From start to finish I was very pleased with the service. During this busy time of year, they were able to come to my house immediately to replace a hot water heater. The guys arrived right to the minute they told me, were courteous, professional and got everything working within 2 hours. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Wonderful service all the way around. The lady that scheduled my service was so nice and concerned. She answered all of my questions and called me back to confirm the date and time.Nick showed up right at the scheduled time, he assessed the issue and explained everything to me in great detail. I did not know where my septic tank was located but Nicks diligence paid off and he found it. The filter (or lack of one) wasnt the issue so he had to use high pressure water to unclog the main line. Thank you Nick!Ill definitely recommend them to everyone. 5☆

Between Amanda in the office and Brandon in the field this is an amazing company. I’m a builder in Fla and had to rely on them over the phone to fix and repair a major plumbing problem in my sister in laws house in lake city. Diagnosed the problem quickly and all is well again. Mr. Rooter replaced my hot water heater. Working with them was great from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, patient, and flexible with both my questions and tight schedule. Dottie and Amanda were very communicative with the scheduling process as well as updates on the day of the appointment. Fletcher was professional and helpful. A hot water heater is a big purchase, and Fletcher did not try to upsell me or push the most expensive option. He helped me understand my specific needs and make the best decision. I already have a leak detection test scheduled with them. I will continue to use them and highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Fast, knowledgeable. Quick to come out. I was struggling to get a plumber to come out was getting no call backs. Finally decided to try Mr rooter. Instantly got person on the voice who was very nice to talk to. Got appointment for SAME day service which never happens!! Repair man was Great and understanding. He managed to repair all my issues with plumbing and septic issue. We are very grateful to have Mr. Rooter. Will definitely be using them from now on.

I highly recommend this company for all plumbing issues and needs. My husband, son and I kept experiencing sewer backups every 6 months for the last 5 years. We would get plumbers to come out and they would unclog the waste in the sewer line and it would solve our plumbing issue at the time but we would eventually be in the same situation months later. I finally had enough and gave this plumbing company a try. They did not disappoint. My plumbing technician Nick McDuffie was very professional and he communicated with me very well every step in solving our issue before performing each task to fix it. He did not just up and leave when the job was done. He made sure that his tasks to fix the problem was effectively resolved before leaving. I will be using Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future.
