I used Continental Plumbers for the first time recently.Initially, I was very apprehensive about what needed to be done after it was discovered during the initial assessment that the problems with the bathroom toilet on the 2nd floor and of an outdoor faucet could not be addressed until two very old meter shut off valves in the basement of this close-to-a-century-old house had to be replaced.Juan Carlos, the point man was very helpful at pointing out what needed to be done first. He was very attentive and helpful... so were the actual service/repairmen, Adolfo and his apprentice (Im sorry I did not get his name). They, too, were very attentive and explained to me in simple terms how the job was going to be done.They were all very professional. In the end, everything turned out fine.

I was looking for plumbing services and discovered Continental plumbers right in my backyard. Had a bathroom sink replaced. Service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. I also needed an outdoor faucet replaced which I dropped on them at the last minute. This was handled on the same day and a new cutoff valve was replaced as well. I highly recommend Continental for all your plumbing needs.

Ive lived in Union for almost 2 years now and Ive been trying to find reliable companies for my home needs and Continental Plumbers is one of them. Ive now used them a few times and they NEVER disappoint! When I call they are always very polite and actually seem to care about whatever issue Im having. Every time Im given a window for them to show up they are always on time. Also, the windows to arrive are reasonable, NOT like Hey someone will get to your home between 8AM - 4PM😕 The plumbers are always polite, know what they are doing, give great and honest suggestions and clean up when the job is complete. The last time they were here they vacuumed the area they were working in LOLOL. That was great and appreciated. Now that I have a plumbing company I can count on I just need to find a reliable landscaper, Sprinkler company and General contractor LOL! Continental is the BEST and as long as Im a Union resident I wont be using anyone else! Thank you Continental!Update: 12/24/24So this is my second time using Continental and of course they did not disappoint! I called yesterday morning (12/23/24) asking about getting my leaking water heater replaced. Im not sure of the gentleman I spoke with but he was polite, knew what he was talking about, said he would call me back after getting some information and he did. We scheduled for 6pm and the guys were there on time. Before 6pm actually which was great! They protected the area, removed my old water heater and installed the new one in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up very nicely as well. Thanks again for being available in such short notice right before the holidays!

I needed a front outdoor faucet replaced and they came to check it out the next day. They noticed how bad my main water valve was, and offered to replace it as well (which I always wanted to eventually do), and I was booked the following morning. While they were doing their job, I asked if they can replace an ugly and rusty sewer cap while they are here, and add it to the invoice, he said Sure, no problem. Then before they left, I again asked, Hey, do you mind doing the outdoor faucet in the backyard as well?, just so I can have them both updated, and they got working on it right away. They were both very helpful, neat, clean, did great work and explained all of the new pipes and valves they installed. I am very happy with the work that was done and will definitely use Continental Plumbers again.

My water heater died and because I live in a condo and the water heater is upstairs, water was leaking into my living room ceiling and onto the floor. I called Continental Plumbers on a Saturday, as I had used them some years ago to replace a toilet. The woman I spoke with (I believe her name was Valerie) was extremely warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She told me that one of their plumbers would be at my home within 90 minutes ON A SATURDAY! I was so grateful! The plumber who came was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. He did a wonderful job replacing my hot water heater. I HIGHLY recommend Continental Plumbers! Their professionalism and service is phenomenal!

Had something weird happening with waste water not draining out of the house. They came the same day and, when the snake wouldnt work, brought in the camera, spending a few hours until they identified the exact location of the blocked pipe under our house. They returned early the next morning and spent most of the day fixing the issue - digging out a hole in our garden next to the house (taking extra special care of our tree and plants), cutting into the foundation around the pipe, replacing the pipe, and adding in a new cleanout pipe so that the outdoor pipes are easily accessible in the future. They replanted the plant they had to move, and double checked their work with the cameras afterwards to make sure everything was in great working condition, even using a power jet of water to further clean out the pipes. So, within a day, they not only had figured out the problem, but had fixed it, a huge relief for us! They are my go-to plumbers for everything, and I am once again incredibly grateful to them for their professionalism, kindness, efficiency, and willingness to explain everything to me and show me what they see and are working on - a wonderful company!

Whenever I have plumbing tasks that I cant handle myself I call Continental. Theyve been my go-to company for about 4 years. Today they replaced a toilet in my basement bathroom. The bowl need replacing but the toilet was so old I couldnt find a compatible one online. I didnt want to take a chance so I decided to play it safe and have the whole unit replaced. The new toilet is water efficient and so much better than my decades old one, I should have updated years ago. The guys did a great job, were here on time and cleaned up afterwards. I am always pleased with their work.

With a quick search for plumbers around the area, I found Continental Plumbers. They had good reviews, and I am happy to say that the reviews were accurate. They were very professional and polite. Their prices were very fair. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on. Their payment system is modern. Even though I did give the plumbers a cash tip, with the electronic payment system, you could add a tip there too. And if you wanted to, you can pay with Apple Pay, in addition to other payment methods. Very happy with their service.

I called the office and spoke with Valerie, who is amazing at her job, and within an hour I had received my estimate and my scheduled date and time. As scheduled Adalberto arrived with the faucet I selected and installation was completed within an hour as well 😊. Continental Plumbers customer service and plumbers continue to deliver as promised... They have become my go-to for all plumbing and heating needs.ORIGINAL REVIEW -I reached out to Continental this past Saturday morning because I had a leaking steam boiler return line and was in a bit of a jam due to the sub par plumber that was assigned to my service request by American Home Shield. Continental came through like a champ! When they arrived they assessed the damage, gave me a quote and told me how long the job would take. I hired them on the spot. They were done within the time frame given and the guys that came out were super friendly and clean. They did a fantastic job all around. So much so that I plan on having them come back next month to do some additional work for me! I would highly recommend them for any heating and/or plumbing work needed. Continental was quick to respond. Essentially same day service. Technicians were prompt, polite, fast and fastidious. From what I can discern, the replacement of my water heater was perfect. No leaks. No problems. They are pricey. $1,680 installed for a 50 gallon Bradford White. I was told the job would take three hours, but it was done in under an hour. They didnt charge me less for doing it faster! Still, I would definitely use them again, and I really appreciated being helped in a pinch.

We originally started using this company about 2 years ago, to address some leaking pipes that a previous contractor had recently done in our home renovation, before we moved in. They not only fixed all the mistakes by the original workers at a fair and very affordable price, but they helped me resolve some other minor issues in the basement, at no extra cost. Ive been using them ever since for anything plumbing related, from replacing faucet valves, to installing a whole house water filtration unit. Continental did an emergency repair on a pipe that had frozen in the cold snap and then burst. They showed up Saturday evening, found the burst section of pipe and repaired it on the spot. They were courteous, neat and thorough. Expensive, but well worth it for emergency work, and they connected us to water damage mitigation and restoration specialists who are working with our insurance company.

Im very happy with Continental Plumbing and Heating Inc, I called for a quote, they arrived the next day and confirmed they could start the following day. Continental removed my old cast iron system and installed new pipes and a backwater valve, they also cleared the storm drain.
