I had my bathroom faucet replacement done by Joe today. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick with his work. I would definitely refer him to friends and family. He explained everything he did today and also helped me understand what to expect if I indeed have a leak in my shower which is something we discussed when he gave me my free estimate the Friday before. Overall I had a great experience.

The technician was on time, professional, courteous and accurate when he came to diagnose our sewer pipe issue. The company was then back in a matter of days to excavate and replace the pipe. The excavation team arrived on time, was courteous,and worked very hard to get out pipe replaced. The companys communications were prompt and they put us at ease. The entire experience was impressive and easy. Our invoice arrived with a full set of pictures documenting the excavation job from start to finish. We have already been recommending service Professionals to our friends and family.

We originally called Service professionals for our sump pumps (fortunately all good). We signed up for the service plan and it has been great. Service is fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and they do not cost an arm, and a leg. Today Rich was here for our Electrical inspection. Rich was awesome! He took care of some small issues that we didnt even know we had and now everything is to code and working great! Rich was very nice, answered all our questions , and was very patient as I was working and the dog was running around. LOL. Great Service! Great Price! Thank you Service Professionals!

From the tech, Juan C, who, by the way was so nice and friendly and felt bad had to give me not such great news, to the happy smiling Gregg that sold me the unit to the two techs that installed the furnace. (They were great) Professional, pleasant, respectful and they cleaned up nicely. I even signed up for their annual service plan. An overall great experience and I highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased an EV. I began shopping around trying to get quotes for an EV charging station. The quickest response came from Service Professionals. The other guys took forever to get me a simple quote or to come out to the site. Service Professionals technician was at my home the next day after sending a request online. John A was punchable and was easy to talk to. I was extremely happy with his overall service. He knew what he was doing. John made the entire process of the install so simple. He was super detailed with the entire install. John A. was able to answer all my questions and concerns. He made me feel like I had made the correct choice by picking Service Professionals. I was so happy with the entire experience that I got my neighbor to come out an speak to him about some service/repairs he needed for his home. I defenetly appreciate John A. for his world-class service and sense of detail he had with the entire install. 👌

Service Professionals was very responsive helping us with the emergency failure of our 30-yr old boiler. We had an estimate for a replacement the same day, and the installation two days later (we requested the extra day). The installation team was amazing - making sure that the new unit fit into the tight available space. Very professional, competent, thorough, friendly, neat. Taught us how to use the new unit too. Permits and final inspection are lagging, since the emergency need expedited the installation. Im not worried about it passing inspection. Plumbing, wiring, all look beautiful. Its up and running!

They protected my floor with drop cloths the whole time that they were bringing in new equipment and carrying out the old. ChampionTechnician John Aquino arrived the next morning and did a thorough assessment of the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors type and installation process. John was knowledgeable, professional and had a pleasant demeanor. The parts were ordered and installation is scheduled for tomorrow. Having dealt with numerous electrical services businesses over the years, Im expecting a positive experience with the installations. I will update my review afterwards.Installation Follow-up Review: John returned today and quickly installed and tested ALL of the new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. He was thorough and made sure that we had answers to any of our questions and instructions for the devices. As a result of the excellent service we received, we shall have Service Professionals handle our other home maintenance services as well.

It started with a phone call from the salesman he could come 15 minutes early instead of a our late then he went over everything with us including all the possible system and gave us a price then and there. made an appointment for the man to come to measure ducts who waited while i was 30 minutes late stuck in traffic. said they would be here 6 oclock Thursday and they were and even with the extreme heat they worked in the 105 degree attic and got the job done neat and clean and working fine. they offer a service plan to come back early to check the system or a great price so i will be doing that too i cannot recommend them enough for there great job service and being on time. i would have given them ten stars but limited to 5

I was absolutely delighted with the service from the two gentlemen from Service Professionals. Giuseppe and Michael were great! As the first big heatwave descended upon us, of course our AC was on the fritz. I was able to get a same day appointment and the gents went above and beyond to solve a relatively minor issue saving me from certain heatstroke! LOL! Very professional, very personable, I cant recommend them more highly. I had them come back for a very simple fix on the heat today, many months after the installation and the gentleman was very nice, highly professional, and solved my problem easily. Another 100% satisfied interaction!

I needed to replace a water main shut off in the house as well as a bathroom faucet shut off valve under the vanity. The wall needed to be opened up from the opposite side to access the pipe, which broke due to heavy corrosion. The plumber, Mateo did an excellent job, worked neatly, cleaned up and double checked the work for leaks. Very pleased with the work. Would use again and recommend him in particular.

Was very pleased with the 5 Star professionalism, expertise and friendliness of our service technician (Ray). Also pleased with the customer rep who handled our appointment. However, we did need to schedule over a month in advance for our air conditioner check up...and then needed to wait an additional two weeks because they cancelled due to the extra service load they were experiencing due to the hot weather. My only word of caution is that be prepared for an upsell for maintenance contracts and extra equipment. However, I definitely will use them again and would recommend.

I just want to thank the electrician who came over to my house last week to replace 14 outlets in the first floor, after discovering the problem was the old outlets in one of the bedrooms. Some of the outlets were malfunctioning, causing some of the lights to flicker in other areas of the house. Or half the house would be out of power due to a short circuit. These new outlets are not only stylish, theyre a step above making sure my family and I are living in a safer, more up to date environment. Even though the job was costly, I still saved a pretty penny with the membership Im subscribed to. Im satisfied with the work that was done.

We had a backed up sewer line due to tree roots. They proposed a liner solution that they would warranty for 50 years... so I did a lot of research and was actually quite impressed with this invention! It’s essentially building a pipe within the existing pipe. I read the patent and it’s quite amazing actually. So I called my insurance and thank God I was covered up to $10k for my main sewer line and that was about what the estimate was... I took some pictures and some videos. These guys were very accurate and great at explaining everything. They even jetted the inside of the waste line which is the video I uploaded. I showed my entire family in the Clifton area because we’re surrounded with trees and obviously tree roots are a problem for all of us; I just didn’t realize it was my house too! They started around 9AM and were done by around 3PM.

They checked the electrical panel and outlets and recommended that since we get many power outages, that I get surge protection for my washer since one of the last outages fried the control panel. They also advised me that the washer outlet should be a GFI. They were both informative and easy to talk to.Maurice was so helpful and explained how to remove the mini split filters for cleaning if I felt they were dirty before my usual service call. He was friendly and professional.Adam checked all the plumbing from the sump pump to the kitchen faucet to the bathrooms. He tested the water quality and suggested that I should consider a water softener because my water was extremely hard. He was very professional and informative.

Victor checked for problems with my Fujitsu mini split pane AC system. He found that the coolant had drained out and provided me with estimates and options for addressing the issue. A timely appointment was set up to have the system replaced as it was at least 15 years old. The two technicians came and removed the old equipment. (I apologize for not being able to recall their names.) They were polite and respectful. They informed me of any difficulties that came up so I could decide what to do. They even vacuumed up the debris afterward. Doug helped me out with the financing and Energy Star rebate applications. Service Professionals is a reliable company and they always seem to be able to provide services without a long wait.On the down side, its unfortunate that the new Fujitsu system didnt fit in the same openings as the previous one. It required drilling new holes and will require exterior repairs on the house. Although the new system is more energy efficient, it is not as user-friendly or aesthetically pleasing as the old system.

We had a great overall experience. In addition, we did finally go with Service Professionals and couldnt be any happier with the quality of the Install of a Combi boiler unit by Abisail & Onan, they did super top quality work and were very polite, neat and clean about their workflow. We highly recommend this business. You guys ROCK!!!We had a visit from a service professional tech, Jason M. To come check an issue we had and he promptly figured out the issue. All went smoothly. We had a gas leak in our old house. All visible pipes were tested for leaks and we needed to find the leak behind walls. We called 4 different plumbing companies and Service Professionals was the only one capable to handle it. Ben made holes in the basement ceiling dry wall, identified a fix by condemning part of the old gas pipe network. To do so, he had to cut a gas pipe and seal it while avoiding a water pipe right next to it. Not only was he able to perform it, but he also repaired some necessary damage to get to the pipe and cleaned up very neatly. Ben is now familiar with the house, he dompted this old house! We hope to deal again with him next time we have issues. Plus hes a man with a good heart! Thank you Ben!

Service Pro acquired Custom Air, which installed my A/C less than 10 years ago. The technician was very polite and thorough, he provided explanations and answered questions. He also photographed what they saw inside the condenser and outside in the fan. They were also very clean. His named was Juan C., and he was mentoring a new hire, so I also overheard his manner of teaching. Good employee.

Home Inspector approved! Service Professionals takes the anxiety out of your home repairs. Joaquin the estimator was very friendly, knowledgable and professional.They give you all your repair/replacement options and basically lay all of the cards on the table to help you. They were able to work within my budget. Not your typical contractors.And the two techs that came to install my new water heater were also very friendly, professional and were dog friendly!They covered all the floors and steps with plastic and tarps to protect everything.Having inspected thousands of water heaters, their install was picture perfect. And its great to see two brothers working together in the same trade and on the same jobs. Thank you guys for a job well done.The Service Professionals commercials were a bit horrible last year when they started advertising, but they have gotten much better! :-)
