Woke up to a constant drip from the tub faucet in the guest bathroom. The last plumber I used said I would have to have an opening cut in the wall leading upstairs if the cartridge had to be replaced. I decided to try a new company and I am so glad I did.I contacted Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air at 6:10am based on many favorable reviews and clicked on the Book Online button on their website. I got a fast text response in 10 minutes and made an appointment for the next day.The company called me at 10am saying they were in my area and had a cancellation and could stop by in the next 5 minutes. Yay! Jose and Terrance arrived and got to work assessing the issue. They quickly diagnosed the need for a new cartridge but promised to try and replace from inside the shower stall without having to cut out the wall. No guarantee but at least they would try.They did it! The cartridge was neatly replaced and they tightened up some sink faucets while they were here. I decided to subscribe to the annual membership program for discounts and to receive plumbing inspections during the year. Highly recommend this company!

I had them evaluate my system and recommend any repairs. The technician was knowledgeable and clearly explained everything, while their installers were friendly completed all the work within a single day. Now that the duct work in my house is properly sized, my system runs quieter, distributes air more evenly, and will hopefully help my package system last as long as possible before requiring replacement. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for quality service.

I had a leaky shower head in my master bathroom so I called Advanced Plumbing Heating And Air. Jason was assigned to us and let me tell you this guy is very professional and knowledgeable and is very passionate about his work. From the moment I called, the woman who answered was very polite and when we set the appointment she sent an email confirming my appointment which I appreciate. Aside from a snag in scheduling (not his fault), Jose did the repair work promptly & efficiently. He did discussed with me options in case the cartridge on the shower/tub faucet can’t be pulled because of corrosion, lucky me, Jose was able to pull & replaced the cartridge promptly. He also replaced & installed with quarter turn valve on the main water line that goes into the house. Job well done👍👍

Affordable, quick, professional, and reliable! I called about a drainage issue, and it turned out to be a bigger problem than I had anticipated. CesarHas come out to my home for a few projects the first one was to change my water pipes from outside. He did an amazing job. Outstanding customer service. This is the 3rd time we have used Advanced Plumbing. When our main waterline needed replacing from our home to the street (the line broke on our property, not the citys property line) so this was our responsibility. Advanced plumbing came out right away due to the emergency this was; they were able to bypass the main line and set us up with water until they were able to get the right equipment to pull another line from our house to the street; they did not dig up our front yard/lawn. This was a $3,000.00 job. They hooked up our plumbing in a remodeled bathroom vanity/ sink and took care of a pressure issue behind our shower wall that was making an obnoxious noise; our second job. And, the most recent, we had a leak under our house at the kitchen sink. They took care of this going underneath our house, and they had to saw through the drywall and the back of our new kitchen cabinets......The waterline literally fell off, and was leaking all over under the house. They showed us pictures, and thankfully there was no foundation or damage to the wood floor braces; they left no mess, and looking under the cabinet, their workmanship was very neat and clean. Advanced plumbing was out the day after we called for this leak. For our emergency, they were out as soon as possible. Within hours they had us up and running. Thank you Advanced Plumbing.

All I can say is Bravo!!! I had a whole crew here but I only got 2 guys names. Chris and Bob. Everyone was so amazing. They cleaned up behind themselves and Chris moved some wood for me without any hesitation. I also want to commend Enrique because if it wasn’t for him this install of my HVAC and duct work would have never happened. I am so grateful for all of them. I would recommend them to anyone. If youre looking for a family oriented company look no further. They are it.

Gino is a great technician. He knew the model of my home and where everything was, the age and parts needed for our 24year old AC, and he had the part we needed on hand! That was such a relief during this heatwave. He later sat down and explained everything to me in ways I could understand. The prices were great and felt comfortable making an appointment with him/this company again to hopefully get a new AC unit in soon. Really appreciate the great service!

Excellent work. I submitted a request on Yelp for kitchen faucet. Got several calls from different companies with Advanced Plumbing and Heating (APH) being among the first to respond and the company that had openings today, 11/6/24. At 1pm, a team of two young gentlemen arrived (was scheduled for 1-3pm window of time). They were neatly dressed and very helpful. They looked at the kitchen faucet I had purchased and said it would work fine. At that time, I also mentioned I needed a smart toilet installed. I hadn’t mentioned this previously in my initial request to Yelp. To my surprise, in addition to saying they could install the toilet, and giving me an estimate to install both toilet and faucet, they said that they could install both right then and there if I accepted. I was ecstatic and took them up on their offer. They did an outstanding job of installing both items, showed me how to operate each item, checked for water pressure and other things that were part of a seven-point inspection for each item. They also cleaned up the toilet packing materials, transported the toilet upstairs to the bathroom where it was installed, and did so efficiently and effectively. They also informed me of what was happening along the way and even showed me a part under the sink that was totally worn out. They replaced that for an extremely modest additional charge. Overall, these two fellows did outstanding work and I would highly recommend them for any plumbing-related jobs you might have.

Jason Blunt did a phenomenal job with advanced plumbing and heating. After attempting to declog my kitchen sink, maybe 100 or $200 at Home Depot. And a mouthful of liquid plumber. I finally gave in and made the right call. The call I should’ve made out the gate. The professionals at advanced plumbing and heating Jason was kind, respectful, courteous, and treated my home and family members with respect, he got the job done thoroughly explained what he was doing why he was doing it and things that I could do in the future to ensure that I don’t have a plumbing emergency like I did this evening.

These guys are awesome. Ive had them at my house twice for very minor issues. First time was as a simple job and thus, I was charged a nominal fee.Just recently I had another even easier job that took basically no work at all and I wasnt even charged the call-out. After looking at the minor issue, they guys performed an overall inspection of my water system and said my water heater has about half of its life left.. Gave me a super fair estimate that Ill eventually get done in the coming years.Feel free to shop around, but you cant beat this level of integrity and working with the members of your community.

Advanced Plumbing has been helping me troubleshoot water hammers weve been hearing for years. They came out to give a free inspection, including checking the crawlspace. They found some unstrapped pipes that were installed too close to each other. They came back to secure everything in the crawlspace, and I had them install a smart shut off with replacement of my pressure regulator valve. They did a fantastic job! I am hopeful that the unnerving hammers are gone for good!

Called about a backed-up lateral drain that was flooding into the house. They were able to come out the same day. The technician was delayed and they provided excellent communication and ETA updates. The technicians were fantastic, and were able to find an oddly placed cleanout buried in a flower bed, saving us significant cost and cleared the line in no time. They explained everything as they went along, put up with my dumb questions, and showed me the root intrusion through the camera. Entonces, muchísimas gracias a Marco y José. Very reasonable rates and the billing team was incredibly accommodating with our payment delay, unlike Bank of America, who were the cause of it. This is our second time using Advanced and will definitely use their services in the future. Highly recommended.

Our drains backed up on a Sunday after calling multiple plumbers who said they could not get to us until Monday I contacted Advanced, Plumbing, Heating, and Air who sent out Cal, Cal was at our house in 30 minutesCal had our drains operational in 10 minutes and even save us some money, Cal was quick, clean and informative and a pleasure to do business withThe next day Shay called us and said that in appreciation for using their service they wanted to send out Marcus to do a free heating and air tuneup . Wow. Right?Marcus showed up on time and got right to work, Marcus also was tidy And informative as he explained the few minor maintenance issues that he recommended doing ,when I explained that we just got back from vacation and that we were a little broke at the moment, and that we would consider it in the future Marcus said he completely understood, put his tools in his truck shook my hand and left and although Marcus didn’t make a sale that day ,Cal , Shay And Marcus made a customer for life. Called over the weekend about concerns on a humming noise we were hearing in our pipes, as well as a separate hammering sound. They were able to schedule us the following Monday. Noe and his colleague came early and was mindful to call prior to coming by. They took a look at our issue and discussed potential causes and thoroughly examined the problem. They were able to go back to Vacaville to pickup the water pressure valve and install it on the same day. Noe also took the time to investigate another sound we were having and went under the house to secure the pipes. They were extremely thorough and we haven’t heard the noise since. We appreciate their level of detail to addressing all of our concerns!This is the second time we have used them, and I will say they are our go to for any plumbing needs.

After receiving a total of 5 quotes to purchase and install my requested Inverter Heat Pump System to replace my homes old HVAC Units, I chose to go with Advanced Plumbing Heating and Air. They are based in Vacaville. Enrique came to my home, first, to inspect existing Electrical, and Attic and Below floor Duct conditions. He made all the calculations to determine if all Duct dimensioning is correctly sized for the New incoming system. He then walked us through all aspects, details and costs of Electrifying my home. Due to the condition of existing Ducts, I elected to have it all changed out which will also bring it all up to current code. His knowledge of the product was Absolutely Out of This World. In spite of not being the lowest overall cost for the project, my wife and I saw no reason to go with anyone else. The job was projected to last between two to three days. His screw, led by Chris and Bobby, were very Professional, Friendly, Clean and on-time. Everyone had their jobs to do, and before I knew it, the first day was done, and they were making sure my house was as clean as it was when they first arrived, perhaps even cleaner! For the entirety of the job, everyone was First Class in their demeanor, their knowledge, and courteousness. Before they left, Chris made sure that my wife and I were well instructed on how the New system operates, and, also had one of his crew give the hallway carpet one last good Vacuum cleaning! I like the fact that, at least for the first year of operation, they will come by a couple of times to inspect and if needed, clean and tune up the system. Also, should I use them for any plumbing needs, they will give a Discount for their services. Before they left, I asked if they would leave their Sign with their Company Info on my lawn, so that my neighborhood would be made aware of who did the job. I would tell them, that if they plan to upgrade their HVAC system to the latest Inverter Heat Pump System, Advanced Plumbing, Heating and Air is the ONLY company to go with!

Wow! Called Memorial Day morning with a backed up main sewer line and to my surprise Advanced Plumbing was open and able to send out a tech within the hour. Then let me know what the cost of the repair would be. Also made recommendations for a long term repair. I had hired a plumbing company the day before and they work 2 and 1/2 hours and never got the problem fixed. My kitchen look like world war 3 from the mess they made which took us 2 hours to clean up. I looked under Yelp for the top 10 plumbing companies and decided to go with advance plumbing. They were a little more pricey but like the saying goes you get what you pay for. If there was more stars available I would have put more stars down. Jason was unbelievable in all his knowledge and his expertise and explaining things what needed to be done. He then cleared the mess I had up in less than 30 minutes. They also did the work from the outside of the house through the clean out instead of under my kitchen sink .Kudos to him and his apprentice. I would give you a ten n if I could but they only offer five in this review. Great job guys! Plan on using you in the future if I ever need to again.

Jeff, Rudd pays attention to details and is one of those individuals who recently helped me with a toilet issue. He was able to give me precise measurements and also helped me place my toilet order. August 2024____I own an apartment building in Solano County and our laundry room flooded from the washer standpipes... on Friday at 9PM of course!!! First thing Saturday morning, I called Advanced Plumbing and John swiftly touched base with me to get a crew out so fast it was unbelievable – in under 20 minutes! Jason and Larson diligently worked to assess the potential causes and ultimately located a wad of disgusting debris clogging the washers drainage pipe over 50 feet from the laundry room! They had already swiftly cleared the line just before I arrived an hour after speaking to John and explained to me all the steps they took to assess the potential causes of the flooding and what was the resolution. The men were very conscious to avoid any unnecessary mess while clearing the line. My families were able to again start using the coin washers before noon! They even sent me a photo of the yuck they retrieved!In 2022 Advanced for a sewer pipe that failed Friday. At midnight! By 7 am the next day they had a crew on site and determined we need a deep excavation and full pipe replacement ! They called in a large crew who stayed on site and completed the repairs just before 24 hours had passed since my first call from a family. Advanced had never worked with us before that, but answered our call for emergency help like a partner we had worked with for years!now in 2024 ADVANCED PLUMBING has AGAIN earned our future business! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their technicians! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs. Always punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. So happy they resolved our drain issue on a Saturday in one service call. They are definitely my “go to” company for plumbing needs!!![January 2022 _____My small apartment building suffered a drain line back-up, which back-churned sewage into the apartments around midnight. ( of course - always at midnight! ) We spoke at 7 am the next day, and ADVANCED PLUMBING squeezed us in to their tight schedule for the day. Cesar arrived as scheduled that afternoon and attempted numerous creative options trying to clear the line, only to determine we needed to excavate the asphalt and dig down to reach the line outgoing from the building, for access to the connection of the drain line going back under the concrete sidewalk and slab. Cesar went above and beyond to get a full crew swiftly on site and the team worked together to excavate, remove, and replace the problematic wye clean out with a new two-way clean-out. All the men were incredibly knowledgable, polite and left the interior premises in very clean condition. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone needing any plumbing service consider calling ADVANCED PLUMBING.
