    I cant begin to express how grateful I am for such an honest and reliable company. We have complained to a number of plumbers and even the original person who built our home regarding a smell when our washer runs. ONLY ROTO-ROOTER found the culprit and repaired it it.1. No studer vent (spelling?) was installed for the laundry room2. A fake p-trap was created when we mentioned the smell to the contractor and he tried to pacify this situation without us noticing. Whether they forgot it initially, didnt know to add it initially, or genuinely thought this was the right way to do things... it doesnt matter. It was done WRONG.It is a shame that not every business is as professional and knowledgeable as Roto-Rooter! THE BEST in the business. We will not use another plumbing company for any issues in the future. Their price was fair and the job was completed within one day.Attached a before and after of the original work and repair. THANK YOU ROTO-ROOTER!

    Excellent service. Responded right away within the hour. Worked 2 and a half hours and resolved all issues. Very nice gentleman - cleaned up before leaving. Is returning tomorrow to replace a cap he accidentally broke. I imagine it was old but he made a point to tell me he would take care of it. Wasnā€™t the easiest job, Iā€™m sure. We are relieved and will sleep well.

    My husband and I were well pleased with the service provided. Unlike the previous plumber we called and didnā€™t bother to show up for my scheduled appointment. Josh, the plumber who serviced my problem was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was patient when he was explaining the problem with my drainage problems.

    Because I booked during the week the was no weekend charge for Saturday repair. Considerate. They were responsive, fast, and very affordable the tech was polite, focused on the work. 30 minutes and out! Whatā€™s not to love? HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    Our service tech Zach was extremely professional. He completed the service call and provided education on our gas logs and proper maintenance of them. We were quite surprised to find the gas logs were still in workable condition saving us a good bit of money.

    The young that an answered the phone was very polite and courteous. The tech that she set us up with was very professional and did a great job.     I called for them to hook up Bathroom and Kitchen Sink and also installed a new toilet flange due to an unstable toliet! They showed up when they were suppose to, took care of all I had asked of them, real nice to work with. Cost was alittle more than I expected but I am pleased with their work.

    Roto-Rooter was completely professional and responded quickly to an emergency weekend call for a drain back up in our system with bathroom drains filling our tubs. Unfortunately they were not able to respond during the weekend as they currently have some staff shortages but they were very prompt on Monday morning and put my call near the top of their schedule for the day and had our problems resolved in a few hours for an unbeatable price. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and I wont hesitate to call them again for all of my plumbing needs. 4 out of 5 stars given only because theyre listed as 24/7 for emergency service and they were not able to accommodate a weekend visit but Im sure theyll get there staffing issue worked out and be back to a 5.Thank you so much for what you do.

    I cannot sing the praises of Roto Rooter enough. My house was greatly affected by the hurricane and I have only lived in this state for two years so itā€™s a very vulnerable feeling trying to find quality care. My neighbors were so pleased with Roto Rooter that I called them as well. Iā€™ve worked directly with Jeff and Zach and felt so taken care of and like they treated my home and my problem the way they would someone in their own family. They are knowledgeable and efficient and work with integrity. Will not use anyone else for plumbing issues after this experience.

    My Perry Georgia main drain clogged so I called Roto-Rooter and they responded pretty darn quick!Travis was the first to arrive and in the heat of the day he quickly found the problem (roots) and worked on it for over an hour to make sure my drain was as root free as he could determine. The man was not going to give up!He called and spoke to his supervisor Eric and Eric decided to come over with the drain line camera and make sure they did everything they could for me. Erics camera found a few more tiny roots which he removed with a little bit bigger snake (Travis needs one of those!) and that the drain line looked like it was damaged a few feet from the street.Eric recommended I call the city and see if it might be more of a city problem vice homeowner problem. I called the city and sure enough, they will be coming to repair the drain line soon.My experience with Travis and Eric was really satisfying and if I could leave 10 stars I would have because they deserve it.I tip my hat to the guys that really earned it!!

    First off, Im glad I was able too find a company Im my area that does after hour work.I was kind of skeptical because of the tone of the coustomer service representative who contacts the technicians(She wasnt very friendly),But the technician did a good job with uncloggingmy drain line.The company let me know their prices up front and what they can and cant do and when i explained what was going on with the toilet, tub, etc they already knew the problem.The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to make sure that the job was done correctly even though it was cold and dark outside. Thank you Robert for taking pride in what you do.

    You can trust these guys. I had the main shutoff valve for my house snap on a Saturday afternoon. Roto-Router was the first plumber to answer when I called despite a few others saying they were open 24 hrs. They had someone (David) at my house before the city even found my meter box to shut it off. David was polite and friendly. He worked fast and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. Thanks to him, I had water restored to my house less than 4 hrs after the valve broke. Obviously I didnt sit around doing price comparisons for a plumbing emergency, and weekend/after hours jobs are always going to cost a little extra, but the time I was charged for was very fair and all of the costs were explained upfront. Ill definitely be calling back if I need any plumbing work in the future.

    Very satisfied with service, Brandon was awesome. Turns out I had a clog in my main line and not just my tub train. Had someone out to me within 2 hours of calling.     The guy withthe better camera i am not i pressed with. He told my the tree roots had broken my sewer line and thR the should come down. Because the line went acrros the lawn to the street. I had the tree taken down. When the repair crew started to dig, the sewer line did not go across the lawn. But curved and went under the sidewalk and driveway. Noway near the tree. The repair crew was great. They had my sewer line dug up and replaced in one day.

    I had an outside faucet that had a slow leak that needed to be repaired before cold weather needless to say living in South Georgia being September it wasnā€™t a hot rush to repair and I thought it would take some time to get on their busy schedule so I called today and scheduled and they were able to get me in today and repaired it TODAY!! I am in shock to say the least!! The scheduler was very nice and professional. The plumber was very nice and professional and kept me informed every step of the way.     The tech came on time and cleaned out my trap (I guess) he stated it would be faster to use a particular machine... He went to get it and it worked... Seemed like the tub was still slow, but the next morning my tub and toilet seemed to be running well. Tech was courteous and also cleaned the mess he made. I think the cost was excessive ($630), but Im hoping not to have this problem again...

    Robert was AMAZING he was able to unclog all our drains (we had so many clogs it was embarrassing) while literally whistling while he worked. And then he ran all the appliances to make sure everything was draining properly. He was knowledgeable and walked me through what he was doing in a manner that I understood. And he lowered the pipe connecting the garbage disposal so it would drain correctly (which I didnā€™t even know what was problem until he pointed it out).     I was not very thrilled or confident about calling a plumber. I prefer diy but Im sitting here with no water pressure scratching my head. The lady that took my call and scheduled me was very knowledgeable and upfront about costs. She told me diagnosis was 60 dollars but could be waived if I had more work done. Great! After the plumber showed up, he was able to quickly determine AND fix my intake pipe that was clogged and advised me about how to avoid future recurrences with a whole house inline filtration system. I looked a few up them up and determined it would be super easy to do myself but I paid Mr. Rooter to install it just to support them. Excellent customer service with no hidden fees.
