Let me start by saying my overall experience merits a 5-star rating, however, there are some things to note.Well start with the not so good. There was an issue with the price that we were charged for our building. We didnt find out about until several weeks after we made the order due to some misunderstanding of a promotional deal at the time of the order. It required approval from the boss which seemed to take a little more time than what would be expected. In the end it was resolved relatively hassle free.When we ordered the building, we were told to expect a call in about 2-3 weeks to schedule a delivery date. I was referred to them by a friend who said it took more like 4-5 weeks as well as read reviews that mentioned it taking a longer. That being said, I was already expecting it to take longer than that so I wasnt to disappointed when it took so long, even with the order mix-up.Now the good...Brandon was the one who helped us order the building and he was great. Very nice and helpful. Mark was the person who contacted me about the order error and was pretty good about getting things taken care of and getting a delivery scheduled. The delivery guys were awesome. I was worried that getting the building back to where I wanted it in my yard was going to be a hassle, but they made it happen and made it look easy. They were very nice and made sure I was happy with everything before locking her in place.So far, the quality of the building seems great and at an affordable price. Like I said, there were some bumps but I would say my satisfaction overall grants a 5-star.Hope this helps. -

Their buildings are great. I bought a dog kennel and a metal shed a couple of years ago from them. Very durable, great pricing and great delivery and set up. Just went back and bought a 16 x 20 building from them. Definitely recommend this company. -
