Highly Recommended! I met the Team at the McHenry County Fair ten years ago and started scheduling them for repairs, new system installations, warranty work etc, Very pleasant, congenial and attention to detail workers. Have had them here every year spring and fall for AC and Furnace seasonal PM and have never been disappointed. My previous company charged me $1200 for a temporary repair and then tried to sell me a new system for over $20,000. R&R repaired the old system, proved the system was still working fine. R&R helped with me recovering a $1200 reimbursement from the old company and threes years later my old system still runs like new with no issues. We have used R&R in the past and they were great! Our A/C went out on Friday and we reached out to Jarett on a holiday weekend and he was still responsive and was able to fit us in his schedule the next day! Jarett was quick, super knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed our unit within a few minutes. Anytime we need any HVAC work in the future, Jarett will be our first call!

R&R is fantastic. 3 years ago our furnace went out during a snowstorm. We were referred to R&R. Being it was January not only did they come out the same day, they offered to bring heaters to keep us warm. Jarret was with us the whole way helping us determine the right new system to purchase as well as work with our insurance adjuster. Move ahead 3 years and we have used R&R for numerous other projects. Jarret and his team will not disappoint. Whole heartedly trust this company with not only my own needs but those of my friends, family and clients as well.

We used R&R to replace our furnace after we spent a ton with a different company who they said they could fix our furnace, which we later learned to be false during the last cold snap. R&R was responsive and very professional and informed us that in fact our furnace needed to be replaced. We appreciated the honest and detailed assessment and our new furnace is working great, highly recommend!

I had a new HVAC system installed in the attic of my bungalow after it was renovated. The A/C never worked right. I found Jarret on tik tok and sent him a message. Jarret came out and looked over the system and determined that the system was low on refrigerant. After a full evacuation of the system, pressure testing with nitrogen and a fresh recharge, the A/C was blowing ice cold! Jarret and his team are top notch!
