I got a recommendation from a friend for this company when I told her we needed a water softener. Communication is a definite an issue with this company, never got a call back after leaving a message and had to call again. Told the woman specifically that I needed a water softener. An appointment was set, and when they showed up he had a product in hand and went straight to the basement to install, without any conversation. He installed a Nuvo system, and it hasnt worked at all since install. We were charged $2000 for the product and install. When I contacted them about my concerns, I was told I could change the $200 filters myself. Mind you this is after only 2 months and supposedly is a system whose filters should be able to work for up to 55,000 gallons. Weve used a total of 4,000 gallons. We were asked to take pictures of the filters. We did sent them, and again, never heard back. After a couple weeks I called againand left a message. He did call back and set up an appointment. At this time he said we needed a water softener on top of this Nuvo system and was charged $89 for coming out. The quote for the water softener was for $2000 more. Do Not use this company for water conditioning, that is something they know nothing about and dont stand behind their service or product. My fault I didnt do my homework! Going with another company that specializes in water conditioning only. Will cost me another $3000 but at least I will get what I requested, a water softening system. Ugh!!!UPDATE: I have been offered my money back, which is so much appreciated!! Im happy there are still companies that stand behind their work and product.

I can not thank Chuck enough for installing my new Trane AC and Furnace system. It is running beautifully. He was always professional and call me to give me updates. He was understanding of COVID-19 and work in the basement with limit contact. I would refer him to anyone that needs a new system.

Called Chuck last night. A/C was acting way beyond my understanding. He was here at 8:30 ( called before he came) just to make sure everything ok. Class act. Chuck and Jesse came in very polite and professional. They explained to my level and I felt very comfortable. Had my unit up and going in an hour. I haven’t had my unit checked since covid started. I don’t think I was charged enough, can you believe that. I will recommend Chuck and Jesse at Frueh. Thanks you! Harold Smith

Fast and responsive. Good communication and short turn around replacing our 15+ year old forced air system. Would definitely use again.
