    Called on a tuesday, got an estimate same day. The techs dealt with my mom as i wasnt there. She has a hard time understanding people sometime but she was very happy with the service. Both jose and alejandro were very nice helpful and informative. We had a 220 outlet installed. So far so good. Very easy company to work with will use in the future

    I needed a 10 circuit manual transfer switch and a 30 amp receptacle installed inside my home for a solar generator for whole home power back up due to all the outages weve been having.I called Vine Electric for an estimate and they responded promptly three days later. I received an estimate and three days later the electrician arrived and completed the installation. From the initial call for an estimate to the completion of the job was approximately one week. Amazing!The electrician Cole Sanchez was excellent. He was very professional and was super patient especially since I asked numerous questions! He left the job site very clean after he completed his work! Thank you Vine Electric!

    We had a puzzle to solve. Ivy, from our neighbor’s yard, grew into our wall and going through an outlet. They came immediately and solved our problem.     Jose arrived on time, troubleshooted our electrical issue of our outdoor patios light and fans that were connected to the inside of the home. He was able to help us get power back by tightening a loose wire in the receptical in the master bedroom that fed to the receptical that wasn’t working. He was here for less than an hour and got the issues resolved. We have more electrical projects that we are now going to move forward with, since we are so happy with how thorough Jose was.

    Lorenzo installed our new ceiling fan. He was experienced and new exactly what he had to do.My only complaint is that he was supposed to come between 10:30 and 12:30 and I had to text and call Vine Electric because at 12:20 pm we had no word from him or the office about whether he was coming or not. All it takes is a phone call to advise a client that technician is delayed.

    Vine is one of the best! Customer service and great communications make the difference. These guys are true professionals. Kudos to Jose and team for making this process so seamless. Most electricians can do the job, however, Vine and Jose do it with a level of customer service that puts the others to shame. They showed up on time and ready to work. Jose took the time to really understand what we wanted but more importantly what we needed. He was able to make recommendations based on our electrical needs and in the process gave us exactly what we wanted aesthetically. When something unexpected happened Jose was able to handle it with speed and ease. He kept us informed every step of the way making sure we stayed on time and on budget. They were polite and courteous, they even cleaned up before leaving for lunch and at the end of the day. All in all an excellent experience!

    I needed two circuit to be connected to the main panel. I called on a Friday after I got a quote and they were able to come the same day. Cole came and he was very professional and in 30 minutes he was able to connect the two circuits add the two breakers that I needed and he tested the outlet. I will definitely consider to use Vine Electric again if I need more work to be done.

    Needed wire installed in vaulted ceiling in order to install ceiling fan. The vaulted ceiling was very difficult to reach from attic, but Cole and Erik persisted until they found a path for the new wiring. Extremely relieved because the hole had to be cut in the vaulted ceiling first and would have been disappointing and expensive to repair had they not made it work.

    Technician Lorenzo arrived early (yay) and quickly went through the list of things I needed done, having just moved to a new house. He was thorough, answered all my questions, fixed the new ceiling fan that sounded like it was going to fall off, addressed security lights, garage outlets, identified and explained circuit breakers. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot as I know nothing about electricity). He was super nice, friendly and did not waste any time. I had VA discount which I really appreciated. They will be my go-to electrician from now on.

    I had a gremlin in my wiring through one side of my house, after trying everything I could to try and fix the problem, I called vine electric. Install looks great, the fit and finish looks so well done.But, I had made a 7am appointment, not a window of 7am to something and the technicians were both 45 minutes late.     It all started when Sarafina answered the phone. She was very professional, and seemed to genuinely care about the issue I was having. She asked questions to really try to understand what the problem was, and she even put me on hold to consult with an electrian to help determine the best course of action - either troubleshooting appointment or an estimate appointment.Cory was the electrician that showed up (early but called to ask if that was okay), and he was friendly and professional. He shared with me the plan and got to work. He fixed the problem and went on his way. It was a great expeirence all around.

    We had ceiling fans replaced, ceiling fans installed, and outlets and switches replaced which took 1.5 days. After the first day, I had to reach out about a things that needed to be redone the second day (ceiling fans were too low and wrong angled mount was used). They fixed this work the second day along with the other work that they needed to finish. I just discovered that the attic access panel was not put back and our breaker wasn’t turned back on completely so our AC wouldn’t turn on. Overall, services were good, but lacked attention to detail.

    This is a good company, today was a bit odd though. Work was fast this morning, they were missing a part that they needed and were supposed to come back later this week. To our surprise it came in after they left, but they were able to come back the same day to finish the job - definitely a plus there. The odd part was that they forgot that I was home even though I greeted them at the door. They shut off power without any warning. I of course was baking food, so it was a bit shocking 1/2 hour + of food sitting in the oven with no electricity. The technician was nice and finished the job. I would still recommend this company to anyone needing an electrician.
