    Wish I could do more than 5 stars for his service. Called early in the morning about our tank being full and he came out in about an 1 1/2 after call and was very knowledgeable and was telling me everything he was doing. Reasonable priced and we will continue to use them for our plumbing issues. I recommend him to everyone

    We had several issues with leaking faucets from kitchen to two bathrooms. We were able to fix the kitchen sink problems ourselves, but when it came to the one of the bathrooms getting the faucet knobs off of the sink was impossible. They were old and apparently corroded so bad that they couldnt be removed with basic tools. I called Gary midday, and he said they would be out next day. They showed up as said and spent several hours working on the difficult problems I had. They had to remove the entire sink basin and cut out the offending faucet. They replaced everything as needed and were very friendly during the whole process. Amy and I watched them and asked lots of questions which they readily explained everything as they did it. It was quite educational to learn from the pros. I would definitely use them again. Best plumbers we have ever used. The only reason I called Gary was because of all the good reviews. I agree with those reviews, he performed admirably and lived up to all expectations.

    I called Gary about 7pm on a Sunday in a complete panic while my kitchen was flooding. I couldnā€™t get my main off, water pouring out of my valve under my sink, an absolute nightmare.He was there in 20ish minutes, fixed the faulty valves quickly and was reasonably priced for an after hours emergency. Highly recommend!

    I called on Christmas Eve with a clogged drain. The entire bathroom was backed up into the shower. Gary came out within 45 minutes and had us back to normal fast. He was friendly and solutions helped us get back to our Christmas Festivities in no time! We will definitely use him in the future.

    I had a septic and drainfield problem. Gary came out in a timely manner and within a couple hours he solved my problems with a septic tank pump out and his hydro jetting of my drainfield. He saved me from having to spend thousands of dollars. Other companies wouldnt call me back and the ones that called back wanted to replace the whole drainfield. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely be using him in the future!!

    Update- After posting my review, Gary called me and he discovered they had charged me the wrong amount and immediately offered to refund the difference. Not every business would give it a second thought. That speaks volumes to me about his integrity and character, so I am changing my review to 5 stars.Very disappointed. Given a quote for emergency call and Gary even recommended waiting until next day if possible since the rate was cheaper. He came out Monday morning ( later than the time he gave me) , was there less than 30 minutes and the bill was $130.00 higher than I was quoted. I realize the price quote did not include parts, but approximately 1 foot pvc and compression fitting does not equate to $130! Lesson learned- I shouldā€™ve called the plumbing Svc I normally call since I had to wait until Monday anyway. Picture shows his arrival and departure

    Dont even mess with the rest. Gary at H&H plumbing is The ABSOLUTE Best! My family is new to Adel GA having relocated from Indiana.We had a plumbing issue near Thanksgiving that was serviced by another plumber who was in and out in 45 minutes. After expressing concerns about the continued gurgling sound that came from the faucet drain when we flushed the toilet, the other guy told us not to worry.Today we had the same issue. Called H&H. They were there within the estimated time given and even texted to give an ETA. He got to work, inspecting. Got the city involved. Was extremely courteous, polite and patient as he explained EVERYTHING! Resolving our issue will require an underground pipe being replaced which he scheduled right there on the spot. This was the most efficient and professional business I have EVER dealt with ANYWHERE.I will have a follow-up review when the entire project is completed but he did more today than the guys did initially and for that alone, I highly recommend H&H plumbing.

    Wow. Called for a major clog that was backing up into our tub and shower on one side of our trailer. We had attempted to snake it ourselves, but our snake was only 25 feet long.     This guy is heaven sent. A pipe had broke at my house on Christmas Eve and I called every plumber in the area and they just said they would call back and never did.     I was visiting my 82 year old Mother when her water heater started leaking. Although I called four plumbers for a quote, Garry was the only one who answered the phone himself, gave me a reasonable quote on replacing the water heater, was at the house in less than one hour with supplies in hand, and had it draining; he did all this before any of the other plumbers returned my phone call with a quote. In less than three hours our crisis was resolved, and my 82-year-old mother was ā€œthrilledā€ to be able to take a hot shower!
