Highly recommend hiring Platinum. We recently moved into our home and our AC wasn’t working the first time we turned it on. I had a couple people come out to give me a quote, but I knew immediately Platinum was the company to go with. They were the most thorough in their diagnostic visit compared to other companies. They found multiple issues, explained things clearly and with photos, had great communication throughout the whole process and in the end, fixed the systems. They stayed much longer than originally anticipated to fix our AC and were very appreciative to have our it working again before the summer.

In the beginning of the last heating season our system refused to start heating on some of the coldest days. I called Platinum and the guys came over right away. At this time I have called multiple other companies who either did not answer, could not come for 6-8 weeks or did not show up at all for our scheduled visits.I received an estimate that did not change even after having to spend two days trying to figure it out after the replacement part turned out to be faulty and just changing it with another new one did the job at the end. They made sure they were not missing any hidden failures along the whole system.The were clean, polite and happy to be doing what they were doing.They are not cheap, but they will get it done and they guarantee their work and PARTS.Would recommend and use them again.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with this company and its employees! He has been doing a huge job for 4 weeks now, and I must say that I have not had a single day of disappointment. EVERY DAY ALL THREE are kind, polite, respectful, helpful and pleasant. They always smile and NEVER complain, even though they worked at a temperature of 90-100 degrees with strong humidity mixed with days of torrential rain. He said the schedule was full, however, he said he would come that evening!! He showed at 9 p.m and fixed it!!! So happy!! He had another appointment in Jersey City!! Andrew and his brother were great and competent! They quickly diagnosed the issue and they saved the day/night! I would strongly recommend this company! The price was right too!!! Back story, I was literally struggling getting a firm answer as to why my HVAC system wasn’t working correctly and blowing hot air.
