Joshua (owner/manager) demoed and rebuilt back deck/porch. Demoed and reframed/replaced front stairs. Replaced front storm door and tacked falling siding/roof. Also replaced mortar in my chimney that has wore away over time.From start to completion, Joshua was thorough with explaining what work was being done to cost ratio. Any questions I had he answered in a very timely fashion. Joshua stopped to show me during the projects any safety concerns, explaining without pushing me to expand costs for completion.Contract was easily understood and he came over on a Saturday for signing.Weather delayed project slightly, Joshua called/txt and made sure that his team was able to what they could until rain started/stopped to keep on task.Home repairs, remodeling can be stressful and honestly Joshua made the whole process stress free!!!Joshua and his team did an incredible build for the deck and front porch. Very experienced craftsman. Lead his team very well and they were respectable and hard workers!! All work surpassed my expectation!I will be recommending Home Improvement Contracting, LLC to friends family and co workers. And they will be doing all of my future home repairs/construction!Thank you!!!

He fix my camp inside and out. Lot of work. He did great job and on time. He also replaced windows and doors in my house. He left everything clean and did great job. He is very responsible. Thank you so much. I recommend him and gonna work with him again.
