it. I called Giovanni Chajon and he came over right away. After a little diagnostic process, he identified the problem and fixed it without any drama. Very reasonable price, too. I will definitely call him with any future plumbing problems.Since his first visit, we have hired him a couple more times for more complicated issues. He was able to deal with our problems in a very straight forward way and he solved them right away.Our 1st choice for any plumbing problems!

Giovanni is the ultimate plumber and all around good guy. He’s helped replace plumbing for rental units we owned plus he taught me a few things about drywall and the care for my plumbing systems! Not to mention he saved my bum when I accidentally loosened the wrong toilet fitting in my bathroom and flooded it ! He is truly a wonderful plumber and an even better person! !

Mr. Chajon is very knowledgeable about his trade. When he came to my home to add clean out valves to my tankless water heater. He explained how I could add a device that eliminates the need for periodic de-scaling. He also pointed out what would prolong the life of the unit. His work was fast, he left no mess and his bill very reasonable with everything in writing, including receipts for what he paid for the parts. I will definitely use his service in the future.

Highly recommend Giovanni! I called him for what I thought was a routine toilet installation and unfortunately turned out to be a much bigger job. Our water pressure was not normal as it was before. We had leaks in multiple areas and it was causing issues in two restrooms. Gio showed up and managed to squeeze us into his schedule on short notice. We didn’t feel it was an urgent need but he treated it as such, which was amazing. It showed he truly cared about his potential customer.Upon arriving he inspected multiple points and detected a few problems. He advised us on what it would take to troubleshoot and allowed us to make the choice whether we would like to move forward with the repair.We did and we are glad we did. Gio provided top notch work and we have not had any issues since his repair. He also gave us some advice on things he recommends we take a look at in the future, no pressure(like our old pipes had).I would highly recommend if you appreciate being informed on the service you’re receiving and having top notch service.Thank you, Gio!

Ok so this man Giovanni is a rare find. Read his reviews they are real reviews. I had a problem no hot water and we had a new tankless hot water heater put in 9 months ago. So did some research and as soon as I read Giovanni’s reviews I stopped searching. The review of the son being concerned that Giovanni was going to take advantage of his older mother is the main review that sold me.So this is what happen, I called and spoke to Giovanni around noon. He was going to squeeze me in around 2:30. He had other appointments. So around 1:30 a friend can to my house and I told her about the hot water so she said let me see. She started going into settings and with a few clicks it started working. I then sent Giovanni a text telling him what took place. He called me I told him what my friend did and walked him through the steps. He said all was good except to take off always running and put on intelligent, which I did.So now the next day I get home from work turned on hot water and just warm after 5/6 minutes of running. So thinking there was still the problem I text Giovanni and ask if he could come and look at it either today or tomorrow told him about the warm water. He then text me back saying that the intelligent needs to relearn when we use water. He also told me to turn on hot water in few different places in the home. And yes he was right the water got hot very hot. It just needs to relearn when we use hot water. I have paid this man nothing, he talk me out of having him come to my house because he doesn’t feel there is a need for him. He told me it could take a week to learn, and if I did have problems to call him back. WHAT A GREAT GUY. I kinda hope it does break just to meet this incredible man. THANK YOU GIOVANNI.Need to update this review because I did have him come to my house for a few liitle things. He quoted my $1,595.00 for 3 didderent fixed. The reason why I am writing this is because after he started the work he realize that one of the issue I had didnt need as much work as he first thought. He removed $400.00 from my bill. He could have said nothing because the issue was in the craw space and I would have nevered known. That is a really great guy and an incredible plumber without a doubt. Would refer him to anyone and everyone!

I had such a great experience with Chajon Plumbing, Giovanni went above and beyond fixing the plumbing in our bathroom. I would have given him more stars if I could, I’ll never hire a different plumber!!

My elderly Mother who lives about 30 miles away from me in Atwater Village, discovered a leak from her water heater. She told me that a friend of hers recommended a plumber. Like all Son’s I thought oh great, some plumber is going to come out and try and take advantage of her and charge her for unnecessary stuff. Nothing can be further from the truth. She called Giovanni from CHAJON PLUMBING. It was a Friday night (6:30 PM) and he said he would be at her house as soon as possible. Giovanni literally showed up within an hour, thoroughly explained to Her what needed to be fixed, and spoke to me on the phone to explain what the issues were. He said he would go get the parts and hurry back to fix the leak. He quoted us a very reasonable price and ultimately fixed the leak. He was so honest and kind that we had him come back to take care of some other plumbing issues that were neglected and we wanted fixed. I can’t say enough about Giovanni, he is the upmost Professional. He loves his job, and it shows with the quality of his work. He kept us posted on when parts were available and when he would come over. If we ever had a question we would text him, and he would respond back immediately. If you’re looking for a GREAT, honest, hard working plumber please give GIOVANNI CHAJON from CHAJON Plumbing a call. You wont be disappointed!
