Nate and Matt from Oak Plumbing definitely knows what they’re doing...We woke up with no water and found water over flowing in front of our driveway. Because they are a Diamond Certified company our builder contacted Oak Plumbing and came to the rescue. Initially Nate came in and evaluated were the leak was coming from. Due to the extent of the issue they had to come back the very next day and Matt was the one that helped us with the repair. He was very informative, helpful and precise and got our water back up and running. We had a plumbing issue many years ago and used a different company back then so I definitely know and can compare the difference between these companies. As you all know plumbing issues is no joke when it comes to costs. Nate and Matt both helped us and gave us options to save money. Matt was also very careful in removing the drywall/Sheetrock in our garage so it can just be easily placed back once the work is complete. That in itself was another saving factor to our end and let’s you know that they care about their clients. We will definitely refer them to our friends and family in the future.

Matt Harris has done excellent work for us. The first time we had problems with our kitchen faucet/sprayer/garbage disposal connections and Matt fixed it promptly and did a most satisfactory job. The second time he drove a long way to get here to unclog the toilet and it had a serious clog. We really appreciate Matts concern and efficiency.

Stan replaced our dying water heater in 3-1/2 hours and did a fantastic job. He was the consummate professional and as nice a guy as I’ve ever met. I can’t recommend Oak Plumbing highly enough. Chad was also super on the phone, very efficient and a pleasure to talk with.

I chose Oak Plumbing after Googling plumbers who also perform leak detection. The receptionist was super friendly and polite and quickly set me up with an appointment. Prior to the arrival of the plumber, I received a text with a photo, name (Anthony), and short bio of the plumber who would be making the call. He arrived well within my time window. He immediately introduced himself and put on boot covers before entering my home. He was also very polite. I was suspecting a dreaded slab leak and huge expense to access and repair the leak. After spending a great deal of time looking for the leak that couldnt be found, Anthony discounted the cost of the leak detection and offered information about what might be going on. I really appreciated the time he spent looking for the leak as well as his honesty and discounting the cost to detect the leak (which I hope doesnt get him into hot water... no pun intended.) If we ever do find the leak or need any plumbing projects completed, I will definitely be contacting Oak Plumbing again, and I recommend them very highly.

Now this is a company that stands behind their diamond certification! Called them because of a leak under my kitchen sink that ended up in a partial re-pipe of my house. Extremely professional staff, both Jared and Andrew provided exceptional customer service, not happy unless I was happy. The owner Matt personally paid me a visit after a recall needed to be done (due to a manufacturer defective faucet). They were there the next day, on time, ready to resolve any issue I had with their work. Any future plumbing needs I will be giving Oak Plumbing a call.

Just had the pleasure of Anthony Rumery come to my home and save the day ! He explained everything before starting the work and was fast and efficient in clearing my clogged drain. He even gave me great advise for making sure my dogs hair wont clog the tub, being a fellow dog owner. I highly recommend Oak Plumbing and especially, Anthony. If I ever have a plumbing issue again, they are the company I am calling for excellent service.

Jared is a knowledgable plumber with a good personality. He arrived within the appointment window to evaluate and provide an estimate. Andrew and Matt saved the day (and my house!). My original water heater and the plumbing were so outdated and worked on by previous home owners that when the water heater started leaking, I could not turn off the water or gas to the water heater. I had to shut off the main and thus had no water to the house! Oak plumbing scheduled me right away. They arrived on time and did such a professional job on re-doing the entire plumbing and gas line to have appropriate shut off valves. They also installed a high end water heater, were efficient with their time, and cleaned up after themselves! They went way above and beyond and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional plumber!

I have had several very positive experiences with Mr. Matt Harris, the owner of Oak Plumbing. He changed out all the old corroded water pipes in one of my homes in Elmhurst, replaced the water heater and removed the old sewer line to the city and replaced it -- not an easy job but one he did quite well and on an urgent basis. He recently added a tankless water heater and plumbed a shower (including a steam unit) at my home in old Folsom, and is getting ready to redo all of the original (and very corroded) water pipes and replace the original sewer line as well; this will be a huge job but I know that I am in good hands (and it has to be done, no getting around it). Oak Plumbing is a professional company whose owner and employees take great pride in their work and customer service. I recommend them with no hesitation.

This is the second time Oak Plumbing has come out to our home and done outstanding work. We were out of town when our neighbor noticed sewer overflow. We called right away and Danny came over cleared the line, diagnosed the problem and then cleaned up for us. Life saver since we were hours away. Major work was required and the repair they made may outlast us! It really is piece of mind to know the work is done to last and that the money you spend is justified. I cant thank Danny and his crew enough. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with everything right down to the clean up. I had already been referring everyone I know to them if they ever need work and will continue to do so.
