Just wanted to share my positive experience with Roto-Rooter of Fairfield, CA. We had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday morning. The excellent services began with my call to Julia, the dispatcher. She was extremely friendly, took the time to listen to my issue, and she was able to get a technician out the same day. She later followed with a call to update us that the Services Technician was running a bit late. The excellent service continued with Services Technician, Peter Leyva. He arrived and immediately provided an upfront cost and assessed the issue quickly. He explained the process of clearing out our main line and showed us the issue when he sent the camera down the pipe. Even though we were his second to last call of a very long work day, Peter treated us like it was his first call. Thankyou, Julia and Peter!

We unknowingly had had a cracked water pipe under our house that had been causing water to pool under our house for some time. I called around for estimates and was given estimates as high as $23,000 for water removal, clean up and plumbing repairs. We knew it was bad, but devastated at the cost and also home insurance wouldn’t help because there’s no structural damage done to our home. I called Roto-Rooter for a last minute estimate. So glad I did! Jim came out to inspect and reassure me this was a big job, but nothing his team couldn’t handle and get it done at a reasonable cost. The water damage crew immediately came out and were beyond caring, courteous and professional. They had the water removed and the foundation sanitized within a day and a half! A BIG shout out to Shawn, Max, Aaron & Abe! These guys were awesome!!! The wonderful plumber, Noah, was knowledgeable and courteous. Noah could tell we were distressed and reassured us after inspections of the plumbing, this was an easy fix and had it done in 2 hours! Words cannot express how happy we were that with everything that was going wrong, we at least got it right by calling Roto-Rooter! After the job was completed our final bill was $6000 and not $23,000 like the other two companies were going to charge us! We’re grateful for the honesty & integrity they showed us and will always give Roto-Rooter our Plumbing business in the future!!! 100 STARS!!!

Jesse was awesome!! He arrived this morning on time and ready to work. Great performance and a wonderful attitude. From the beginning to the end he walked me through the whole process. The world of customer service and customer satisfaction is very hard to find now days, but Jesse is what customer service should look like. He came in and got the job done and in a timely manner. After Jesse installed my NEW WATER HEATER he gave me an amazing over view on everything that was done. He allowed me to ask questions and was able to answer them all. He made me feel very important like I was a friend not just a customer. We definitely need more Jesses in the world of customer service. Not only was he knowledgeable about his job but his clean up game after the job was done was great. Thats why from here on out Roto-Rooter will definitely be my go to for all my plumbing needs.

Im so happy I called Roto-rooter first! Doug and Jim were honest professionals. Arriving on time and properly prepared with their assessment tools and after assessment they swiftly went to work. Their explanations of what they needed to do were clear and concise and extremely helpful to understanding the magnitude of what needed to be done. Call these guys for a no nonsense work attitude and kindness in doing it.Even their trainee was exceptional and confident in his product knowledge and assisting his Roto-rooter teammates. Answered and dispatched quickly, gave me a fair quote and honest diagnosis of the problem, followed up to confirm everything, and quickly completed the job. Juan especially did a fantastic job letting me know what tools and parts I needed and was fair about pricing and time estimates. If you’re in a pinch, these guys will get you sorted out.

I have used the Fairfield Roto-Rooter Plumbing services for many years and their work is always excellent and the plumbers always professional, knowledgeable and friendly.This is the first time I have used their Water Damage and mold removal service. The tech that came out blew me away. We tried with Bonnie and they quoted me $3500+ because they couldnt find the access to the main drain line and assumed one wasnt installed in my house. Roto Rooter went into the crawl space of my house, found the line, dug up the access, and cleared the pipe for less than $500. The guy was very friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. Great job!

Doug and Matt were sent to my home for a sewage backup that was major. Coming up in bathtubs, showers, overflowing toilets. They were extremely professional, they were super accommodating, they were all about making sure that me, their customer, was being well taken care of and was happy with the work they were doing. They also were extremely careful about putting plastic/tarps on my flooring so dirt and outdoor stuff was not being tracked onto my floors and carpets. I do have white carpet. Along with hardwood flooring. They put special attention to even putting booties on their shoes when they came in. They worked so hard, so diligently and never gave up. It was a massive project trying to locate my sewer clean out which was actually installed back in the mid 80s. It was sunk down underground about 2 ft by the time they were able to find it. It was also located under a giant boulder that weighed between 800 and 1,000 lb. Through an extremely hard work ethic, they were able to move the boulder and finally locate the clean out. They are very skilled with what they do, and it was because of the sound of the water flow that was emitting a certain type of sound, that they then knew the approximate location at that point of the sewer clean out. They were very friendly, and continued to keep me updated each step of the way, making sure I was okay with what they were going to continue to do, or if they wanted me to stop any further work. Their can-do spirit, and theyre great work ethic and wonderful personalities, were so appreciated, and your company is very fortunate to have such a high caliber of people working for them. These days, thats not easy to find. They worked until 7:00 at night and they were just not going to give up. I cannot thank them enough, and I am so blessed that these were the two gentlemen sent to my home. I will be highly recommending Roto-Rooter to my friends in my neighborhood and elsewhere. My neighborhood is older, built in the 70s so people are starting to have problems with their sewers. I learned from Doug that my sewer type is called a Kelly clean out. :-) I want to extend my great thanks and appreciation for a job very well done by Doug and Matt! We had a slab leak, Jim came out the next day with Marty and found the location. contained the area and drilled into the slab to find the leak. Line was super corroded so had to re route in the walls. Completed the project in a timely manner. Everyone was super helpful and professional. Good communication on site. I wish they were able to repair walls instead of leaving open holes.

Cannot say enough good things about Roto-rooter Fairfield and Douglas Walker. We had a plumbing catastrophe over thanksgiving 2022. Our 70 year old pipes gave out. Douglas and his team identified the massive problem and took care of it with grace and pose. It involved jackhammering through our foundation. The problem was a nightmare, but Douglas and his team were a dream. They communicated at every stage and did the work as fast as humanly possible over the holiday week. We have our home back thanks to them!

Roto Rooter of Fairfield gives a five star (really more like a ten star) service! Marty Simpson, the technician/plumber, identified my sewer line problem quickly and used a camera to show me the problem, and he discussed all the options with me. I have old clay and cast iron pipes that were failing on my 1 acre property that has 5 dwellings on one line. Marty listened to my concerns and patiently and professionally answered my zillion questions which helped me make well informed decisions. His crew of Johnny, Jerry, and Allan then came in and pulled pipe, power flushed my line, dug trenches (they are powerhouses!) and put in new cleanout pipe and boxes. They descaled my line (pecote) and put in liners. They worked diligently (literally down in the trenches) to get my line flowing like new. Even the operations manager Rick came by to work with the crew. There was always great communication via text or telephone about them being on their way in the morning. Everyone was so nice. I can’t say enough about this group. Professional, organized, great work ethic, and on a mission to get the job done! I even got to meet the owner Jim! I’m so pleased with the final result. The comparison of the before and after views with the camera is amazing. I highly recommend Roto Rooter of Fairfield for all your sewer line and plumbing needs.

A huge Redwood root plugged our main sewer drain. A local plumber tried in vein to remove it. He suggested Roto Rooter would have the correct equipment. I called and a technician Doug arrived within an hour.He surveyed the issue and gave me a thorough estimate. He returned the next morning as promised. He and another tech Jason worked almost 3 hours to remove the root system. When they finally got the drain clear they used a camera to make sure that it was completely removed. When presented with the bill it was about half of his original estimate. Doug said it didn’t take as long as estimated and the toilet involved did not need to be removed. Now that’s honesty. And the job site was left clean like they had never been there. I could not have asked for more. Hard working, on time, honest and thorough.

Mr. Juan Talavera was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! We had our restrooms clogged up really bad and were stressed ouch about not being able to use them or any water in the house due to them clogging so we called up rotor rooter and they were on time with showing up. Not only that the gentleman Juan Was really great at being professional since I am a stay at home mom I felt safe and secure and learned in the process due to his vast knowledge and was able to explain everything to me.
